This is an economy hotel. The compound entrance was beautiful. The swimming pool was Devine and the staff were lovely, especially the Assistant Manager, Ahmed. The service was outstanding, the room was nice..great value. Thanks to all of you!
Very good value for price.
The hotel was excellent. Everything worked at the staff was excellent. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.Khalid, Mavin,Shahd,Fares,Abdullah,Rwan,Youseff,Nema,Omina, Ayal,Rouof,Rafet,Madam,Azaa. They were all helpful and on my birthday. They gave me a cake and balloons, and I was so surprised and thankful for the staff at the hotel. They were all wonderful to me.
The hotel was very clean, the food was great, the view of the Pyramids at dinner was amazing.
Awesome people with the feeling how welcoming they were. And to make you feel it was the most satisfying experience.
I stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel with my mum and we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was lovely and clean and you could see the pyramids from outside the hotel, but what set it apart from other hotel stays was the service. From the beginning Ahmed was very responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. Raouf was on the main desk and I have to commend his professionalism, exceptional hospitality and warmth throughout. We travelled over my mum’s birthday and they arranged a lovely cake and decorations to surprise her. Thank you to all the staff who helped with this - Raouf, Rafaat, Khalid, Mohammed and anyone else I have missed! The breakfast was great, Abdallah prepared lots of traditional Egyptian foods which we were able to try and they provided continental options too. My mum became obsessed with guava and they made sure there was plenty of those for her to eat! It was our first time visiting Egypt and we would highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!!!!
Me and my wife came to Egypt for our anniversary trip. Decided to stay at the Jasmine Hotel while we visited the pyramids. This is a very nice place, clean, and has a wonderful medditerian vibe with the courtyard and pool. At night, this courtyard is absolutely stunning. The WiFi worked very well, had no issues. Breakfast has a large variety of dishes....some western food/ and some Egyptian cuisine. There is also a rooftop restaurant, that is available for guests of Jasmine Hotel, although a reservation is required....the hotel receptionist can help with this arrangement. Beautiful view of pyramids from this restaurant.Across the road is the Marriott Mena House which has very good restaurants, although pricey. Keep in mind that the Mena gate entrance to the pyramids is now permanently closed....this is the entrance down the road from Jasmine Hotel. From April 8th of 2025, all visitors to the pyramids must use the official new "Great Gate". It's on the western edge of the Pyramid complex. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. On several occasions we needed Uber/taxi.....the receptionist took care of everything. Amazing, friendly people here. During our 3 night stay here, we meet many tourists from different places. Enter through a bIack metal gate from the street to access the courtyard/hotel entrance. We loved it here. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel when visiting Giza !!!
Nice hotel and close to the pyramids. Staff always wemt above and beyond. Marina at the front desk was always helpful whenever we needed something. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.
Very good stay, we enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was very varied and tasty. Jasmine is like a nest in the middle of a rough area in renovation.Staff very kind and helpful. Don’t miss the roof top restaurant with a fantastic view of the pyramids.
Kareem, abdul, rauf and all the staff was great. Recommend this place 100%
We enjoyed our stay , friendly staff, breakfast room was great
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The staff were polite and very friendly. I'd lost my charger for my phone and one of the young ladies gave me 1 to use for my stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel even next to major rode was quiet. I got some much needed sleep.
I liked the kindness of the staff
Welcoming and friendly and wonderful breakfast.
My friend, her daughter, and I recently stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel and were truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Ahmed and Raouf stood out for their warmth and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. We were also fortunate to have an excellent tour guide, Hussein, who brought Egypt’s rich history to life with enthusiasm and clarity. His knowledge and energy made our excursions both educational and enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure our experience was smooth and memorable. One particularly thoughtful gesture was their help in organising a surprise birthday celebration for my friend’s daughter. They assisted in arranging beautiful flowers ,decoration and made the occasion truly special . While the breakfast was adequate, it offered limited variety. A broader selection would enhance the overall experience, especially for guests with diverse tastes. However, this minor detail did not overshadow the warmth and professionalism that defined our stay. Jasmine Pyramids Hotel is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking comfort, heartfelt service, and easy access to Cairo’s iconic landmarks. The entire team is amazing everyone is genuinely happy to help, and their hospitality made our visit unforgettable.
