Vi elskede alt ved stedet! Cathrine og Kadeg tog så pænt imod os. Alle var søde. Stedet var fantastisk. Vi fejrede vores sølvbryllup og havde bestilt en skøn hytte, men blev opgraderet til den mest fantastiske privat villa med egen pool. Vi nød hvert et sekund og vil gerne tilbage en anden gang 🙏

Faktisk ikke noget. Det skulle da lige være at havet var for vildt til at bade i da vi var der. .. og så havde vi så meget plads at vi ønskede vores familie var med.

Spenderade 10 dagar här för att varva ner och det var perfekt för oss. Vi gillade hela anläggningen som kändes privat och var välskött. Hade bungalow med havsutsikt. Allt är inrett i smakfull Balinesisk stil och frukosten var underbar som vi åt på vår egna veranda. Gångavstånd till huvudgata med matbutiker där man kan köpa snacks och godis med mera. 10 min promenad längs stranden till en lokal restaurang med äkta smakrik balinesisk mat och supergoda cocktails! Hyrde hotellets chaufför en dag som körde oss runt till olika sevärdigheter-perfect! Hotellet erbjuder massage och andra behandlingar till förmånliga priser.

Restaurangen levde inte upp till den för övriga höga standarden på hotellet, den var också ganska smaklös. Hittade lokal restaurang i närheten som var bättre. Det gick tyvärr inte att snorkla under vår vistelse, vilket vi sett fram emot. Det var för höga vågor och grumligt vatten.

Alles fühle sich sehr familiär an und es war wie Nachhause kommen. Wundervolle Anlage, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe betrieben. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wundervolle Zeit dort verbracht.

Für mich war alles super, da ich die Ruhe gesucht habe und Ausflüge machen wollte, die nicht so überlaufen sind. Wer Party braucht ist hier falsch.

Catherine et son équipe sont au petit soin pour rendre votre séjour exclusif et exceptionnel. Des bungalows intimistes, à la piscine sur la plage, la restauration n'est pas en reste. Alors oui, ce spot se mérite depuis l'aéroport mais voilà il y a un prix à l'authenticité et au calme loin des foules.

床上的被子非常法国人的风格，希望能有厚点的被子可以选择，晚上会有些冷；洗浴的场所由于是露天的，容易有虫子蜘蛛出现，卷纸上也有点虫卵之类的东西，希望能用东西罩起来保护一下

Very nice and peaceful location in the quite part of Bali. Excellent if you are looking for a few days in a beautiful garden environment with nice pools and very nicely decorated houses, directly by the sea. Staff and host were very friendly and the food was great. Perfect for relaxing

We wanted a nice, chilled, relaxed holiday. We came here straight from the airport, for six nights and we had one of the best holidays we could ask for. The villas are immersed in nature, full of character, the pool is just outside the door and you can't stop to hear the waves, the ocean is a step away. Fantastic service, fantastic food, amazing treatment, we felt home and so cared for. Very romantic, very scenic, the massages were incredible. You can rent a scooter or motorbike to get around, we did that, and it's awesome, a bit far from the main attraction but honestly didn't care about it. Thank you for the amazing time and I would 100% recommend Louka Beach Bali for everyone, getting out from the craziness of busy Bali and enjoying this, paradise.

De personal touch van Catherine waardoor je je thuis voelt gecombineerd met de eindeloze rust en kalmte is heerlijk. Het is fantastisch dat Catherine alles doet om je het naar de zin te maken. Een massage terwijl het team al naar huis is? Ik bel ze om ze terug te vragen. Willen jullie pas heel laat eten? Geen probleem, de kok is hier tot middernacht. Verrukkelijk!

