Очень классный отель, мы останавливаемся в нем постоянно, самый лучший отель в городе Сивас!Номера просторные,кровати удобные,завтрак отличный.Персонал вежливый и приветливый,спасибо большое им за гостеприимство.

Wonderful stay in Sivas! Superb, extra-comfortable rooms and a genuinely kind, helpful staff. A special mention goes to the amazing traditional Turkish breakfast! Slightly away from the center, which is great for enjoying a quiet and peaceful sleep. Highly recommended!

Het Turkse ontbijt was helemaal ons ding niet, dus we hebben niet veel gegeten. We hebben al betere Turkse ontbijten gehad.

The ac in my room is not working with hot weather 😫

Номера комфортные, персонал заботливый.. встретили хорошо, мы остались все довольны. На обратном пути планируем остановиться в этом же отеле

Близко к центру города. Есть своя парковка. Чистые удобные номера. Есть чайник. Хороший континентальный завтрак.

Останавливались здесь уже второй раз по пути к морю. Приветливый персонал, чистый номер, хороший завтрак!

Очень приятный отель с хорошим расположением. Хорошее место для погулять. Город хороший для проезда на южное побережье. Рекомендую.

Немного завышена цена по мне, в остальном все отлично.

It was very near and very clean. The room was wuiet and very spacious and the bathroom luxurious. We had a free upgrade which was also very nice. The receptionist spoke excellent English and had nice suggestions for places to eat.

It was a bit hot in the room. We were there end of may and was 25 degrees in the room. The airconditioning didn’t cool. For us northerners it eas a tad warm.

The hotel is within walking distance from city center and historical sites. All staff members are very cooperative. Neat and clean.

Грибок в ванной комнате, шум с улицы, обман со стоимостью проживания с собакой. Стоимость проживания с собакой на сайте не указана, т.е. отель может называть любую стоимость за проживание животного, абсолютно любую, а если гость не согласен, то при отмене бронирования клиент теряет деньги за позднюю отмену. Когда мы сказали, что не согласны, то ВЛАДЕЛЕЦ отеля сравнил нас с собаками. Он сказал "вы купили комнату на двух человек, а хотите жить втроем!" Мы останавливались в этом отеле более шести раз, но это был последний. Нужно обязать отели указывать стоимость проживания с животными, чтобы персонал или владельцы не могли обманывать своих гостей.

Чисто, тепло, завтрак (шведский стол) достаточно хороший. Попросили пожарить яйца, нам сделали! На ресепшене говорят по-английски.

Отель уже с «уставшим» дизайном, полотенца застиранные. Нам достался номер ниже земли, там очень пахало жареным, видимо, с кухни. А окно мы открыть не могли, там всегда сидел кто-то из сотрудников и курил, весь дым шел в номер. На завтраке кофе был просто отвратительным.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich sauber. Leider roch es in unserem Zimmer stark nach WC-Abfluss bzw. Urin. Auch nach einer Beschwerde wurde uns nur ein Zimmerwechsel gegen Aufpreis angeboten, obwohl wir direkt nach dem Check-in darauf hingewiesen haben. Das Personal war freundlich, aber oft nicht an der Rezeption anzutreffen. Sowohl beim Ein- als auch beim Auschecken mussten wir lange warten (ca. 10 Minuten beim Check-in, beim Check-out sogar noch länger, trotz Klingeln). Das Frühstück war in Ordnung: Es gibt ein Buffet mit überschaubarer, aber guter Auswahl. Laut Beschreibung ist das Hotel barrierefrei. Allerdings muss man zunächst Treppen steigen, um überhaupt den Aufzug zu erreichen – für Menschen mit körperlicher Einschränkung also nicht ideal.

Zuvorkommendes Personal, bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Schöne geräumige Zimmer.

Frühstück war für europäische Gewohnheiten verbesserungsfähig, aber okay

Nous ne savions pas que c'est un 3 *car sur le net, il est classé 5*, mais il vaut en tout cas un 4*! La chambre tres spacieuses, trés bien chauffée, est quasi-luxueuse avec une grande salle de bain. Tout est neuf et bien entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est royal! Le personnel très gentil. Je le recommande vraiment. Pas cher pour un trés grand confort! Je suis ravie!