Good stuff
The staff were so helpful, Ahmed, Raouf, Hussein the tour guide were all helpful and have made our stay enjoyable. On my daughters birthday, they help me to surprise her in style.
If you were debating between this hotel and the Mena across the street, do not hesitate and book this one not only is it a quarter of the price everyone there is super helpful and you can just walk over to the Mena. We did it two nights in a row and felt comfortable doing so. The staff was able to get us a ride everywhere and helped with everything!
The guys at the front desk are really amazing at what they do. Excellent customer service!
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It’s a lovely hotel located in a less developed area of Giza.
I had late check in with no problem. They kept my luggage in a storage for free. Service was very good and breakfast was excellent free of cost. Chef made fresh omelette according to your own choice in front of you.
The entire team there were extremely thoughtful and made our experience a beautiful one, we enjoyed our stay at the beautiful hotel minutes from the pyramids. Just remember it isn’t a walking distance they closed that entrance.
Excellent service and all the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. A little disapointed with outdoor pool as it's only for decorative purposes not allowed to use. Indoor pool is nice but very small.
Very nice hotel, clean and reception lady very gentle. Complimentary breakfast was good, not many choices, but sufficient! Water provided every day! Beautiful roof terrace with pyramids view and delicious food and drinks. We also enjoyed the pool! Great location, minutes away by car to the main entrance, the Great Gate, to the Pyramids. We had a misunderstanding with the taxi booked in advance with the hotel and had to pay $45 USD even though the service was not provided. By the way, Uber works very well in Cairo and Giza and not expensive. I do recommend the hotel and we had a nice family suite for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay
Very close to the pyramids!
Bel hôtel dans un beau complexe, bel accueil, personnel sympathique. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit était magnifique et la nourriture dans le complexe était très bonne.
BASIC ENOUGH. NO POOL IN USE. POOR BREAKFAST. NO GOOD COMMUNICATION
My Stay at the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel was Wonderful !! I fell in Love with the Whole Staff. They were all warm, kind and caring. The Breakfast was Good every morning. When I come back to Egypt, I will definitely stay here again.
.
Most wonderful hotel in Egypt! Ok, I haven't stayed at ALL the hotels in Egypt but I stayed at a few and Jasmine Pyramids was my favorite one! So beautiful, so comfortable, and wonderful hospitality! Jana was an absolute sweetheart and Ahmed was incredible. I felt absolutely at home for 4 days/nights and they were so helpful! The free breakfast every morning was fantastic and I love the hotel restaurant! (The view of the pyramids, wow!) I loved their facilities and my suite. Affordable and great location. Thank you so much Jasmine Pyramids team 🤗
My wife and I arrived at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel at 03:00 in the morning. The hotel itself is a small boutique hotel in a quadrangle with the Exotic Pyramid. We were met by a young man named Ahmed (big shout out!) who could not have made us feel more genuinely welcome. The room was the cheapest offered, but comfortable and adequate for our needs. The next morning we were met by the reception team who showed us the pools, breakfast restaurant and roof restaurant. The reception team always stand to greet you with a smile and offer their support. They were able to help us book a private tour of Cairo which was excellent. The hotel has both an indoor pool with bar and an outdoor pool. There is a rooftop restaurant with a perfect view of the pyramids (linked, but paid separately) and a partnership with a local Spa called Dr Sphinx. There is also a supermarket about 1 mile away. (EGP 66 by Uber). Breakfast is included in the low price and provides both European and Egyptian food. Boutique hotels make every guest feel special and welcome. The Jasmine Pyramid staff accomplish this perfectly. I am writing this review from my next hotel of our trip and I miss the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel and staff already. Thanks to Ahmed, Alaa, Jana and Abdo for making our stay wonderful.
It was difficult to find, but it was nicer on the inside of the property
Those not familiar with Egypt might be nervous based on the appearance of the area. Also expect like many countries that rely on tourists they will always try to raise the price or up sell you. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, would not say anything negative. Just know what you are getting. If you can get a ride to the airport for $8 they are going to tell you it’s $30. But overall the hotel is very clean, everyone is very nice and it’s walking distance to the pyramids.
