Absolutely nice and clean. The room is comfortable size and decoration is smooth. The shower is big enough to move around. The bed also comfortable and clean. Breakfast is nice. And the service is up to standard. Or staff is very pleasant and very welcome be very helpful. I certainly will return back again in the future.

This is my favourite place to stay when I am in Bangkok. The apartment is perfect, and is clean, and modern. There is a small kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, and hob. Also a lounge area and small balcony. The staff are friendly, and professional, and housekeeping do a good job of keeping the property very clean. There is a small gym, and exercise room. There is a 7/11 next door, and a great night food market 5 minutes walk away. If you like peace, and quiet, the area is a good choice. The BTS station is a 10 minute walk away, with direct links to shopping, eateries, and nightlife.

Well, haven’t I had the customer service experience of a lifetime today?! I come to Thailand to meet up with my wife and kids having in my mind I’d like to buy my wife, for a first, two dozen roses (too expensive in OZ!). This morning I woke up after my first night at the Wellness Stay & Hotel & thought reception might point me in the direction of a flower market nearby. Hotel reception rang each flower shop market business name I gave them to enquire about the roses. Upon the lady receptionist ringing the 5th business we found they had what I was looking for and she continued to search up their website, showing me the bouquet pictures. Now this is where things got exceptional. I was meeting my wife at the nearby Imperial World shopping Centre where we worked out timing for my wife to receive the flowers with me there would coincide perfectly with when they’d be delivered. Upon me giving the reception Aussie Dollars, the man who drove the bus cheuffered me to the money exchange for the highest rate I’ve seen on offer mind you, then to the atm to deposit the money into the florist account, then back to Wellness Stay & Hotel. The florist delivered the flower arrangement to the hotel and the reception had the flowers taken 10-15 mins to meet my wife and I at the Imperial Shopping centre after calling me, whereby I informed them we were on the fourth floor at the food court to which they said they would bring them to us and be there in 10-15 mins. Well true to their word, they brought the flowers to us while eating lunch on schedule. What an impact. Saved my marriage hehe Thank you team Wellness Stay & Hotel!

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. My one gripe was the lack of laundry access. You can have it done by the hotel but it is extremely expensive. As I stayed at the hotel for a month and a half, this was an issue for me. There is a laundry service business nearby that is much cheaper, but having to bag and take your clothes outside the building is annoying in and of itself. Other than that my dtay was lovely

We loved the Spa on site, it was the perfect pick me up we all needed after the long flight.

Recommending to anyone whoever comes to explore Bangkok for several days and anyone looking for calm and silent surrounding. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bangkok! Though it’s a little bit away from the city center, the peaceful and clean environment makes it totally worth it. The surroundings are calm and quiet, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with spotless rooms and excellent service. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Bangkok with a comfortable and serene atmosphere, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Overall is so good

Very clean and nice basic hotel stay. Not a very walkable area for things to do, there is a minimum amount of street food and massage shops available in the area.

Night market across the street & next to 7-11 & 2 pharmacy's & also quiet area. Perfect location outside of the city center of Bangkok

Bed dirty, hairs and stains on sheet and pillow. No hairdryer in the room. Walls and furniture broken and damaged. You can hear all noise through windows and walls. Would not recommend! Price value you find better options somewhere else in Bkk

I liked how the property was clean and well lit. Although there was some smell from the bathroom but it was a big issue. I like how they provide a safe to store your valuables.

I like it. It was a nice room clean, and the hotel staff were good.

Pakamon kept the room tidy at all times and was very kind and helpful. The staff-Nim, Niki, and Alice proved to be excellent and exceptionally helpful in directions, getting around the city, tour guides, practicing Thai, and generally being very cheerful and friendly. Oum and Noon made me feel welcomed and relaxed whenever going to the restaurant

Good place with new construction and mini studio apartments of decent quality. The kitchenette isn’t functional, possibly requiring permission to unlock. The walls are quite thin, so occasional noise from other guests can be an issue, particularly at night when the receptionist struggles to address such situations effectively. Despite being a new building, there’s a strong sewer-like odor from the toilet during rain, which becomes especially intense at night. The place is conveniently located near two expo buildings, so it can get fully booked unexpectedly, causing the price to fluctuate from reasonable to very expensive within 24 hours.

Good sized room, comfortable but beginning to look slightly grubby in places, new shower curtain / deep clean would make a big difference. No pans supplied so having a hot plate was pointless. Staff very friendly and lovely breakfast.

Great facilities There's not much to do around that area but I was there for a business conference so for me it fit what I needed Very cost effective 😄

The staff here is excellent! The front desk personnel as well as the housekeeping and kitchen personnel were very courteous to my wife and I. A couple of the names I remember are: Nim and Nene. My wife and I have referred this hotel to friends that want to visit Bangkok.

Amazing stay. The room was clean and the facilities were great. I had a lovely 10 days here and felt safe during my stay. It’s a bit of a walk to the BTS station but you can use their shuttle (I didn’t) or book a grab bike for 30 baht. Not all the rooms have a washing machine, so double check when booking. I highly recommend this place to people who want to cook or want a bit of peace and quiet.

Great extended stay at this wonderful property and major thanks to the housekeeping and front desk staff always polite and accommodating.

It’s definitely worth every penny, I stayed for 8 nights and I really enjoyed it. The frontline lady was really nice and helpful. They even provide free shuttle bus to the nearest BTS station, besides they also have Onsen you can enjoy just need to pay for 500THB for 45 mins.