Поселились на одну ночь проездом, было позднее заселение но персонал очень приветливый и ночью помогли с вещами, встретили владельца отеля очень вежливый и приятный человек, лично провел к номеру! Вкусный завтрак и хорошо номер

Helpful staff and location

Not enough facilities, it’s normal to offer complimentary bootle of mineral water, it was non provided, the housekeeping barely straightened the bed sheets, didn’t replace towels just took away the used ones. Breakfast was reasonable, few items when finished weren’t replaced.

Really exceed my expectation. Definitely the best for the price!! Use to stay in dozen of cheap  "road" hotels in Turkey.  You normally never expect much.. but this one really surprised me with quality !! Will use it for my future trips

we are traveling with a dog. the big one. Bernese. and this is why we usually book an apartment. But in the case of this hotel they are really pet friendly! And the second thing - they serve breakfast. and this is really tasty. All dishes are very good!

Odaları,konumu,kahvaltısı,çalışanları herşeyiyle beş yıldızı hak eden bir otel.Etrafta çok sayıda market,banka,restoran var.Yürüyerek 15 dakikada meydana gidebilirsiniz.

Temiz konum olarak guzel park sıkıntı si yok kahvaltı si gayet güzel otel personeli ilgili tavsiye ederim.

Mükemmel ve sakin bir konaklama oldu benim için. Çeşitli kahvaltı imkanı ve güler yüzlü çalışanları sayesinde son derece rahat bir süreç geçirdim. Teşekkürler.

Loved this hotel, would happily stay longer if we could. Rooms are very spacious and beds so comfortable. The breakfast and service was outstanding. I can’t think of one single negative. Great place.

Was great, except that room was supposed to have city view and it only had a skylight, no city view.

This is a brand new hotel with great amenities. The rooms are quiet, the bathrooms elegant, the breakfast buffet varied. The staff is very helpful. The city center is within easy walking distance.

Otel sakin, konum olarak güzel, hizmet kalitesi iyi. Kahvaltı çeşidi fazla. Biz memnun kaldık. Ayrıca otelin sahibine küçük hediyesi için teşekkür etme fırsatım olmadı burdan etmiş olayım :) Tekrar yolum düşerse tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Big rooms, new hotel, friendly staff and good location.

Clean room and bathroom.

We had a 3 night stay. We had 2 large beds and the bed my husband slept on caused him to be bitten on his wrist, hand and neck. We suspect it is bed bugs. He slept with a long sleeve shirt on as the weather was cold. So the exposed part of his body was bitten. We only realized it on the 2nd day.

It was a clean place and the people and staff were very nice And it was quite close to the city center

The finest of Turkish hospitality, friendly staff, go over and beyond to look after you. Breakfast fit for royalty. Modern spacious rooms and bathrooms. Was only planning to stay 1 night and ended up staying a lot longer on my road trip around Turkeye

This hotel offers the best breakfast we have had in Turkiye, in their shiny dining area. Our room was spacious, spotless with an excellent bed and modern bathroom. Large windows facing the road gave us an outlook. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is also well located that we could walk to the historical sites.

The location was perfect for us, the staff was responsive and fast, everything in the room was in good condition.

Breakfast was limited, there were no meat options at all. Though variety of cheese and vegetables was great.

Het is een mooi nieuw hotel. Top personeel en goed ontbijt. Alleen hadden we pech met de centrale verwarming/AC. Die was kapot dus dat was erg vervelend want onze kamer was een sauna ondanks dat de deuren van balkon wagenwijd openstonden. Je hebt dus geen airco die je kan bedienen in je kamer. Buiten dat om komen we graag terug en dit keer misschien voor een suite

The hotel is new and very clean. The cleanness exceeded my expectations. The staff is not English-speaking, but very caring and friendly. We were late for breakfast but they did their best to service us. Wi-fi worked very well. The beds were comfy. The hotel is pet-friendly and is a good option to stay for a night while driving/traveling across Turkey.

Clean and cozy hotel, looks pretty inside and outside, has own big parking. Staff was extremely polite and welcome, we even received gifts during checkout. And breakfast was delicious!
