Exceptionnel.

Colazione ricca sia dolce che salato. Spa con piscina molto grande, staff molto gentile e accomodante per ogni necessità.

Ho notato due piccolie pecche : la prima è che si è guastata lal macchina del caffè e cappuccino a colazione e non è stata riparata per l'intero pernottamento (4gg), la seconda è la camera da letto molto stretta mentre il soggiorno living ed il bagno erano molto grandi e spaziosi.

Il costo, alto rispetto alla diretta concorrenza, dovrebbe implicare ottimi servizi e perfetta pulizia e manutenzione. Cosi non è.

Camere quotidianamente poco riordinate e pochissimo pulite. Scarsa la scelta in genere per la colazione. Ogni cosa che finisce non viene rifornita di nuovo e bisogna chiedere continuamente (dalle mele ai croissant). In 2 riprese abbiamo coperto un arco di 8 giorni al St. Elisabeth: la macchina del caffe’ a colazione non è mai stata riparata !!

Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Magnifique espace spa. Suite spacieuse parfaitement équipée ( excepté un manque de lampes sur les tables de nuit et rideaux à toutes les fenêtres dans le salon mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé). Excellent petit déjeuner.

Unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working while we were there, which is a little bit regrettable when staying at a spa in Norway… the rest of the spa was fantastic though!

Size of room and it being effectively an apartment was perfect. Spa included in price was appreciated and the spa was very good. Staff really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Příjemný a veľmi ochotný personál, maximálně se snažili všichni vyhovět. Prostorný a pohodlný pokoj, vše čisté, pěkné spa, snídaně bohaté a chutné.

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit netten, modernen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber für uns mit wenig Gepäck völlig ausreichend. Mit größerem Gepäck, beispielsweise im Winter, könnte es jedoch etwas eng werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben sie gerne genutzt – ein echter Pluspunkt, wenn man nicht jeden Tag auswärts essen möchte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend – reichhaltig, mit großer Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Spa-Bereich: absolut 5 Sterne! Das Dampfbad war sehr angenehm, der Ruhebereich lädt zum Entspannen ein, der Pool hatte eine perfekte Temperatur und alles war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Spa war sehr ansprechend. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Man kann nicht sagen, dass uns irgendetwas nicht gefallen hätte. Die Bedienung der Lichtschalter war etwas schwierig :-). Die Gardinen könnten etwas blickdichter sein. Wir waren im Juli da, als es praktisch nicht dunkel wurde draußen. Da wäre eine bessere Abdunklung des Zimmers wünschenswert gewesen.

De spa en zeker het zwembad

De ligging en dat er geen restaurant was, niettegenstaande in de brochure vermeld was dat er een restaurant was in het hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt in vergelijking met andere hotels waar we vooraf op onze reis zijn verbleven (Thon Hotel- Quality hotel, Radisson Blu,...)n. Zeer duur om de auto te parkeren in of bij het hotel. We hadden het moeten weten dat er iets haperde met het hotel want tussen onze booking en het verblijf is het hotel 3x veranderd van naam. Faillissement ? De nieuwe uitbaters waren er maar sinds 4 dagen.

Does not look like a hotel from outside. Put a sign outside on the house! Some nice plants and flowers! Looks like a private hospital so not very welcoming first impression.

The location

It claims to be a Spa resort but the spa was not functional and all the three spa massage therapist as advertised in their website were unavailable the entire week. You should remove the spa word in your public website as it has created and misguided us to book here.

Hotel in posizione buona, ad una passeggiata dal centro. Casa molto ampia con cucina davvero ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un pò piccola però con una tenda ben oscurante che per la prima volta non ho dormito con la mascherina. Spa curata. Personale molto cordiale che ci ha anche concesso un check in anticipato. Colazione varia e buona

Non ci sono prese vicino al letto. La colazione è disposta in un corridoio un pò stretto all'ingresso della sala e bisogna riordinare i tavoli in autonomia. La vista dalla sala colazione però è molto bella

Curtains too thin, too short, fragmented and not properly sliding. Actual bed room in suite very small. Reception closed in the morning. Lesser location when compared with competition.