The property is well maintained and lovely from the moment you enter the premises. Has a Bar fridge, pool, water bottles in the room daily, roof top restaurant that has stunning views of the pyramids. if you wish to have alcohol beverages, you will have to purchase it outside the premises and they allow you to take it to the restaurant. Breakfast was most days lovely and offered omelettes. The staff at the resort go out of their way to make you feel welcome and can provide great places to shop. Special thanks to Mustafa and Shams for being such great ambassadors for Egypt and the hotel. We did the dinner Nile cruise and Giza tour with the hotel which was great. The front desk staff were all very well versed in providing. great customer service. Thoroughly recommend.
The hotel is clean, staff is very accommodating and hospitable.
Overall experience was good
From the moment we stepped into the Jasmine Hotel we were warmly greeted with such hospitality we felt like we had come home. All the front desk staff were fantastic looking after bookings, information, and drivers. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits, pastries, omelettes and always a smile. We loved the indoor pool and a special mention to Mostofa who always was entertaining, offered great tips and information on the area and customs. Always a warm greeting and smile. All the staff were great ambassadors for the hotel and Egypt. Rooms are clean and well laid out for a comfortable stay. Location was perfect and the roof top restaurant you are able to see the pyramids which was stunning!
Abdul and the other at the reception were a great help and excellent at their job, very serviceable and nice
Great place, clean atmosphere, quiet setting. Pleasant friendly staff. There are lots of things to do in Egypt you will need at least two weeks The hotel offers trips to sites it’s a bit expensive but worth every second if you would like to make great memories visit Alexandria ands Sukhna and take your bath suits, the beach is beautiful.
The staff accommodates your every need during your stay in Egypt.. Abado, arranged all my sight seeing trips. Jana my translator over the phone when ever I needed her. Ahmed who teaches me Arabic words😊 very friendly and kind. And their staff was always making sure the place was clean and smelling good. Their drivers were respectful and knowledgeable.
Nice clean hotel with very friendly staff, nice pools inside hotel, Breakfast was good with a good selection for all tastes which included selection of hot foods and ommellets made freshly to order, when arring at the hotel it's look there's no hotel as its slightly offset from the road
An Unforgettable Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail, we felt home among parents. Every interaction with the team throughout our stay was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. The rooms was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the exceptional breakfast, everything was perfectly maintained and exceeded expectations. What truly sets this hotel apart is the atmosphere—it strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in providing exceptional service. We left refreshed, cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!
It was little hard to find at 1st. Rooms and whole hotel was kept very clean. Bed were not comfortable at all lol. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpfully. Other then two staff that were outwardly giving my wife not very nice looks when they didn't think I was looking. Breakfast is very limited selection but was good. The main problem was the fact that they segregated foreigners and locals. We came to egypt to vist a very good friend that is a Egyptian native and he was not allowed to come visit/drop off/pick up us at our room or even in the hotel lobby. When we asked them why they told us "It was for our safety" even after informing them that this is a good friend and not some random person off the street. So they were basically telling us that it was not safe for us to be around our friend we have know for long time or other natives. What is completely bull crap. It was like they want to keep foreigners away but still want them to spend money there. My wife have visited Egypt many time and this is the 1st time being treated like that. Complete opposite from the beautiful place we stayed in for couple days when we went to the Mediterranean Sea this trip. Overall if you are looking for a place to sleep, it is clean good food. Then stay there if you want to beable to really interact with that locals and not be told that is unsafe then I look at other place.
We loved the staff attention and kindness!
Friendly staff nice breakfast great view of pyramids
We didn't want to leave. The staff were ones we would take with us, so helpful and happy, no matter the request or time of day. And the rooftop restaurant next door was a view and a menu that we will remember. The hotel can be tricky to find, just look for the Elite Pyramids Hotel and you will find the jasmine scented (truly!) hotel inside... We will definitely return if we ever have the opportunity!!
