L'hôtel est très luxueux, c'est très bien propre et confortable

Je donne une mauvaise note car ma femme et moi avons eu une intoxication alimentaire qui a duré plusieurs jours. C'est sûr à 100% que nous l'avons attrapé dans cet établissement car il n'y a aucun restaurant autour et nous avons pris le gouter, diner et petit déjeuner sur place. En soit la nourriture est très bonne (excepté le fromage) mais nous avons quand même attrapé une intoxication alimentaire qui nous a pénalisé plusieurs jours lors de notre voyage à Taiwan. Après réclamation nous avons obtenu le remboursement de la nourriture (encore heureux). Selon eux, il aurait fallu se plaindre rapidement à la direction ce qui est impensable quand on commence tout juste à avoir les symptômes. Il faut se mettre à la place des clients ! C'est un comble d'avoir attrapé une intoxication alimentaire dans l'établissement le plus luxueux de notre séjour de 17 jours à Taiwan. Egalement lors de l'encaissement, il faut absolument une carte de crédit. Nous utilisons une carte de néobanque afin de ne pas avoir de frais de change. Il a fallu payer 2 fois le séjour (1 fois pour la caution et 1 fois pour la nuit) puis attendre 15 jours avant d'être remboursé de la caution.

早餐因現場料理等候較久還沒回座位，餐具及飲品就被工作人員清理，建議可以給「用餐中」的牌子。

Für den Preis, hätten das Frühstück und auch das Dinner-Buffet etwas mehr bieten müssen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte (vor allem im Vergleich zu unserer Hotels davor) nicht so ganz.

近乎滿分的住宿體驗，太喜歡了！櫃檯服務熱情親切，會提前聯絡提醒天氣和上山路線，感謝幫我們免費升級套房並提供結婚週年慶祝蛋糕，還推薦我們迷糊步道的賞螢行程（4月底去螢火蟲很多）。整間飯店裝潢設計質感極佳，房間安靜且床墊軟硬適中，從沐浴備品（澡茶超讚！）到 mini fridge 到 happy hours 的飲食都很高規格，也順利在頂樓欣賞到日出美景，房價雖貴但非常值得！

不需要早起接駁的方式看日出，只需要上頂樓就可以有熱巧克力及可頌可以享用欣賞著日出

硬體設施與服務人員的態度都很棒。

天哪！晚餐實在是可怕的經驗，貴得要死又沒有菜，建議以後叫計程車下山去吃會好很多。早餐有80分的水準，但連續吃兩天同樣的菜色，就有點膩了。

位置在深山風景區，旅客多攜帶著行李，舟車勞頓，但入住時間比大部分飯店的入住時間晚一小時，退房時間仍為11點。另外，在深山區，早餐餐廳7點才開始，大部分旅客在欣賞日出後在餐廳外空等早餐餐廳開始營業。晚餐也6點才開始。午餐餐廳只營業到2點半。大部分客戶願意花高價入住，希望泊食都盡興滿意，可惜食的部分不佳。性價比相對打了折扣 午餐餐廳，用餐客人不多，因此任憑表演舞團在餐廳裡高談闊論，大聲喧嘩，嚴重損傷五星級飯店的品質與水準。 不會再入住，也絕不會推薦

價格過高，尤其晚餐品質普通卻收2600元，太貴

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, aber rundum und nur wenige Fahrminuten gibt es zahlreiche weitere Unterkünfte die einen ähnlichen Ausblick haben.

Preis-Leistung stimmen hier null. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick, aber am Balkon waren die Scheiben so verdreckt, dass man kaum durchsehen konnte. Auch im Bad roch es muffig und feucht. In der Rooftopbar bestellten wir die Käseplatte und das, was wir erhalten haben hatte mit dem auf der Karte nichts zu tun. Für den Preis würde ich lieber woanders hingehen….

無所不在的音樂讓人很困擾，在屋頂看日出時，尤其希望寧靜，希望能夠在音樂的選擇以及播放的情境多考慮斟酌。

Both dinner & breakfast (buffet style) were excellent - in terms of quality and choice of food and drinks. Really enjoyed the international cuisine. Breads were in particular, exceptional at breakfast. The roof facilities were very good, and it was the perfect site to view spectacular sunrise - magnificent view in fact. Also enjoyed the dance performance after dinner. All in all, atmosphere was good in the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable - well designed with good view of the mountains. Set next to a tea plantation, morning walk at the back of the hotel was also most convenient and pleasant.

On arrival, we were greeted and offered a drink before checking in, a nice gesture, except that the cup offered to me was stained with lipstick... No apology was offered, though another cup was immediately offered. Room 721 : there was a dark stain on the carpet near the entrance - quite unpleasant to look at and unacceptable for a nice hotel of this calibre.

New and convenient option given the location.

Over priced for what’s available and offered (i.e. food selection, activities, etc) as it’s relatively a small hotel. More importantly, it seems to focus catering to 2 adult guests per room. Family and friends with an extra adult person cannot share a bed and would need to upgrade to a room with a sofa bed (but the large price increase doesn’t justify the quality in my opinion).
