Fint og rent hotel til prisen. Tæt på metro, men med afstand til centrum. Elevatoren virkede ikke, men heldigvis fik vi værelse på 2. etage pga. dårligt knæ. Faciliteter i fællesområde til at varme mad og koge vand var et stort plus.

Personal sehr freundlich. Die Gegend wirkt unsicher. Gute Lage. Flecken auf der Toilettenschüssel und die Federn der Matratze stechen einem in den Rücken und generell sehr unbequemes Bett. Kein Fön und kein Handtuch für die Hände

Les matelas sont toujours trop dur et donc pas confortables. La clim est tres legere donc il fait chaud et ils ne peuvent pas agir dessus...

I’ve not used EasyHotel for a few years so check-in was a bit fiddly but not difficult, and there were friendly staff to advise. Rooms are typically functional, but clean and comfortable. Air con display was a bit tricky to read because of its position, but was quiet and worked. The breakfast was again straightforward but affordable and nice. This EasyHotel is right next to a Metro station, which is handy when you’re carrying luggage.

Ascenseur en panne !! 5 étages à pied en étant handicapé !!!

Nous sommes venus pour un concert au stade de france et l'acceuil et la gentillesse du personnel a été reconnue. L'hotêl est pratique et propre .

Bine qu'averti par mail, ascenseur en panne a notre arrivee, chambre au 5eme etage et personne pour monter les bagages. Manque des rangements pour les affaires, pas de brossette dans les toilettes, et chaines tv limitees a la tnt

comfortable and clean room of a decent size with a nice bathroom area. only downsize was that the lift was broken and our room was on the 7th floor ! (but that couldn’t have been helped!) - staff gave us free early check in because of this. would stay here again - 25 min walk from stade de france!

Très bon hôtel propre calme la literie un peu ferme plutôt petit pendant notre séjour il y avait une panne d' ascenseur ce fut très sportif mais dans l ensemble tout c'est bien passé le parking sécurisé et un plus commerce et bus a proximité ideal

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mehrfach darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass der Aufzug defekt ist (sowohl vor der Anreise, als auch vor Ort) und die Möglichkeit gebeten zu stornieren oder unzubuchen.

The property is fine and clean. The only problem is with check in and check out time. It is not understandable why the check in time is so late (3:00pm) and the check out time is so early (10:00am). The check out time should be 11:00 at the earliest.

Everything good except for the lifts were broken. Apparently, they have been like that for months!! I think that's crazy. Otherwise, clean and comfy room

Hôtel bien situé par apport au Stade de France. Mais ce séjour a mal débuté car l'ascenseur est en panne depuis plusieurs semaines... et a mal fini car trés peu de choses au petit déj du 2ème jour, facturé 12€ PUREMENT SCANDALEUX.

Ma deuxième fois a cet hôtel et c'est toujours la même problématique de l'ascenseur en panne ! Si vous n'avez pas la chance d'être au 1er ou 2e étage...monter jusqu'aux étages supérieurs est fastidieux.

Clean and nice new locals. Close to public transport. Had a comfortable stay.

L’hôtel était très bien, relativement proche du stade de France. Mais les 2 ascenseurs étaient en panne, moralité nous avons du monter les 5 étages à pieds !!! Encore, nous avons eu de la chance, certains étaient logés au 9ème !!!

Modernes und sauberes Hotel mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum von Paris. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Leider war der Aufzug während unseres Aufenthalts außer Betrieb.

Nous avons passez un bon séjour dans l’hôtel. Il est moderne et agréable avec une proximité du métro à 100 mètres, personnel compréhensif et arrangeant (panne d’ascenseur) au niveau propreté il y’a rien à dire.

Letto comodo, bagno spazioso. Accoglienza era ottima. Unico inconveniente ascensore rotto fatto sette piani con le scale.

Ma chambre, sixième étage, ascenseur en panne, obligé de changer la chambre, deuxième étage lit, séparé en couple mal dormis sinon Hotel propre, sérieux agréable

Au moins le 10eme séjour et c’est le plus décevant. Ascenseurs en panne, obligé de monter 9 etages ou aucune chambre pour moi et une fois arrivé en haut, ma carte ne marche pas ! Respecte donc bien son titre d’hotel low cost…

Accueil parfait, chambre propre et fonctionnelle pour un court séjour. Seul bémol : l’ascenseur est en panne depuis quelques jours et l’info n’est pas indiqué sur les sites de réservation ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel de 10 étages ….

Excellent séjour pour 1 nuit. Chambre conforme aux photos. Le lit est correct, le coussin pourrait être mieux mais convient pour 1 nuit. La salle de bain est grande pour ce type d'hôtel. Accueil sympa et pro. Quartier OK Je recommande cet établissement pour 1 ou 2 nuits.

J'ai réservé une chambre PMR, la chambre dite PMR n'a rien de PMR dans la mesure où la douche n'est pas accessible pour une personne en fauteuil (chambre 301)

This hotel is an excellent option for a cheaper stay outside of the city. The metro station is right opposite hotel and the surrounding area has a lovely cafe and supermarket options. The hotel itself is clean, friendly and worth the price.