The hotel don't provide any bathroom slippers, it would be of great help if they offer to carry the guests' bags when arriving and departing the hotel,

The hotel is very clean and cozy The rooms are big and they are ment to be for who will have a long stay or short I stayed in lot of hotels but never saw a room with big fridge like the one in this hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful When we started or stay we thought it hard to get to bts but actually not at all Once you walk to the main road on the right side there is 7eleven on walking distance and beside it there is a bike riders what can talk you to bts station call bearing and the same thing when you get back There is a night market just next to the place and on left side there are thai massage places The hotel is in a very calm and quiet area so once you get back you will really have a good sleep I was there for my birthday celebration and they got a cake with a birthday days wishes You had a loyal guest to your place from now on I thank everyone of you

Highly recommend this hotel. Room was large, and actually resembled an apartment. It has a built in kitchen, with a full sized refrigerator. Property consists of 3 buildings and 1 of them is actually a rehab centre. Interesting!

I came here for the wellness aspect. As a massage therapist myself, i was very impressed my massage therapist. The staff us very friendly and helpful.

Hotel manager know I prefer corner room. She had blocked the corner room. I have surprised she had arranged without my request. Quiet room and the deluxe room install dry and washing machine. It is so useful and powerful machine. It can dry my 6kg laundry well. It is quiet but powerful machine. It is really useful. Refrigerator is big and separate frozen and refrigerator. Dishes washing bench is large. Also cooking electric grill and microwaven are also available. All looks like new machine. Equipment were all maintained well. Nimorthy, hotel manager management of customer,s care are very good. She is always paying best care how customers are happy. Really appreciating all. Support.

The best place to stay if you are new to Bangkok, it is nearby any type of commerce you need to get filled up and super close to the Bearing BTS station by walking, I would definetly come back there

My wife and I loved our stay, especially the shuttle and breakfast buffet.

Everything think is good but the only thing the rooms have no sound dampening. So you hear everything in the hallway and the room next to you. For example a sneeze or kids. But luckily for me quest were quite a majority of the time. Also Wi-Fi is spotty and can't handle high loads of people. But enjoyed myself, the room was clean, the food was actually good and the people were nice.

Very decent, cosy and clean place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value-for-money choice. One drawback was that the spa was closed, and such information should be made known, say on the hotel's website.

Staff checked me in to a room that already had a guest inside. Before the check in, I over heard that the room was under OS, out of service, and the senior staff said to the other staff that it was fine. As soon as I open the door, there was someone already occupied in the room and luckily she was not naked or anything. Otherwise, it would have been a bigger issue. I don’t blame the staff who checked me in because she seemed new and not yet well trained. They upgraded my room but still my disappointment was no apology from the senior staff. She was just sitting there without saying anything. How they handled the situation was very unprofessional. I hope anything like this will not happen to anyone. Other than that, the hotel itself was good.

Such a wonderful place and absolutely amazing from the processing of reserve the room with Ms.Pantawan, she is powerful kind and explore the best rate for me there is a close with BTS Bearing but can be challenging to walk please call the motor driver at BTS station the costs 20 THB. I like the cleanliness of the place was and how fully functional the kitchen was.

Dreckige Laken, die zwar gewechselt wurden aber auch die gewechselten waren dreckig. Boden im Bad war dreckig. Klimaanlage direkt auf das Bett gerichtet. Kein Nachttisch auf einer Bettseite. Frühstück hatte wenig Auswahl. Kein Entgegenkommen der Unterkunft. Wir reisten nach einer Nacht ab, hatten eigentlich für drei Nächte gebucht.

This was a nice stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing! Everyone was helpful and the hotel must be newer because everything is modern. It is located in a residential neighborhood which has local shops within walking distance. Couldn’t beat the price. Would book again.

Lovely stay, clean tidy rooms and great staff. The breakfast is incredible, the only issue is how far out it is from the centre but that is not a big issue with apps like grab or the sky train near by. Would recommend

Nice location super close to everything especially Suvannaphum Airport, easy to get taxi but if you want to go to Bangkok down town please think twice, good facility, room size not big but cool design, price is reasonable, staff are friendly.

Very clean, fully equipped with mini kitchen, comfortable stay. Only thing I wish to improve was not hotel but other guests who sometime made noise or talked aloud in the public area, slumed door I woke up often by such noise.

The hotel staff and the hotel itself is great if you want to unwind after the hustle and bustle of the main city. I had a deluxe room with all the amenities a solo traveller could need including a washing machine. Check in and out was easy and there is a shuttle service to Bearing station (usually a 15min walk). The breakfast was nice as the chef would make me a vegetarian breakfast to fit my dietary requirements. I didn’t use the spa facilities. The main issue for me was the distance of the hotel. It is in the middle of no where with the BTS station Bearing 15min walk away. This is fine during the day but if you want to explore the nightlife, you do end up paying more. I couldn’t have a mid day break either without around an hours journey one way. If this doesn’t bother you, this hotel is fine.

Affordable and well maintained.

Excellent apartment, which was modern, bright, and fresh. Hotel staff friendly, and professional. Nice breakfast service, if required. A small kitchen area in the apartment. Comfortable studio seating, and bed. Near Bearing BTS, with a short 15 minute walk. A quiet location.
