Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was very comfortable and spacious enough for three people. Each room had its own TV, which was a nice touch. The beds, pillows and duvets were absolutely fantastic — very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linen and towels, and the toiletries were regularly replenished. All the staff were extremely kind, attentive and helpful. They genuinely made an effort to assist us and ensure that we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is quiet, peaceful and luxurious, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The Wi-Fi was also excellent and very fast. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
The only things I didn’t like were the location and the limited dining options. The restaurant is only open until 2 p.m., and there are no other restaurants or places to eat nearby, except for a supermarket. You have to order food, but the hotel only offers one restaurant as an option for delivery. If you want to eat something else, you either need to stock up on food or take a taxi or drive somewhere, as there is simply nothing around. The water in both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is cold, even for men. There is also nowhere nearby to go for a walk on foot. You always need to take a taxi or drive somewhere.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026An outstanding stay from beginning to end. The hotel offers a high level of comfort and is located in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for guests. The staff played a major role in enhancing the quality of the stay — they are friendly, professional, and always eager to meet guests’ needs with the highest level of service. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I will definitely return. Highly recommended. However, there was only one negative point: the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable. The building is well maintained, and the location is quiet and convenient. Check-in was smooth and easy.
Nothing major, everything was generally good. Just a short stay so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the facilities.

Reviewed Nov 29, 2025The location is quiet, and the staff at the reception are very polite and professional. It’s close to most areas by car, unless you run into traffic! Parking is easily available.
The only issue is the lack of nearby services — anyone without a car will find it difficult.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025The hotel itself was fine, but the reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They made me wait for a long time several times without any reason and spoke in a very disrespectful way. This was one of the worst reception experiences I’ve ever had. The management should seriously take action to improve their service.
