A very pleasant hotel where you can truly feel safe, as there is 24/7 security at the front desk. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic! It's right in the city center just a short walk to the beach and literally a couple of steps from the medina. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! We didn’t stay long, but we truly recommend it.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Sousse station and is in a pedestrian only area so it is nice and quiet at night. My room was clean, spacious and had everything I needed, including a fridge and great AC. The bathroom was great and the shower had hot water when needed.

La situació i l'habitació era gran i neta. Tot i haver reservat una triple, ens varen donar dues habitacions.

L'hotel no té ascensor i estavem al tercer pis, pujar les maletes va ser difícil. El recepcionista va ser molt mal educat, no ens va deixar pagar amb targeta i no ens va donar accés al wifi, a més, dorm en el forat de l'escala (bastant desagradable trobar algú dorminta al forat de l'escala). L'aire acondicionat de l'habitació no funcionava del tot bé, i el bany era petit i, a més, la dutxa inundava tot el bany. El preu de l'habitació per la qualitat ha sigut excessiu.

Bagno cieco e con doccia sprovvista di vetro quindi ogni volta si allagava. La camera è stata rifatta solo 1 volta (il secondo giorno) ma gli asciugamani erano macchiati C’è da stare attenti con il bidone del condizionatore e ricordarsi di svuotarlo perché noi ci siamo svegliate con la stanza allagata. Phon da chiedere in reception Danno solo 1 mini saponetta e una bustina di shampoo dall’odore nauseabondo

The room was exactly like the pictures, it was clean and spacious, the location of the hotel was great too, close to many restaurants and shops and close to the beach and the taxis and the old city , the staff were helpful and the room had a nice balcony I recommend it and for Sousse the price was adequate to the quality of the room

部屋も清潔で、エアコンも冷蔵庫も部屋にあるのが良かった。そしてホテルのスタッフの対応がとても丁寧ですごく快適に過ごすことができました。ドライヤーも貸し出していただけました。

少し入り口が分かりづらいかもしれません。また、エレベーターがないため上階だと階段なので荷物が多いと大変です。

Non puliscono nelle camere, era previsto il balcone, non c’era.

L'emplacement etait top puisque je devais etre au centre ville de Sousse. Le personnel de jour comme de nuit était aux petits soins et nous avons entamés plusieurs discussions fructueuses sur la ville et ses environs. C'était TOP!

Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas possible sur place à l'hôtel. L'emplacement central et cependant très calme est un point fort. Le grand balcon est agréable, cela donne encore pus d'espace.

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être proposé. L'évacuation d'eau du tuyau extérieur de l'appareil de climatisation aurait dûe être vérifiée avant notre arrivée. J'ai été obligé de vider le seau plein d'eau moi-même.

A sua localização perto dos principais pontos turísticos de sousse. O staff super prestável e muito muito simpático, sempre se disponibilizaram para nos ajudar no que fosse preciso! O quarto é limpo todos os dias e trocam as toalhas. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem!

Não é tanto um ponto negativo porque é uma questão cultural mas para os europeus faz confusão não haver um espaço dedicado ao duche, portanto Tomás banho entre a sanita e o lavatório

L' hotel si presenta molto accogliente in una posizione molto vantaggiosa perché vicino al mare e a molti locali e supermercati. Voglio dare veramente una valutazione super positiva soprattutto per la gentilezza dello staff e della persona con cui ho parlato tramite messaggi, perché ho avuto purtroppo un grande problema e sono dovuto partire in anticipo, non mi hanno fatto pagare le 2 notti e sono rimasto molto contento nonostante il problema fosse mio. Spero di tornarci in futuro.

L’accueil la propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse du gérant et de ses employés. Il faut noter que l’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du centre et de toute commodité et de la plage. Je conseille vivement cette établissement

Il existe encore des lieux authentiques, apaisants, … des « oasis » en pleine ville : Nous avons absolument tout apprécié : la chambre, la propreté, l’emplacement, très centré dans un lieu authentique et non « sur-touristisé», le calme, l’attention, la discrétion et l’amabilité. En d’autres termes, tout ce dont nous rêvions sans trop l’espérer !

Nous avons tout apprécié, il n’y a pas le moindre doute.

L'emplacement à proximité des commerces et à 2 pas de la plage. La chambre était spacieuse et disposait d'un balcon. L'accueil est correct.

Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.

Жили в номере с балконом неделю. Хорошая гостиница, уютный номер как на фото, дружелюбный персонал. Горячая вода, кондиционер и холодильник есть, интернет тоже хорошо работал. Уборка по просьбе. При заселении в номере была тарелка с фруктами - приятный сюрприз)

Даже не знаю, всё было хорошо, мы довольны. Единственное, в ванной комнате душ не отгорожен, но пол быстро сохнет. И лифта нет, но мы жили на втором этаже, т.ч. нормально.

We had a wonderful stay at this small hotel in Sousse and would definitely come back without hesitation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Medina, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It's also very convenient if you plan to travel by train, as the railway station is within easy reach. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the private terrace and the small table with two chairs inside the room, which made it even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse.

La stanza era perfetta, appena ristrutturata e tutto funzionante, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Sousse e dalla Medina. Il personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!!

Il personale dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo e ospitale, sono stati disponibili per organizzare tutti i trasferimenti in auto che abbiamo richiesto. Una persona era sempre presente alla reception dell'hotel di giorno e durante la notte. Le stanze sono perfettamente pulite e accoglienti con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, vicino sia alla medina sia al lungo mare.

Ilmastointi toimi, huone oli siisti, sijainti oli lähellä rantaa ja keskustassa.

Suihkussa ei ollut suihkuverhoa, joten koko kylpyhuone kastui suihkussa käydessä. WC:no käsisuihku hankalassa paikassa.

Le climatiseur faisait un bruit énorme et beaucoup de bruit mais ça vient des travaux et des voisins de la rue en face.

Good location and quite clean.

I was kept awake by a deep droning noise, caused by the Air Conditioning units on one side of the building. The hotel has a soundproofing issue, as low frequencies resonate through its structure. They need to install proper insulation and use higher efficiency units. I switched to a different room in the middle of the night, which was slightly better. I’m glad I didn’t have to wake up early for a flight. Also, there was NO coffee. I need a cup of Joe, as soon as my eyes open. I don’t understand why some hotels overlook this critical service.

Otel oldukça temizdi. Yataklar rahat olduğu için konforlu bir konaklama geçirdik. Konumu çok iyiydi ve birçok yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ayrıca aracımızın aküsü bittiğinde resepsiyon görevlisi büyük bir yardımseverlik göstererek aracın yanına geldi ve akümüzü şarj etmemize yardımcı oldu. Personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliği gerçekten takdire şayandı.

Duş gideri tıkalıydı ve bunu kendimiz temizlemek zorunda kaldık. Yan odada konaklayan misafirin gürültüsü rahatsız ediciydi ve odalar arasındaki ses yalıtımı yeterli değildi. Ayrıca odadaki yeni buzdolabı oldukça gürültülü çalışıyordu, özellikle gece saatlerinde rahatsız edici olabiliyordu.

I really liked the hotel; it's very close to the sea, and the location is very near the town, the beach, and restaurants. I recommend booking this hotel. The stuff so nice. And most importantly, they are trustworthy.

Good position in the centre of sousse, nearby the train station, the Medina and the seaside. Very kind staff, they allow me with an earlier check in. Basic room, clean and spacious.

This hotel is a good budget/local option in an excellent location, within a few minutes’ walk of the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was also convenient for day trips, as the louage station for places like El Jem and Kairouan was only a taxi ride away. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. When we arrived in early May, the air conditioning had not yet been switched on for the season, and the room felt quite hot. My friend is prone to heat stroke, so we contacted the owner, Taher, via WhatsApp and the AC remote was provided later that evening so we could use it. Taher also gave us some recommendations for restaurants and advice on travelling to historical sites. Overall, Taher was very responsive over WhatsApp, which we appreciated.

There were signs of plumbing/leak issues. We were given a bucket to place under the AC when using it, and there was another bucket under the bathroom basin, suggesting the basin leaked too. The bathroom has no separate shower area, so the floor floods when showering. The basin was installed at a slope, so toiletries kept sliding off, and the basin itself clogged up with water. The toilet had been fitted unusually high, meaning your feet don’t touch the ground when sitting on it. There is no elevator/lift in the building despite there being at least four floors. On arrival, the receptionist explained he had recently had a heart attack and therefore could not help carry luggage upstairs, which was understandable. On departure, the owner arranged for both the receptionist and cleaner to assist, but because of the receptionist’s recent heart attack, I did not feel comfortable asking him to carry heavy luggage, so the cleaner and I carried the suitcase downstairs together. Overall, this hotel worked well because of its location and clean, spacious rooms, but the maintenance issues and lack of elevator/lift are worth being aware of, especially if travelling with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful on both arrival and departure (e.g., finding a spot for some breakfast). It is very well located.