I arrived at the airport and had contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer. There was a slight wait for the driver, but the hotel promptly notified him when I sent a message. He greeted me with a sign, took my luggage, and was an excellent driver, even offering me a traditional Egyptian date biscuit and pointing out various landmarks along the way. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted at the front desk and informed about the hotel's amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, breakfast area, and rooftop restaurant. The hotel itself was wonderful, pleasantly fragrant thanks to the humidifiers, and comfortably cool thanks to the air conditioning. My room was clean and well-equipped with a refrigerator, television, and a separate shower and toilet room with a window—a welcome feature for ventilation. While the mattress and pillows were a bit firm for my preference, I adjusted after a few days. Otherwise, the air conditioning was excellent, the television worked perfectly, and the refrigerator was invaluable. The refrigerator and air conditioning units were a little noisy, but not excessively so. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily. An the people we're all nice, first time i visited and i would come again. Thanks for the great experience.
The room we got was spacious and the indoor swimming pool was great. The staff were friendly. Ahmed sent fruits to our room for my friend who was poorly at the time. He also asked for her well being throughout our stay. We also got free airport transfer from the hotel to the airport sorted by Abdul (staff/manager). He was hospitable and made sure we had a pleasant stay. He also sorted our boat cruise and tours. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were very helpful and readily available, delivering what we needed within minutes. One thing that could be improved is having hand rails for the steps at the very entrance to the hotel for the elderly.
Our one-night stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities were great. What really made our experience special was the outstanding service we received from a staff member named Ahmed. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. He assisted us in communicating with our tour guide, helped us navigate the local area, and he even took some amazing photos for us! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Cairo.
Nice hotel
The service is brilliant! Staff is friendly and engaging. They can assist with last minute plans with an affordable tour guide or transportation and they are always helpful (with no pressured sales). You can either book a scheduled driver to take you to your destination, or alternatively use Uber to visit different landmarks. The hotel breakfast buffet is delicious and prepared with variety of fresh fruits, salads, warm cooked food, and breads. You can ask them to make you coffee. Just beside is Elite Pyramids boutique hotel with an impressive 5th floor rooftop cafe called Zeeyara, which has a great view of the pyramids, and the cafe offers delicious food and drinks. The Jasmine Pyramid hotel bedroom is clean and plenty of space. I highly recommend brining mosquitoes repellent. I used ear plugs to sleep, as there will be scheduled prayer time played through the outdoor public speakers as early as around 4:40 am. There is a nice indoor boutique pool. The outdoor pool is for display only.
Whist overall the hotel was very nice the small inconvenience that stopped it getting 5 stars was the fact the website describes it as a short walk from the pyramids. This is not up to date We had a standard room that was quite small with double bed agaisnt the wall making it difficult to get out of during the night. Good value for money but not 5*
I like the quietness and the cleaning properties.
Front desk had the wrong room my sister booked. Took a while to fix and prepare the room. Courtyard spacious and beautiful, but pool in courtyard is only for decoration and cannot be used. Great location and value. Would recommend if looking for pricing and location.
The rooms were very clean, food honestly average, but just 200 mtrs from marriot mena to walk and go but what made our stay even better was the two ladies at the front desk, they were so welcoming, polite and accomodating and always smiling. It was the first and the last memory we took from the hotel.
I stayed at hotel in February. I had a wonderful experience. We were greeted by driver that the hotel sent for us. The driver was so nice. We got to the hotel and it smells so good. The room was clean. The breakfast was so good. The hotel that is connected in the plaza has an good rooftop restaurant and the view of the Pyramid. The hotel is really nice. They need more marketing, so travels can know about them. I would stay again.
Bathroom smelled like a sewer. They came 4 times and just add perfume and clean. Very nice but smell never went away and they should have changed us room or offer something better for us. Terrible in the rooms but staff is very nice
Great property ! Very clean and well kept.
Loved traveling to Egypt. However the experience with this hotel was poor. First and more important the service in that area was horrible, recommend buying mobilematter esim cuz all the others wont even work, speaking from experience lol. Wifi didnt work for most of the time. The room had a bad smell coming from the bathroom.also booking taxi through hotel pretty expensive. Uber is a total scam, all of tjem will ask for cash betore coming so dont bother. Overall hotel was poor but loved egypt, close to the pyramids
The hotel is beautiful but definitely need some upgrades. Also they didn’t have the room I booked and paid for available when I was checking in. The bathroom smelled like sewage which I figured was because of the poor sewage system overall in Cairo. It wasn’t a horrible stay but not sure I’d stay there again.