Hôtel très propre, accueil très sympathique et juste en face du métro et de nombreux restaurants. Possibilité de laisser la voiture dans un parking fermé. Par contre il manque des rangements dans la chambre et la salle de bain.

Underground parking and next to the metro station that will take you to centre of Paris in about 20 minutes. Price is reasonable. Parking garage is not that big so I can imagine it filling up in peak seasons.

Hôtel 2 ** pur et dur. Par contre propre et sécurisé literie étant basique et dure, brosse toilette inexistante, pression d'eau un peux faible. L'accueil étant très bien et les personnes étant très sympathique et agréable comme au petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner étant basique et le stricte minimum pour un prix relativement élevé de 12€50.La quartier est super agréable et cet hôtel a le grand privilège d'être proche de toutes commodités et de transport. Très bien pour une courte durée et une visite de paris .

Deja premiere chose on me demande de remplir un avis ou je n'etais pas present .Arrivee le 16 et non le 15! Petit dejeuner cher , chambre correcte et neuve, matelas = planche de bois,coussins de lit = aucun confort.Pas de brosse de toilette et peu de pression dans la douche .Pour l'aspect chauffage aucun soucis Par contre personnel sympathique a l'accueil et petit dejeuner sont tres serviable .Bref on est bien dans un 2 etoiles bien ancre .Tout dans cet hotel est compté au centimes pret et il n'y a pas de petite economie. Autrement dis j'ai accepte mon engagement et mon choix et si je dois revenir mon idee de sejour sera peut etre differente

J’appelle pour savoir comment me garer 10 min avant mon arrivée et annonce mon nom. On me précise qu’il faut se garer en double file pour venir chercher une télécommande car c’est cassé. Je me présente à l’accueil par la suite et écope d’un « c’est pour quoi ? » J’indique à la personne à l’accueil que j ‘ai appelé il y a 10 minutes. Il m’indique ne pas avoir retenu mon nom lors de l’appel. Je récupére ma clef et constate qu’il faut rendre la chambre à 10h00. Je m’en étonne et il m’indique que c’est comme ça ici. Je monte dans la chambre et constate que le site propose un service de départ tardif. La personne à l’accueil n’a pas songer à me le proposer malgré avoir m’être étonné du départ à 10h. La personne rencontrée n’était ni agréable ni professionnel. Mention spéciale pour la panneau à l’accueil qui rappelle que la direction est solidaire des agressions verbales envers leurs personnels. On pourrait comprendre certains clients…

Hôtel bien situé, à +/- 30mn à pieds du Stade de France ; à proximité d'une sortie de métro direction Paris centre... Quartier calme. Petit déj OK.

Hotel avec un rapport qualité prix intéressant. La chambre était très grand avec un lit king size. La Salle de bain spacieuse. Un seul bémol, il manquait de quoi poser les affaires autant dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain. L'accueil était excellent. Le petit déjeuner buffet était copieux et de qualité. En bref, un hôtel que je recommande.

Le séjour en lui même a été, chambre propre, personnel serviable. Par contre bémol pour la literie qui était dure. Aussi il n’était pas mentionné que les chèques vacances et espèces n’étaient pas acceptés…

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Frühstück für den Preis ok. Standard ist einfach, aber komplett neu, die Zimmer für Paris vergleichsweise geräumig, Metro direkt vor der Tür, aber sehr weit draußen.

Håndkle og sengetøy hver fjerde dag og ingen renhold på rommet under botid. Trenger du toalett pappir!? Da må du spør for det😂 Ingen føn, ingen kjøleskap, ingen minibar, ingen safe…osv Frokost OK! Hun ene dame som som jobbe på kjøkken er veldig hyggelig.

Hôtel sympa. En revanche niveau pratique dans la chambre ce n’est pas vraiment ça. Il n’y a pas de brosse pour les wc. Pas d’interrupteur pour la Salle douche et wc ailleurs qu’à l’entrée de la Chambre … lit inconfortable. Une note spéciale pour la dame qui s’occupe des petits déjeuner. Elle est adorable et s’est plié en 4 pour que mon fils puisse déjeuner malgré notre arrivé au petit dej à 9:45. La réception ne nous avez pas prévenu que le petit dej prenait fin à 9:30.

Chambre très bien rangé propre et spacieuse

Séjour parfait ! Nous avons pu prendre possession de notre chambre dès notre arrivée (un peu avant 15h). L'accueil a été agréable et efficace. La chambre petite mais correcte. Propre, calme. Les lits jumeaux petits mais confortables. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain mais la douche est suffisamment spacieuse. Effectivement, il n'y a pas de place dans la chambre pour poser les affaires (juste un porte manteaux). Mais quand on est là pour 1 nuit, ça va ! Le petit déjeuner varié (du sucré et du salé). Et surtout : hôtel très bien placé par rapport aux studios 128 et 217 (juste à côté à pied). On a pu garer notre véhicule devant l'hôtel (on a eu de la chance !) Sinon il y a un parking souterrain (payant).

The hotel is quite new and I have stayed a couple of times. Basic but nice. The single beds are really single, I would say 80 cm. A bit tight to sleep but in good condition.