Останавливались тут на 4 ночи. Очень уединенное и спокойное место! Красивая и ухоженная территория, аутентичные дома отлично вписываются в природу. Завтраки были вкусными, несколько раз ужинали в ресторане отеля. В основном европейское меню, было вкусно. Расположение отеля нам очень зашло - вдали от всей суеты, трафик на дорогах рядом небольшой, в шаговой доступности есть супермаркет. Понравился бассейн - неплохой по глубине и в целом не маленький, можно плавать и слушать шум волн =)) Персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный, наш отдых прошел отлично!

Кондиционер в номере работал не во всю силу - нужно было больше времени, чтобы охладить помещение. К вечеру жара спадала и становилось лучше.

Boutique Hotel vom schönsten. Das war bisher unser schönstes Hotel/ Resort. Die Vegetation der Garten, die balinesischen Häuser mit überdachten Terrassen und mit ihren AußenBädern. Einfach Himmlisch. Eigentlich für Kinder nicht zu empfehlen.

Was soll ich jetzt kritisieren. Es gibt nichts. Der Pazifik hatte 31 Grad, der Sandstrand war bis 1963 weiss, seit dem Vulkanausbruch ist er schwarz. Ein wenig steinig zum ins Wasser zu gehen, aber Ok.

Die Lage mit kleinem Hausriff vor der Tür war idyllisch und sehr gut für den Aufenthalt vor Ort - als Ausgangsbasis für Tours und Tauchen aber etwas isoliert, da muss man längere Fahrzeiten einplanen. Sehr kinderfreundliches Personal.

Wunderschöne, liebevoll und aussergewöhnlich eingerichtete Bungalows auf einem zauberhaften Grundstück direkt am Meer. Überrascht hat uns auch das außergewöhnlich, vielfältige Frühstück und der Service des Personals. Extraklasse! Danke Catherine, wir wären gern zu Gast und werden dich im Oktober wieder besuchen.

I can't help but mention a few things that you need to know in order not to face disappointment: first, it's far enough from the airport - it takes about three hours by car. However, one of the advantages is that you will see both mountainous terrain and small towns. Secondly, this is not a beach story. Special shoes are needed for bathing. However, the place is suitable for snorkeling, kayaking and sap. The hotel has many pools. Therefore, there will be no shortage of bathing. We liked everything. So we stayed at the hotel for a week, went south and came back to spend another week at the hotel.

Ligger direkte ud til havet.....meget smukt. Utroligt flot ejendom med flot have og god aftenstemnings belysning. Franske ejere, som var meget behjælpelige. Ligesom det søde og smilende personale. Lækker morgen mad, som man kan indtage hvor man vil og når man vil.Skøn aften meny med gode vine.

Jeg kan ikke komme på noget. Her er fred og ro. Væk fra larmende musik og forstyrrende elementer. Skal man ned i gear er dette sted et godt bud.

If you want to experience something truly exceptional and beautiful, then Louka Beach is definitely the place to go. We have traveled around Bali and stayed in many beautiful hotels, but this one is truly top-class — the accommodation, the food, direct access to snorkeling right in front of the hotel, walks along the beach… They even took us out on a boat, where we saw hundreds of dolphins. The owners are very kind and pleasant people. We will be happy to return there someday. Thank you for everything!

A faultless stay… 5 days in this breathtakingly beautiful resort where the charming French hosts, Catherine and Laurent, have made it their life mission to make sure that everything is perfect and not to repeat the mistakes so many hotels do with their endless restrictions & silly rules… the only rule at Louka is to make their guests happy whatever it takes, their flexibility was just astounding ! Flawless from the moment I arrived to the time I left. Already planning my next visit in January !

Все было потрясающе. Чувствуешь себя самым долгожданным гостем, о котором заранее позаботились и продумали все до мелочей. Очень аутентичные пляжные виллы с красивым декором. Хозяева отеля лично приветствуют каждого из гостей. Еда в ресторане вкусная, территория очень красивая, ухоженная. Настоящий уголок уединения, где время тянется очень медленно и хочется наслаждаться каждым мгновением.

