Centro estetico.

הניקיון היה ברמה מאוד גבוהה וגם החדרים!! שידרגו אותנו בחינם זה היה ממש מרגש, הבריכה והסאונות מעולות! נקיות וכיף להיות שם ממליצים מאוד!!! נהנינו ברמות! בנוסף, הגענו באיחור לצ׳ק אין ועזרו לנו לעשות צ׳ק אין בלילה בקלות. מוערך מאוד!!!

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Live Musik an unserem letzten Abend war auch super - richtig gutes Duo. Rezeptionisten höflich und nett.

Leider war das Service Personal nicht gut. Leere Teller mit essensresten wurden sicher 20-30 Minuten nach Essen nicht abgeräumt, sodass sich beim übriggebliebenen Mortadella schon Ränder gebildet haben und dieser auch schon zu riechen begann. Wir haben die Teller dann selbst an die Bar gestellt, nachdem mehrmals Kellner bei unserem Tisch vorbei sind und nicht abgeräumt haben. Leere Gläser wurden nicht abgeräumt. es wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob wir noch was trinken wollen oder ob alles passt. Hatten dann im Endeffekt nur ein Getränk, obwohl wir wegen der guten Live Musik sicher noch etwas konsumiert hätten. Das ist leider kein guter Service - es waren 4 Kellner anwesend, die die meiste Zeit nur rumgestanden sind und miteinander geredet haben. Sorry, aber sowas geht in einem gastro Job leider nicht. :( Auch die Gäste über uns sind einmal länger in der Nacht mit hochhackigen Schuhen durchs Zimmer gelaufen. Wegen des holzbodens leider sehr hellhörig. Aber damit muss man rechnen, wenn es keine Teppiche gibt (die mag ich aber sowieso nicht ;) also kann ich mich hier nicht so beklagen)

Snídaně výborná, velký výběr. V hotelu jsme i večeřeli, jidlo vynikající.

Bylo nám účtováno za večeři více položek a všimli jsme si toho až následující den.

كل شي كان حلو بس اذا كان الجو حار بتتعب لانه لا يوجد تكييف

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in questo albergo e, sinceramente, avrei voluto restare qualche giorno in più. L’ambiente è caldo e curato, la pulizia impeccabile e i servizi molto comodi. Un posto che rimane nel cuore. Consigliatissimo.

Stanza spaziosa, a volte il sistema di areazione era scarso.

Uma cosa che mi stupisce ogni volta che soggiorno in questo albergo è cje trovo assurdo che un 4 stelle non abbia un frigobar in camera ormai anche i 3 stelle lo hanno. Vi prego adeguatevi, visto il prezzo della stanza mi sembra il minimo avere un frigo bar

Struttura moderna, nuova con ampio parcheggio interno. Ben posizionata.

Ho soggiornato presso Ama Stay a Marebbe aspettandomi una camera corrispondente a quella mostrata nelle fotografie pubblicate sia su Booking sia sul sito dell’hotel. Purtroppo, la camera che ci è stata assegnata era sensibilmente diversa da quella rappresentata nelle immagini, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la disposizione degli ambienti e le dimensioni/il volume della zona letto. La differenza non riguarda quindi semplicemente l’arredamento o piccoli dettagli, ma la configurazione stessa e la percezione degli spazi della camera. Avendo scelto e pagato la struttura anche sulla base delle immagini pubblicate, ritengo che questo possa creare aspettative che, nel nostro caso, non sono state rispettate. Per il resto la struttura può avere diversi aspetti positivi, ma personalmente ritengo importante che le fotografie utilizzate per presentare le camere siano rappresentative della tipologia effettivamente assegnata, oppure che venga specificato chiaramente che possono esserci differenze significative tra le camere della stessa categoria. Mi auguro che la struttura possa fare maggiore chiarezza su questo aspetto, perché la corrispondenza tra quanto mostrato online e quanto effettivamente ricevuto è fondamentale nella scelta di un hotel.

La struttura è moderna ma la tanta presenza di legno la rende ugualmente calda e ben inserita in un contesto di montagna. La presenza della SPA e soprattutto della piscina all’aperto sono la sua forza. Personale molto gentile e cortese. Ottima la colazione. Mi è piaciuto e lo consigli

Non so se per il caldo ma c’erano troppe mosche.

The below comments/feedback are just little preferences that don't change my idea on a great stay but perhaps points to improve. I personally don't sleep good in soft mattress; I love sleeping without the AC with open door , but it wasn't that cool at night , I would have preferred having the option to turn on the AC. I would increase the slots for massages from early morning to later in the evening.