Property extremely close to Giza Pyramids. And restaurants near the hotel are decent.
We had a lovely two night stay at this hotel with my parents and my two kids. My parents had a nice room with a king sized bed, while we had the family suite which was very spacious. The location was nice and the rooms were quiet and clean. There aren't a lot of food options nearby, but we ended up crossing the main road to have dinner at the Mina Hotel, which I highly recommend! The price was unbeatable.
The rooms smells bad, the area is very dirty and not good food around. A lot of beggars.
Es un buen lugar y el desayuno muy bueno
The staff was wonderful, so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good.Marena and Lla and Abdoul were so wonderful.
We picked the hotel because it says it had a pool but the pool is only for display pay the extra £150 and stay at the Hilton and got to the Jasmine for the roof top restaurant that over the pyramids of Giza
Really nice hotel located close to the pyramids. First time at a hotel in Egypt and I can say that I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very clean and modern, staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to walk to the pyramids in less than 15 minutes!
Staff was very helpful
The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful.
I visited as part of a last minute deal expecting a cheap and tatty hotel. What I found was a clean hotel with exceptional staff. Whilst this is a small hotel it shares a complex that includes a rooftop restaurant and small pool. The surroundings of the courtyard are lovely and it’s a ten minute walk from the pyramids ticket office. Delighted with my stay.
My only complaint is that the bed was hard and uncomfortable for a curvy body. I always travel with a 3” air mattress, which I had to use.
The hotel is a cute little boutique hotel. The staff go above and beyond. They are so kind and attentive. My bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was WIFI sucked badly. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.
This was a great place to stay. We were a twenty minute walk (uphill but still) to the pyramids. So cool! The rooms were very nice and there were good spots to sit outside by the pool. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. There was some hammering going on outside and when we asked, the front desk made it stop. I read reviews where people complained about lack of restaurants. There is a terrific rooftop restaurant just next door with a fabulous view of the pyramids and great food.
Upon entering first room, door wouldn’t lock, staff unable to repair it. Room very cold, no heat. Second room was better, door locked. No heat but space heater provided. Took a long time to warm up at all. Staff are exceptional.
Staff
The hotel is very reasonably priced. Service was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and tidy. Breakfast was local style and very good. Great view of the pytamifs from the rooftop restaurant. We would stay here again for sure.
Beautiful place to stay and great staff, however the pools were to dirty to use which was a big disappointment for the kids. But everything else was Fantastic!
Nice stay for short term
The property is quite clean and the stuff was super friendly. It is priced modestly and offers plenty for the price point. Great breakfast that is different provided daily. Located within ten minute walk of the pyramids. The area appears to be tourist friendly but not an easy commute to other attractions. Uber is not a good option in Giza/Cairo as they will demand more than twice the fair in cash... Arranging a car/driver from the hotel can be quite pricey on Egyptian standards.
The property itself was fantastic with a lovey big courtyard and a rooftop restaurant associated with the hotel that afforded amazing views of the pyramids and really good food.
The property was very nice once inside and off the street. When we first arrived at 10 at night it was dark and there was trash with dogs eating it on the street. I was nervous. But once inside the courtyard it was nice. Staff for morning breakfast was very friendly. The location to the pyramids and GEM museum is excellent. For the area it was a nice hotel. If you’re looking for luxury or great places to eat go to Mena House. For the price and location this hotel was very good but not even a four star hotel by American standard.
Great value for the price. Convenient location and the staff was helpful.