Helt okej vistelse. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost. Dock var duschkrämshållaren trasig. Lösa bitar låg i tvålkoppen. Och en bit från duschdörren ramlade ner. Dessutom hängde ett par strumpor från föregående gäst kvar.

Hôtel (récent ?) agréable, , bien situé et en face du métro. Même si on est côté rue, il y a très peu de trafic la nuit. Proche de Paris en transport (à peine 20mn avec la ligne 12).

There's a great bakery around the corner and a supermarket on the other. The metro line 12 is just in front of the hotel too.

Stayed at this hotel to visit the Olympics venue at Stade de France which is a 30 minute walk away. Very basic facilities but that’s all we needed. Comfortable bed, very clean, and smooth check-in. Anything extra, you have to pay for.

Hotel limpio pero no hay limpieza habitación solo 1 vez x semana, cambio de toallas igual pero no te lo informan en la recepción. Hotel bajo visto con precio alto Si sacas la basura la dejas en el pasillo cerca de los ascensores ya que basurero es pequeño. Deberían ofrecer cambio de toallas si se necesitan !!!

The Easy Hotel was within walking distance to the Stade de France, clean, convenient and the continental breakfast was good.

For one night it is a good place to stay. A bit further to get to Le Stade de France (40 min walk and no metro links).

Em geral foi bom. Atendentes simpáticos, atenciosos, prestativos! Se esforçam para entender em outra língua, o que ajuda muito. Em relação ao hotel, a parte da recepção e instalação de recepção são boas, silencioso, o quarto também é bom, mas pode melhorar em dois aspectos principalmente: primeiro, no quarto só tem a cama e uma pequena mesa, os pertences precisam ficar no chão. No banheiro não tem balcão. Em relação a limpeza, ficamos 9 dias e só foi feita uma limpeza geral (mas não trocaram lençol). Logo no segundo dia perguntei ao atendente e fui informado que a limpeza é de 5 em 5 dias. O ar-condicionado é tipo central, funciona e é silencioso, mas é programado para uma temperatura limite, o que não dá para deixar. Passamos calor durante algumas noites, mas isso foi suportável. A localização é boa, fica numa praça tranquila e em frente a uma estação de metrô e ônibus; nessa praça tem restaurante bom, simples e barato; duas panificadoras, mercado, fruteira, farmácia. Tudo isso na mesma praça. Voltaria mais vezes se for preciso.

We stayed at the hotel while attending the Olympics. The room was compact but met our needs as we were out most of the time. The staff were friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to assist. The room was very clean. The breakfast choice was sufficient to satisfy and the coffee was good. We liked to option to check-in early (for a small fee) and the bag store after check-out. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic facilities only. Extra linen or pillows were not even available upon request.

Stayed here for 2 days to watch the Olympic rugby sevens. Ideal place for a short stay where you just need somewhere to rest. Staff were amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great transport links as well, with metro access about 10 meters from the front door and Stade de France around a 30 minute walk away (didn’t use the bus but thats also just outside). In a relatively quiet area, a couple of restaurants/bars near by and a small supermarket.

Stuff very friendly and lovely but beware of the manager, she’s very rude, megalomaniac, agressive, unprofessional, her place is not in this respectful hotel, her ego should be for the comfort of the client not for herself. I’m not visiting her in her house. When after a long argument concerning the room cleaning I told her that i am a loyal customer and I come 5 times per year , I stay every time 6 days at least, she answered we don’t have loyal clients, all clients are same and should be treated same way. She refused to clean my room for free saying that I should stay at least 6 days to get one cleaning. Unbelievable. Than when I checked out at 11 while I should check out at 10, she asks for 15 euros additional charges. She treats her employees like an officer on the army saying to one of them when she knew that he gave me his number, that’s it’s forbidden to give customers your personal phone number. I have a lot and a lot to say about the way she treats people but I will leave these things to her superior cause I won’t rest till she finds her real place, I don’t know where but not with respectful people.

We booked for two nights and decided to use the underground parking. Since the car was with a trailer, they made us pay for two parking spots, which was okay. However, the barrier went down at the entrance too soon and crashed into the car's rear window. There were CCTV cameras, so everything was evident. We immediately informed the hotel manager and Societe Icade guards on duty. The proper form was filled out. It has been over six months since then, and although we called several times, we haven't yet received any information regarding the damage compensation. We were left alone with the matter, which I found to be neglectful.

Loved this location for proximity to the Stade De France. Exceptional public transport options to Paris Central, and, transit points (airport and train). Great boulangerie across the square. Bistros and brasseries close by (though I never visited any of them, given proximity to Paris. proper). Safe. Mostly quiet. Not a luxury stay, yet: served the puprose (given price). Room cleaning every 4 days I dont generally require ir, as: budget hotel and appropriate expectations. Great stay for the purpose (attending RWC Final 2023).

Their checkout time is 10am, which we were not aware unless the guy from reception knocked my door at 10am to remind me of checkout. They charge 15 euros extra for usual 1pm checkout. They charge 5 euros extra to keep your luggage. Nothing much for breakfast and it was basic. Hotel is new, clean and staff were good.