I like the juice section with some fresh veggies and fruits to provide for guests to make fresh juice

If the cheese section could be covered by lids to make them more hygiene as saw some fly stayed on the cheese.

Design, location, friendly and professional staff

No A/c , hot rooms

The location and facilities were wonderful. So was the breakfast. Our room was spacious. Also amazing bike room and adequately equipped fitness center.

The staff was not as accomodating as the level of the hotel should ensure. Every time we asked for something they would say they would call us back to inform us and never did (spa availability, housekeeping, etc). Also at the breakfast we would ask for sth and they forget about it. The reception would not take care of requests even at times there were not check ins or check outs and you could see they were free.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Tout est intelligemment fait. La déco est raffinée, la piscine est un relax absolue . Le petit déjeuner est est très bien sans opulence et l'emplacement est top. J'espère y retourner

AMA Stay ci ha stregato! La posizione è comodissima: sei in centro a San Vigilio e puoi muoverti tranquillamente a piedi, uscire per cena, fare due passi in paese o partire direttamente per la giornata senza dover prendere sempre la macchina. Anche la struttura ci ha convinti molto. Gli spazi sono belli, piacevoli da vivere e la nostra camera-appartamento era comoda e ben organizzata, soprattutto per un soggiorno di più giorni (noi siamo stati una settimana). Per noi è stato un plus importante anche il fatto di poter viaggiare con il cane senza sentirci “ospiti complicati”: l’ambiente è davvero accogliente anche da questo punto di vista.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera-appartamento con cucina, ma non erano forniti né il detersivo liquido per i piatti né una spugna. Chiedendo informazioni alla reception, ci è stato spiegato che in camera era disponibile la lavastoviglie. Onestamente, se devo lavare due piatti in croce e una forchetta, non mi metto certo ad azionare la lavastoviglie. Ci è stato quindi detto che avremmo dovuto acquistare noi il necessario. Non è stato un problema, lo abbiamo fatto, ma da un hotel di questa tipologia mi sarei aspettata un altro tipo di servizio o, quantomeno, una maggiore assistenza da parte del personale. La mia non vuole essere una recensione negativa: il nostro soggiorno è stato splendido, il nostro cagnolino è stato accolto e coccolato al meglio, e certamente torneremo ad AMA Stay. Solo, un po’ più di attenzione ad alcuni dettagli, che possono fare la differenza!

Spotlessly clean, minimalist and pleasent design. Great views and location. Lovely rooftop pool and easy underground parking. No AC but as the temperature drops significantly in the evening, sleeping with the terrace's doors slightly ajar proved to be better than an AC 😀.

The kitchenette is well equipped but I would suggest adding a 2nd frying pan. Sounds carry from the upstairs balcony, we were at ground level.

Le lieu au milieux de la montagne. . La qualité du bâtiment très moderne. La piscine en rooftop.

Comment dans un bâtiment aussi moderne la climatisation peut-elle être absente. Quand il fait 27 degrés la nuit, impossible de dormir... Un peu déçu également d'avoir eu un appartement côté rue très bruyante dès qu'on ouvrait la fenêtre pour rafraîchir la pièce.

Very nice hotel with very kind staff, very good relax & spa area, nice gym and very nice bar area. Breakfast was great!

No AC. Idea is in theory nice - mountain air should cool down the room temperature. But during our stay, day temperature was 28 C … we’ve managed to get some fresh air during the night. But we got the room that was oriented to the street and traffic woke us up before 7 AM because cars were passing by just below our balcony …

È stato il mio secondo soggiorno in questo hotel e, visto come ci siamo trovati bene, abbiamo già prenotato per dicembre. Personale preparato, cortese e sempre disponibile. L’hotel è in una posizione strategica, con una splendida vista panoramica sulle montagne, soprattutto dalla piscina all'ultimo piano. La camera era silenziosa, spaziosa e molto pulita. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e, soprattutto, prodotti di ottima qualità. Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, tutto davvero delizioso, con prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla qualità offerta. Un posto in cui si torna volentieri. Consigliato!

A beautiful and cozy room with a great view from the terrace. I really appreciated the lovely little touches in the bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh eggs. It would be nice to have a slightly wider selection of vegetables and fruits.

Mi e’ piaciuto tutto! Un posto magico. La stanza deliziosa e arredata con cura, pulita e confortevole. Lo staff sempre gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni richiesta. La pulizia impeccabile di ogni spazio. La colazione ricchissima. La spa veramente stupenda pulita eccellente… Ho amato questo posto, sono venuta da sola e mi sono trovata divinamente. Tornero’ presto.. ama stay posto del mio cuore!!!
