Reviewed Jun 15, 2026地點在車站前面出入方便,老闆親切好商量,我們5人入住還升等八人房,住得舒服,浴室夠大水壓很強,只是沒有乾濕分離,洗個澡噴得滿間浴室,唯一缺失,其他都還好.
大門可以改為自動上鎖,進門可按密碼進入,可鎖門但外出就不能自動上鎖,可改自動上鎖加強門禁比較安全.

原本不知道是被排幾樓的房間 老闆娘說二樓會漏水 換五樓給我 房間比較大也比較舒服 但是五樓某個床的角落也會漏水⋯ 那張床的床頭櫃整個都是水 滴了整個晚上 行李超爆多然後給我五樓：）

Reviewed May 24, 2026老闆服務極具熱忱，不論我提出什麼問題，他都會積極想辦法協助解決，讓人感到非常安心。房間設施維持得不錯，冷氣冷房效果 快速，在南台灣的天氣下住起來很舒服；浴室熱水穩定且水壓充足，洗個熱水澡能徹底放鬆疲憊。加上離車站近、停車也算方便，是來潮州住宿的高 CP 值首選！

懂木工的朋友建議床板的基架可從三分板改使用六分板，可以使用更長久。就像自家的床，而使用更久喔！

シーツが汚れていて清潔ではない。シャワーがいつまで経ってもお湯が出てこない。水でシャワーをしました。 無人でフロントもないので、チャットで連絡したが返信がなく、到着しても入れなかった。私は外国人で台湾の電話番号がなく中国語も話せないためオーナーに電話もできません。建物から出てきた宿泊者が代わりに電話してくれて、部屋番号や利用方法を知りました。
