Location far to walk to lake and town. We walked but it is hilly, so not easy. It was also very hot, making walking uphill difficult, but heat not hotel fault. Hotel shuttle expensive. Limited menu at restaurant for dinner.

We found this place completely by accident when we were looking for somewhere to stay for one night on our way back from Naples, and we’re so glad we did! The place was absolutely amazing. The room was really nice and comfortable, the pool was so relaxing and had a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. What was supposed to be just a one-night stop ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely come back here and will absolutely recommend it to our friends. Such a lucky find!

Hotel looks filthy, not maintained properly, the walls were falling apart in the room, the staff was terrible. At breakfast after 20 minutes the waiter didnt even ask about coffee, the dinner was okay but the price/quality was outrageous. The staff’s arogance i can feel to this day

Menu was fairly limited, and breakfast buffet wasn’t refilled once it had been eaten so on both days we had limited options

Le petit déjeûner buffet était très copieux et sans limite. Les espaces sont très beaux, les paysages de même. Le personnel est très sympathique, généreux et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa et de sa piscine couverte.

Il est dommage que les jacuzzis étaient en maintenance lors de notre séjour. Cependant, au coeur de l'été, ils ne nous ont pas beaucoup manqué. Le seul bémol est l'éloignement des commerces et activités si vous n'avez pas de moyen de transport (nous étions à pied). Il faut s'attendre à avoir 10 min de marche pour descendre au lac (et à remonter) ou 15 min en forte montée de l'hôtel à la ville de Bracciano (pour le château, glaces, commerces).

Il posto è situato in una collinetta proprio sotto il castello dove si gode di una vista lago davvero molto bella. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e siamo stati trattati noi e i nostri cucciolotti con molta cordialità e gentilezza. Struttura elegante e pulita. Servizio impeccabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente !!

Το δωμάτιο μας μύριζε υγρασία και κλεισούρα και ενώ μας πρότεινε η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν να μας ετοιμάσουν κουτιά με πρωινό να πάρουμε μαζί μας που θα μας ετοίμαζαν στις 6:30 το πρωί πριν φύγουμε, δεν είπαν ετοιμάσει τίποτα και ο τύπος που ήταν το πρωί στην ρεσεψιόν για να κάνουμε την αναχώρηση, δεν είχε ιδέα από λογαριασμούς και μας καθυστέρησε πάρα πολύ, οριακά για να χάσουμε το αεροπλάνο μας

Beautiful property and grounds

The location was great, the view was amazing, and the pool and facilities were excellent. There was a huge selection at breakfast and we were very comfortable in our clean room, getting everything we needed when asked.

Some small things: The staff didn't offer to help us carry our luggage up the stairs when we checked in. We also for some reason weren't informed that we could order omelets, although a waitress came to take our coffee orders. So it would've been nice to know about since we didn't love the egg options in the buffet. Overall we had a great time, just would like better communication from the staff.

Beautiful in all regards. Great location. Fantastic views. Impeccable grounds.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה, מאד בלט ולא היו כלל ירקות... וזה היה מאד חסר לנו. הרבה מתוקים וסוגי מאפים המלון עצמו במיקום מדהים, עם נוף מקסים גם לעבר המצודה וגם לעבר הים. יצאנו מוקדם מהמלון ביום העזיבה וקיבלנו קופסאות עם ארוחת בוקר שכללה סנדוויץ, פרי, מאפה, יוגורט ושתיה. צוות העובדים קשוב , יעיל ומסייע . נסיעה לפיומצ'ינו כ- 40 דקות

אין מעלית במלון לאלה שבקומה שניה. כדי להגיע מהבנין המרוחק לחנית הרכבים - צריך לגלגל המזוודות על דשא ושביל אבנים מקוטע. יש להיזהר בספא מהחלקה (למרות אזהרות במקום) היה עדיף לבצע הריצוף שמונע החלקה..

Fantastisk utsikt över Braccianosjön. Balkong mot vattnet rekommenderas. Fräsch anläggning, lugnt och harmoniskt. Suverän frukost. Restaurang för lunch och middag med hög kvalitet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fräscht så inte mycket att klaga på. Dusch vid poolen var inte igång. I övrigt allt jättebra.