Positives • Ambiente und Design: Geschmackvoll, durchdacht und hochwertig; überall merkt man die Liebe zum Detail. • Zimmer: Sehr schön, komfortabel und sauber; Ausstattung und Atmosphäre rechtfertigen den Preis. • Essen: Schmackhafter als in vielen anderen Hotels auf Bali; Nussbrot zum Frühstück besonders hervorzuheben. • Service: Aufmerksam und freundlich, trägt stark zum entspannten Aufenthalt bei. Fazit Wer einen luxuriösen, ruhigen Rückzugsort sucht und das Hotel als Rückzugsort genießen möchte, wird das LOUKA Beach lieben. Perfekt für Entspannung, Designliebhaber und Feinschmecker; ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war ein Paradies… aber drumherum nichts touristisches und eher das einfache ärmere Bali … da fährt man hin um das Hotel zu genießen!

Die Anlage ist außergewöhnlich schön und liebevoll angelegt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie Zuhause! Ein Ort zum ankommen und ausspannen. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe dekoriert, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Desde las instalaciones el propietario o los propietarios como lo quieran llamar la situación es que cuenta con amenidades increíbles con una visa increíble la comida del restaurante, la tranquilidad de las personas que trabajan. Allí te tratan como si fueras de la familia siempre una sonrisa en el rostro barato tienen motos para la renta te llevan a pescar en medio del océano. Increíble doy 10 de 10 recomendad, lo mejor de todo no niños. Eso es lo mejor de todo no niños. Eso hace que tu estadía allí sea mucho más tranquila y sin perturbaciones. Aparte de ello la comida espectacular y los perritos y gatitos que son de allí son muy bellos y bien cuidado los amo a todos. Extrañaré como si fuera mi casa. Perfecto por si quieres tranquilidad y privacidad, piscinas excelentes, masajes igual, en pocas palabras todo un paraíso ❤️

L’accueil est remarquable avec une arrivée tardive le premier soir : cocktail et repas nous attendaient. La qualité des logements est à souligner : confort, équipement et décoration. Un hotel ou rien ne manque et ou le personnel est aux petits soins. Hôtel qui est animaux friendly : c’est super. La cuisine est très bonne et variée. Elle est de très bonne qualité.

Absolut nichts

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND BOOK A STAY AT LOUKA BEACH BALI. Absolutely mind-blowing. Yes, it is 3 hours away from Denpasar Airport, but that is the point! We have been fortunate enough to travel a lot, and we have spent plenty of time over the years in Bali. Including the islands off the coast of Bali as well as Lombok, and I can say that without a doubt, my favourite stay has been at Louka Beach. It is so quiet, so peaceful, and it is such a special place. The owner (Catherine) and her remarkable team afforded us the greatest customer service I have ever experienced - anywhere! The menu was mind-blowingly extensive and so big that it would take you weeks and weeks to eat through it all. We are very adventurous, and so our days were spent hiring a scooter and heading to Lovina Beach to swim with Dolphins at sunrise, heading to Amed Beach for some world-class snorkelling and diving, then heading to Aling Aling Waterfalls and Sekumpal Waterfalls (some of the best we have ever seen), for refreshing swims and cliff jumps. Aling Aling is a true standout with a natural waterslide, a 5M dive, a 10M dive and for the brave (like us), a 15M dive. The local guides are there with you the whole time. Then the last few days were spent relaxing by the pool (eating lots of food), and of course, soaking up the phenomenal weather. I should also note that we stayed at Louka Beach in the midst of the Bali Flooding, and as tragic as that was for many of the local Balinese in places like Denpasar, there was zero impact at Louka Beach. In fact, the weather was absolutely perfect the entire stay, which is what the weather is normally like at that time of year on the Northern Coast of Bali. We also found the whole stay to be very cost-effective, particularly for a 5-Star resort. Thank you so much to Catherine and her amazing team for what was one of the greatest experiences of our lives. We can't wait to come back.