Although the price was clearly attractive, the room was not up to what I expect from a Booking.com rating as high as it was (8.9). It definitely had not been recently renovated. Having become accustomed to breakfast being included in Tunisia properties, it is a minus to not have it.

Hotel realmente ristrutturato e quindi nuovissimo. Ho alloggiato nella camera con balcone ed ho dormito molto bene. Ottima la pulizia, la gentilezza dello staff e la posizione migliore in assoluto. Presenza anche del frigorifero. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Le tende delle finestre dovrebbero essere più oscuranti perché lasciano entrare molta luce. Manca l'ascensore, anche se i gradini sono bassi e quindi non sono affatto faticosi. Potrebbero mettere un asciugacapelli in dotazione.

Hôtel Résidence Monia is a good choice for exploring Sousse and its surrounding sites and cities. Close to the beach, close to the Medina, close to many restaurants and cafés. The room was clean and comfortable for a few days.

Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel . La rénovation a modernisé les chambres (salle de bain à l'italienne,etc ...). Les personnes sont toujours aussi aimables et attentives . Toujours aussi bien situé, dans le centre dans une rue calme et proche de la mer ,un bon équilibre à Sousse. Notre séjour (4 jours)a été très agréable.

Pas de cloison de douche ce qui signifie que le sol est trempé après un passage (mais c'est bien montré sur les photos). Il y avait un problème d'eau courante le soir mais c'était propre à la ville, et non à l'hôtel, ce dernier nous a fourni des bouteilles d'eau et nous a prévenu tôt.

Das kleine Hotel ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Sousse. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Rezeption ist etwas veraltet, aber die Zimmer haben dann positiv überrascht. Wir haben sogar noch verlängert, weil Preis-Leistung super war. Parkplatz war immer in der Nähe zu finden.Medina,Strand und Cafés sind in der Nähe.

A good location a few minutes walk to the medina, but also the option of the town and walking to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby. Fairly quite location as on pedestrian street. Nothing fancy but all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. I'd be happy to stay again as it's a good value place. Friendly staff.

It is just beside the train station. Around the corner there is café and restaurants. The room was tidy and clean. The location is slightly noisy in the evening but quieten down at night.

The location was superb, 1-2 min walk from the train station and 5 min walk to Sousse's medina. The room was comfortable and renovated, the radiators were working (it was surprisingly cold and rainy outside). I think you can't ask for more for a 2 star hotel. Someone from the hotel contacted me via Whatsapp asking if everything was fine. I appreciated that they take care of their customers.

There is no elevator. The bathroom is "Asian style" (shower integrated in the bathroom). Everything in the toilet was fine and the facilites were renovated but I personally don't like this setting.

Open shower is something I'm not so keen on. And it's not so easy to find a parking spot in the neighbourhood.

At check-in (around 7 p.m.) I was told that hit water will be available only for one more hour. There is a window in the bathroom and you can actually see through it the bathroom of the adjacent room (you can see your neighbor showering and the other way round) - depending on the height you see the head or more.

The location is very good and we could easily go everywhere walking. They kept our luggages for the day we went to the desert.

The toilet sit was dirty and when we mentioned it in the reception they told us the shift of the cleaning lady had ended so we had to clean it ourselves. Cleanliness in general terms could be improved. No sound insulation so it is a bit noisy. The heating was not working both times when we arrived and it was fixed later. We had no hot water in the last night - they refund us 50% of our stay to minimize the trouble.

Hotel Monia is a good choice to discover Sousse. Really close to the beach and the medina, it's in the best location. The days we visited the city were really cold and rainy but the room was heated, so it was a pleasure come back to the hotel every night. They were really kind. Hotel is in a peatonal street near coffes where you can have breakfast

La posizione è fantastica, inoltre la struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata e si vede! Tutto è nuovo e profuma di pulito. L’host è presente per sapere se tutto va bene! Insomma per quanto mi riguarda è stato tutto perfetto!