The hotel is superbly located, with beautiful grounds and a wonderful view of the lake. The access drive is rugged and rustic, as appropriate for this hidden gem. Once through the gates you'll be on a beautiful paved drive. The restaurant is superb - be sure to book a table when booking your hotel stay. Treat yourself and get one of the lake view rooms with a terrace - you will not regret it. The hotel spa is below ground, with a sauna, steam room and small, cool pool for soaking. The floors are finished with marble and rather slippery. The staff were wonderfully gracious and helpful. They said that May and September can be some of the best months to visit - summer months are too hot and crowded.

We recently stayed at Vigna Caio Relais on Lake Bracciano, and it was truly a five-star experience. The hotel estate is beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping, stunning grounds, and incredible views of the lake and mountains. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very nicely appointed, with a huge terrace that wrapped around into a balcony overlooking Lake Bracciano. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and used the indoor spa every day, including the thermal pool with jacuzzi jets, steam room, sauna, and rain shower. There were always plush towels, snacks, and plenty of still and sparkling water available. As beautiful as the property is, the staff made the stay truly special. Christina, the general manager, was amazing — attentive, gracious, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was taken care of. Erica and Pietra at the front desk were professional, friendly, and very helpful. The cleaning staff also deserves five-star praise, as everything was always fresh, tidy, and spotless. Marco and Alessio took wonderful care of us at the bar and café, both inside and outside on the veranda, where we loved relaxing in the evenings with a beautiful view of the lake. Sara and Federica were excellent in the dining room, and the food was fresh and enjoyable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy walks to Lake Bracciano and up into the town of Bracciano. We also enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Trevignano Romano. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Vigna Caio Relais to anyone visiting the Lake Bracciano area.

This is a beautiful property and a great location. The fantastic Italian Air Force Museum is also nearby!

The property was beautiful overall. It was very clean, easy to find, and the views were amazing.

The only disappointment during our stay was that we arrived around 6:00 PM after a full day of traveling and were looking forward to relaxing in the spa facilities. Upon arrival, we were informed that the spa and, if I recall correctly, the pool would be closing at 7:00 PM. While it was certainly our responsibility to check the opening hours in advance, it would have been helpful if this information had been included in a pre-arrival email so guests could plan accordingly. We had also booked a rate that included breakfast, but breakfast service did not begin until 8:00 AM. As early risers with travel plans, we needed to leave at 8:00 AM and unfortunately were unable to enjoy the breakfast we had paid for. An earlier breakfast option, or at least some grab-and-go items for guests departing early, would have been greatly appreciated.

Esperienza meravigliosa in tutto: la vista, l'atmosfera del posto, la piscina, la spa... Camere splendide e impeccabilmente pulite, staff eccezionale, giardini curatissimi. Un luogo incantato dove il relax è assicurato.

Per alcuni potrebbe essere un problema: la nostra camera (la n. 7) la mattina presto si inonda di luce poiché non c'è un modo per oscurare le finestre.

There were many things to love about this resort. We were impressed with the lovely and peaceful view of the lake, the tastefully decorated property, the delicious food and of course the wonderful, helpful staff.

The location, in close proximity to the airport in Fiumicino, is a huge plus. But then you have the wonderful village of Bracciano, and the Castello right near the property, as well as the lake beach clubs, which all provide a relaxing and wonderful getaway location from the throngs in Rome.

Everything was perfect, amazing staff and the views just amazing.

Facile da raggiungere, posizione incantevole con una vista spettacolare sul lago. Struttura ben curata in tutti i dettagli. Il letto aveva un Topper degno di un 5 stelle, dormito divinamente. Colazione ricca e variegata: dolci fatti in casa, opzioni salate, varietà di yogurt ben assortire (a frutta, senza lattosio, intero, magro ecc), diversi tipi di latte vegetale disponibile, gluten free ed altro. C'è n'è davvero per tutti. Staff disponibile e presente ma senza essere invadente. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante Aquaromana presente in struttura, tutto semplicemente squisito. Consigliatissimo!