The staff are absolutely fabulous they really looked after us and made us feel part of the family. I will be definitely going back. The resort is stunning watching the sunrise on a morning was breathtaking.

Un paradiso perfetto per rilassarsi con il proprio partner; servizi, cibo e staff eccellenti. Pochi custumers per creare un’atmosfera serena e familiare. La lontananza dalle attrazioni turistiche comporta lunghi spostamenti ma permette di godersi a pieno la bellezza del luogo e rigenerarsi.

Mare poco balneabile per il vento e il fondale roccioso che però offre una piccola barriera corallina.

Rapport qualité /prix Très bon restaurant. Hôtel confidentiel, très bon accueil de Catherine, la chef d’orchestre française . Villa balinaises de 400 ans, tout en bois , charmantes , mais grinçantes pour le lit.

Friendly staff and beautiful view.

While staff and service was good, it’s advertised as 5* accommodation which it is definitely not. The nicely designed/decorated houses are really cute but also enable lizards and bugs to easily enter the bedrooms… also open air bathrooms welcome animals/insects… which all should not be part of 5* experience. There is also nothing appealing in the immediate surroundings, including restaurants, which really confines you to the resort. The drive between main road and resort, is also very uncomfortable.

Small, boutique feel, customer-centric and wonderfully beautiful setting, both views and decorations of dining room and rooms. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful.

Definitely caters more to European tastes than Asian. We tried a few Indonesian dishes but they just didn’t match the quality of the more international dishes.

Exceptional experiance, very very friendly, highly and strongly recommend, planning to go there again for a longer stay.

How friendly the owners and staff were nothing was a problem. They went out of their way to ensure we were relaxed and catered for all our needs . Breakfast could be had at any time and we could have anything off the menu they just keep feeding us . Food quality was great . We accidentally booked this hotel not realizing it was so far away, but we had a lovely time and the team made our stay wonderful. It’s actually much closer to places such as the Gates of Heaven, Water Palace and even the Mount Batur volcano hike. It’s a very long drive from the airport though. 😂But lovely!

It’s another 3+ hour drive from the airport so be prepared as that can be a lot. It was also just our luck that Bali had its huge blackout while we were there. A generator for the water pump would have been nice and they had another electricity outage (not whole island) as we were leaving but again, the joys of a more rural Bali. We had a great time though so no complaints.

Breakfast was truly amazing. I didn't need to eat a thing until dinner. I had a beach bungalow and had to stagger at least 10 steps to an infinity pool! Plenty of sunloungers and towels. Lots of shade as the sun is quite fierce. Room was very traditional and beautifully designed with an amazing bathroom. Beach gets cleaned by the staff once a day which is unusual in Bali so a big thumbs up for that. There was good snorkeling equipment. There were games in the restaurant area. There was a power cut whilst I was there but we were still able to eat. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The bungalows are spread out so you really do get a feeling of space and tranquility. It was very quiet. Owners and staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the private balcony was an unforgettable experience. The resort’s beachfront location makes it feel like a secluded paradise, perfect for unwinding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay—always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The on-site dining was also exceptional, with fresh and delicious meals served in a picturesque setting. Whether you’re looking to relax by the infinity pool, explore the surrounding area, or simply soak in the beauty of Bali, Louka Beach Bali is the perfect getaway. I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and luxurious stay. Highly recommend!

The concept in general: the disconnected location with high quality renovated traditional wooden houses and the peaceful atmosphere created by the hosts. They have created a hybrid guest house that blends the quality of a luxury hotel and the hospitality of a guest house.

A truly amazing place. Delightfully designed with exceptional staff. Very peaceful and relaxing with truly individual service.