The restaurant is closed now and that was really frustrating as you couldn’t access that room with a lovely view after breakfast ended and there was a walk into town to get a meal. The closing of the restaurant should have been communicated in advance …

Didn't disclose a kitchen fire to us when we booked, and didn't tell us there was no lunch, dinner or lounge available, and we had to take a taxi downtown for everything. Also, the separated bedroom was so tiny, it was pushed 3" from the wall, so you had to crawl up onto the bed like a child.

From the moment we arrived in Tromsø, we felt incredibly welcome. Two lovely staff members greeted us at reception with such warmth, and we were pleasantly surprised to be offered complimentary cookies and hot cocoa — such a cozy and thoughtful touch after traveling. Our room was very comfortable and felt almost luxurious, with a modern design and even a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Everything looked newly renovated, and we honestly felt a bit “rich” staying there — in the best possible way. The breakfast area deserves a special mention: it has the most beautiful view in Tromsø, and the selection was incredibly generous. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also made great use of the wellness facilities. The spa area is lovely, with a large, beautiful pool where you can actually swim properly. The gym is spacious and mostly quiet, so you can use all the equipment without waiting, which we really appreciated. The sauna area is very nicely designed and relaxing, though we were expecting a Finnish sauna and found a Turkish steam sauna instead — that was the only small downside for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tromsø.

Excellent hotel, personnel agréable, toujours de bons conseils, spa tres appréciable, salle de sport très bien équipée et petit déjeuner avec choix variés L hotel se situe a 10min a pied du coeur du centre ville, tromso n etant pas une grande ville, tout peut se faire a pied depuis l hotel. Sinon il y a un reseau de transport en commun qui est plutot competent. Tres bonne experience.

Prostorný apartmán.

Wellness bylo jedno velké zklamaní. Sauna- vodní pára- dost smrděla. Vířivka s plávajíci špínou na dně. Reputaci částečně zachránil fakt pěkný bazén. Vstup je však jen jednou denně na určitý časový úsek. Snídaně studené, s malým výběrem, kávovar nebyl k dispozici- ale už ho mají půlrok objednaný, zatím ho neobdrželi. V Skandinávii zatím nejslabší hotel.

Disorganizzati! Manca personale suffiente per garantire servizi basici quali colazione e pulizia. Se vogliono avere clienti dovrebbero investire in personale o chiedere un prezzo per notte molto piú basso per la mancanza della qualitá dei servizi.

We had a wonderful stay at Enter St. Elisabeth hotel. Every detail of the suite was amazingly thought out, the kitchen was fully equipped (with stove, dishwasher, fridge, full set of appliances…) and the heated floor in the bathroom was so comfortable! We also loved all the matching soaps from Rituals. We could regulate the room temperature based on our needs and this was super useful, especially when coming from the outside cold. We could also get some rest in the hotel spa, which was very relaxing, and we used the (perfectly equipped) gym daily. The breakfast always left us satisfied: it featured foods from sweet pastries to cheeses, cereals, eggs and more. And the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. We had the luck of seeing amazing northern lights every night from the balcony of the hotel, as it is quite dark, and for this reason we didn’t need to book any aurora hunt tour!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir haben es genossen, dass das Hotel nicht ganz zentral liegt. Man hat Ruhe und ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum. Der Spabereich ist ein Traum und trägt wesentlich zur Erholung bei.

Im Zimmer hätten wir uns mehr Stauraum gewünscht (es gab keinen Kleiderschrank). Ich habe eine Rezension von 2022 gefunden, in der das auch schon Thema war. Bisher wurde offenbar nichts verändert. Für den Service gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man von den Mitarbeitern eher als Gast geduldet wird. Ich frage mich immer wieder, warum man in der Hotellerie arbeitet, wenn man ohnehin nicht gerne kommuniziert. Ein Rezeptionist (aus der Slowakei) und ein Koch (Frühstück) waren aber sehr offen und freundlich.