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and comfort were not priorities. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, evidenced by stains that remained from the previous night. The floors were filthy, as shown by the dirt on my daughter’s feet after walking barefoot. The room itself was poorly maintained. There was no proper shower, only a jacuzzi tub with a handheld showerhead, and the fixtures looked as though they hadn’t been updated in decades. The towels appeared old and worn, and the shampoo and body wash bottles were obviously refilled, adding to the lack of hygiene. Construction noise started far too early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, leaving us with stiff necks and backs. To make matters worse, the staff struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to resolve issues. Mosquitos were a constant problem, coming in through poorly sealed AC vents and windows that could not be closed. Housekeeping was intrusive, calling multiple times to clean the room. The temperature in the room was another issue, especially at night, as we couldn’t regulate it properly. We requested a crib upon arrival, but it was never delivered. Think twice before booking your stay here. Better to stay at the Marriot down the road.
They must improve their tour agency. Even with prices above available in websites such as Get your Guide, we faced many problems such as: - Hire tours in Portuguese and receive one that spoke Spanish (changed in second day after complaint). - Last day the hotel offered us a day to relax in a resort in Ain Sokhna (Red Sea beach closest to Cairo) for 260USD 2 persons. Besides the fact that in November this is a ghost town, they drove us to 2 hotels that were closed and then to a last one that was in renovation, work on going, dirty, and construction noise, in summary no conditions to receive guests. After a few minutes we decide to go back to Cairo, as it was impossible to relax and enjoy. After some discussions the hotel returned 150USD saying that they had spent more then that with travel agency. Our balance was a vacation day and 110USD lost. - Car to travel to Alexandria didn’t have seat belts in back seats. - Although we had 4 days in Cairo the Grand Museum wasn’t recommended. Luckily we had some spare time in our 2nd day and we could fit it into schedule. The hotel is all right. Wi-Fi is a little unstable but bathroom is good and breakfast with some variety. Location to reach main Pyramides and Grand Museum is good, but really bad to have a walk visiting shops and have a nice meal.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, and great value. Room and rest of facility was clean. Some parts of hotel could benefit from updating, like wifi coverage, but given the cost of the room, this place is a real bargain.
I would definetly come to this Hotel again, and definitely would reccommend this hotel. Im quite shocked how clean their towels and the rooms actually were.. most 5* hotels have marked towels. The staff were great the best thing about the hotel was everything. What i really found intriging was one call wverything on the doorstep in a matter if few mins.. everything was 5* the swimming area inside pool outdoor the roof top excellent service.. i amazed this isnt a 5*!!!! Very very clean great job to all the staff...
We had a great time at this location. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. The pyramids are a 10 minute walk! There is a restaurant next door with a stunning view of the pyramids. Highly recommend! And definitely coming back.
El ambiente del hotel es simplemente encantador. Las instalaciones están meticulosamente remodeladas y decoradas con un gusto exquisito. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, y de buen gusto. El personal muy atento en todo momento.
First, staff attention was incredible. Pool was dirty and the amount of stray cats drinking from it did not help. The hotel is just an insert in another hotel which does not recognize your stay on Jasmin as theirs, so you are not freely use their updated facilities. Room issues: shower super small, slippery and water over flowed to outside the shower floor. TV, only air channels, no smart tv or updated. We were not offered an upgrade option and outside the courtyard there is no security for Jasmin only for the other hotel on the same grounds. Walked two block to buy water and snacks, on the way backed a car with four occupants try intentionally to hit as I walked back to the hotel. So surroundings are not safe to take a stroll.
Good
Thank for excellent service
The first night there was a problem with the a/c unit on my room. the next day they change me to another room but the new room didn’t have running water they took a day to fix it but the staff was helpful
The reception manager, Alla, is the best! Any problems we might have were taken care of immediately. Her performance was better than any concierge we’ve used in Las Vegas. Alla deserves a promotion and a raise! Unfortunately, we were unable to pack her in our suitcase.😉
Great breakfast buffet! Alla was wonderful and quickly took care of any problems we had. Nice location with the pyramids looking over your shoulder. Definitely recommend this hotel for those on a tight budget.
I really satisfied with people who work there and hotel. They’re so friendly, kind and helpful. There was so quite and clean:)
Amazing experience, beautiful and clean. highly recommended , friendly staff!!!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is very close to the pyramids. There is a nice rooftop restaurant too. The rooms are good size. The beds were bit tough, not most comfortable if you prefer softer beds.
