SUPER SERVICE, Can't get any better good pressure in the shower and that's not so common wonderful pool area, with pool bar BIG THANKS to receptionist "Fan" wonderful service top-notch also BIG THANKS to bartender "Toon" tested her skills with a lot of different drinks and they were all top-notch The service staff who I forgot to take the names of were top-notch If you have the opportunity, book this hotel Hasse from Sweden

Beautiful hotel. Nice pool and fun slider for kids. Quiet location. Polite and great customer service. Breakfast is amazing.

Great hotel - in every way: food, service, facilities and staff. A bit out of town, but easy to get a taxi or a Bolt. We preferred the quiet area for living. We would love to come back.

Amazing ppty

We had an amazing experience at Best Western Carapace in Hua Hin. The hotel staff gave exceptional customer service going out of their way to assist us, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed 10 nights, relaxing in the beautifully appointed modern hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the modern bathrooms superbly clean. Housekeeping was generous with plenty of towels and bottled water topped up daily. We especially enjoyed spending time at the Beach Club with its sparkling pool and warm sea breeze. We had a lovely dinner at sunset by the pool and the buffet breakfast was a stunning array of fresh international and local dishes with something for everyone. Children from every nationality were especially impressed with the automated pancake machine. We even got to meet the general manager who was so friendly and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again on our next trip. Thank you Best Western Carapace!

Beautiful, peaceful if you want to be away from centre of hua hin, but still within easy reach of the centre and shopping malls .

Das Hotel ist praktisch neu. Fast alles sieht auch neu aus. -- Stellenweise sieht man aber bereits heute diverse Abnutzungserscheinungen bei Möbeln die in der Thaikultur keine besondere Bedeutung haben. z. B. sind fast alle Sitzbezüge im Frühstücksraum unschön mit Flecken verschmutzt. -- Der Zugang zum Strand ist durch einen Schuttle Service gut gelöst aber meines Erachtens hätte man hier einen direkten Zugang machen sollen, Kosten/Nutzen. -- Die Treppen zum Strand sind optisch sehr ansprechend Stein/Holz, jedoch ist die Holzoberfläche sehr rutschig, selbst wenn Sand auf dieser Oberfläche ist, ist hier ein großes Gefahrenpotential für Verletzungen. TOP Frühstücksbuffet.

Hotellet levede ikke op til vores forventninger og ønsker ift. sammenligning med lignende hoteller i samme prisklasse samt ift. størrelse på værelse, kvalitet af morgenmad Hotellet er mere et "businesshotel" end det er et "familiehotel", når man ser på værelsernes størrelse. Det skal siges, at hotellet har et fint legeområde i poolen for børn- og barnlige sjæle

Excellent hotel with amazing beach club. Rooms were very modern and clean and we loved every minute of our stay.

It was very good and the hotel staff goes above and beyond for the customer, Only downside is the security staff is not very friendly and the pool could benefit of more equipement, there is not much chairs and the guest are leaving their belonging to not lose access to the chair, reducing greatly the appeal of the main pool

Excellent hotel just needs more sunbeds and some promotions so the beach club takes a lot more money! Bottled beer for example England prices! Other than that loved it

A good hotel, just bad that you cant use all the pool areas, and the poolwater at the beachclub is ice cold.

The accommodation was fresh and clean, very good selection for breakfast, but for older guests, weekends can be very busy with young families. Overall a very enjoyable experience. A.G.

Nice hotel. Buggy service to beach club working well it was about 200m. That beach club was awesome whit nice pool and there was very quiet beach. Staff was very helpfull and cleaners aks everytime when they saw us leave there room do we want cleaning.

Hotel with good vibe and nice staffs. Beautiful scenery and settings. It is a bit crowded but is bearable. It is a bit far from HH downtown and the food offered at the hotel restaurant have to improve the quality. We had an incident with bad food, but the manager was promptly to solve. Nice bed but hard pillows.

This hotel was the fifth hotel we stayed at since arriving in Thailand over a month and a half ago, and it turned out to be the best one yet! We’re planning to come back for two months next year and already booked two Units in the residence section. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The hotel is new and the rooms were clean spacious and well equipped. The grounds were beautiful and the staff extremely courteous abd helpful. The beach was better than the other hotels because of its location. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. All in all it’s an excellent choice.

Everything is good about that place. My four year old just loved the water park. Only negative is far from the town and not much around.

Det er et virkelig godt hotel. Første morgen vågnede jeg op ved, at min seng var invaderet af myrer, der også havde bidt lidt i mig i løbet af natten. Jeg fik et andet værelse - med havudsigt!! Men ellers ingen kompensation - det var lidt skuffende. Bort ser fra det, er der kun positivt at sige om hotellet. De dage, jeg var der, gik jeg ind til Hua Hin by - ca. 12 km.

We liked everything about the hotel! It's new, clean, modern, friendly, etc... I'm not sure any guest would or could expect more of a beach resort. It's fantastic enough for us to make another trip back to stay with them in 10 days. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time; we'll see you all shortly.

Hotel neuve avec de très beaux installations. Super sur le bord de la mer. La chambre spacieuse et le lit confortable. Plusieurs piscines sur le site

Perfect hotel för families with a lot of fun in the pool. Transport down to the nearby beach was much appriciated. The beach and the pool at the beach was really good. The only thing is that Hua Hin city is a long trip away.