This place is simply paradise on earth. When you see the pictures online, they can't render the beauty that you will admire when you are really there. It is a new resort, built on the beach in 2022, fully in harmony with the Bali style. All bungalows are extremely charming and provided with all you need for your comfort. Truly love the fact that breakfast is available anytime, so it's a treat not to have to put a wake up call. The restaurant is also available for lunch, dinner and snacks until 23:00. The kindness of the hosts (Catherine and Laurent) and all the employees of the resort is the cherry on the cake to make this stay remarkable.

Amazing accomodations (there are 9 villa's on walking distance from a beautiful house reef). Wake up at 04:30 to spot dolphins (2 out of 3 times you will see them insted going to commercial Lovina.

The place really is a small paradise, it is every bit as beautiful as the Photos suggest which is often not the case. It is super calm and relaxed, more than enough space for all the guests.

As a huge coconut trees lover, I’ve been to the Bahamas, Hawaii, Dominican Republic, Antilles… And I can say that the Louka Beach is the most beautiful resort I’ve ever seen! You will want to take a picture of everything. The manager, Catherine, is very friendly and so are the staff and the animals (especially the dogs). This little paradise is far away (3 hours from Bali airport) but worth it!

It was beautiful, staff were amazing, they treated us like a king and queen.

Food and drinks at the restaurant were expensive but still very delicious.

Louka Beach is amazing! Such a peaceful and tranquil place that was perfect to complete our honeymoon. We used it as a place to relax after staying in Ubud. We were greeted on arrival by Catherine who was so pleasant and immediately put us at ease, explaining how the resort works. It’s all made to give you the most relaxing experience, no set times for meals including the breakfast which was amazing! Call bells at your accommodation and by all the loungers etc so no having to visit the bar, just relax and the amazing staff do all the work for you. It really is a place to experience if you want to wind down and chill, I could go on and on.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they gave the place a family vibe. The place is very secluded and very romantic, and it provides everything u'd need during ur stay. The food and service were very nice. We really liked the experience, and we would definitely do it again.

There is not much to do outside the resort, however, we never needed to go outside anyways.

The location was perfect. The staff was incredible. The sound of the waves and the sunrise were absolutely amazing!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and amazing. Catherine and Laurent, the owners, created a luxurious little paradise in a very quite and beautiful location in northeast Bali. You will not find a better place to relax and enjoy the time. We spent 4 days in this magnificent place and we regretted that we had to leave. Catherine, Laurent and their staff provided an outstanding and exceptional service. Everyone is so welcoming we felt immediately being „home“. The owners and staff are amazing and are going above and beyond to make every moment of our stay perfect. The breakfast and dinners are excellent and delicious. Thank you Catherine, Laurent and staff for offering us such a beautiful time. We look forward to coming back. Sandra and Rolf

If you are looking for beauty & tranquility this is the place! It’s like nowhere I’ve ever been before, relaxed but luxurious all at the same time with amazing staff & facilities, they could not do more for me & made me feel like a queen.

The property is a long way from the airport, I knew this already & didn’t mind. The drive is through windy roads & jungle - it’s an adventure but pack your travel sickness tablets. Location is probably what keeps Louka Beach so special!

The host is friendly and polite

I reserved a room with a sea view and an area of ​​more than 800 square feet. Unfortunately, when I checked in, they tried to replace the room with half of the size, and to say the least, it was like a grave. I chose the best room on the site with the highest price, but they said that I had reserved this room.. even though it is completely different. About the room I booked... and I took snapshots of the booking process... I am a frequent traveler and I have good experience in what I should do in the event that the host passes me an unsuitable room. Another annoying issue was that the cleaning lady came to tell us that we had to leave the room and go to the restaurant at 10 AM, even though check out was at 5 PM. As for the location, it is about 3 hours away from the airport and the road is very rugged, even though the distance does not exceed 100 km, but the ruggedness of the road makes reaching the place very difficult, expensive and uncomfortable. By the end, the hostess gave me the appropriate room and asked me to stay in the room until check-out time. I gave this feedback as a form of constructive criticism so that the same experience would not be repeated with another customer.