Die Größe der Zimmer! Einfach ein Eingangsbereich in dem man seine ganze Ausrüstung verstauen konnte und eine perfekte Wechselzone. Richtig gemütlich eingerichtet.

The fact that it was quite run down. You can see that it is being refurbished, but for the price charged, not too happy tbh.

My wife and I stayed at Enter St. Elisabeth Suites & Spa for our honeymoon. We absolutely adored Tromso and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious, the bathroom has lovely heated floors, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We made coffee every morning and even enjoyed making tacos one evening. The spa is lovely. It has a massive swimming pool that we enjoyed, a great steam room, and a jacuzzi hot tub. I would have loved a dry sauna but that's a very small complaint. The gym was huge as well with a good number of treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines. They also had turfed section which I didn't expect. I would have loved a Peloton but again a very small complaint. The location is a little out of the downtown area, maybe a 10-15min walk depending on where you are going, but my wife and I enjoyed the walk and fresh air despite the cold. We also had a lovely view of the harbor and fjord, evening seeing the Northern Lights from our room multiple times.

The bedroom was a little bare bones and didn't have a dresser or any storage drawers. A bedroom lamp would have also been appreciated. There is a small hanging rack where my wife hung her dresses.

La struttura si trova appena fuori dal centro ma comunque raggiungibile in 7 minuti a piedi. Colazione molto ricca e varia, presente cibo anche per i vegani. Presente la SPA e offre alcune escursioni. La nostra camera per 4 persone era spaziosa e confortevole.

La SPA era fredda e abbandonata a se stessa, una piscina (fredda) molto grande ma solo un bagno turco. La cosa peggiore é che in 4 giorni di soggiorno, seppur avendo sempre appeso sulla porta la richiesta, non ci hanno MAI rifatto la camera. Un giorno abbiamo noi preso degli asciugamani puliti da un carrello trovato nei corridoi. In camera nelle mensole più alte era presente un dito di polvere. In bagno c’erano nuvole di polvere che giravano. All’ingresso dell’hotel ci si trova davanti una zona con cassonetti e sporcizia (basterebbe mettere 2 pannelli per coprirla)

Room was very nice - clean, spacious, lovely sea view and nice facilities. Breakfast was fantastic, a good range of foods in a dining room with a view across the sound. We liked the Spa swimming pool / steam room and the well equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Couldn’t find anything not to like about the hotel. Quite expensive (for a British tourist) but that is true of Norway in general, not just this hotel.

Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem und Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück. Der SPA Bereich, welcher extra kostet, war sehr schön.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küche. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man einen Hinweis in der Küche angebracht hätte, das man den Herd nur einschalten kann, wenn man das weiße Kästchen unterhalb der Abzugshaube aktiviert.

Les équipements de l'hôtel, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que les repas proposés, notamment celui du petit déjeuner font que le séjour était incroyable. Sans compter de l'emplacement idéal de l'hôtel où nous avons pu admirer les aurores boréales dès le premier soir.

The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The location itself was on the top floor with an amazing view. The breakfast-chefs were extremely friendly and took personal requests. The rooms were cozy and warm. The bathrooms were big. The spa was stylish, relaxing and included a pool, a hot tub and a steam sauna, as well as various relaxation spots with free tea and coffee. The was staff was welcoming and extremely friendly. Thank you :)

The rooms could benefit from a wardrobe. There were only hooks and bars to hang clothes.

The spa is absolutely incredible! It was very quiet during our stay and we could access it whenever we liked. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with nice views. The view from the breakfast area was superb.

The breakfast buffet did seem slightly understaffed meaning sometimes there were empty plates on the buffet.

Heating in one room was not provided. We did ask the reception and they said it is because it is floor heating and does not work where there are no tiles. Breakfast is on the 5th floor and the elevator to get there was often not working and breakfast was understaffed and lacking basics like coffee cups. My impression is that it is a startup that requires time and investment to work properly. The best part is a very kind staff
