The room was clean and we got the room on time.

The hotel is ok, but we ordered with breakfast, and we didn't get any. There was no one to talk to. I sent a message to the hotel and didn't get any response (it was a month ago and still no response)

Come for a friends wedding and plan to stay at the nearby hotel. Waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the reception for check in. Credit cards machine didn’t work - forced to pay cash. Key card machine didn’t t work - had to get physical key No drinking water in the room. Extremely loud noises from the wedding events around. Zero noise isolation. Breakfast start only after 9:00 so if you early checkout - no food for you. They promise you view to the desert - just forget to mention the wearhouse under the room. Horrible experience

The front desk staff was just so amazing... So yeah, my kids have been through so much, and I never get to do really special things with them. I saved for a year to do a special trip: Magic Kass, DCity and DHotel. Everything was just amazing! My goal is to save money faster and harder to replicate this trip frequently!!

I booked this hotel for an extended stay for my mom, who was visiting me in nearby Maale Adumim, so the location was good.

We had issues not being able to get into the hotel (I don't think anyone was at the front desk one night to let us in) and logistics with the handicapped room, which was difficult for someone with mobility problems to use.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The entrance to the hotel was extremely difficult to find. They turn off the air conditioning during the night. There was no bottled water in the room that most hotels in Israel provide.

The room was not clean. The carpet was full of hair and dust and crumbs. And our refrigerator did not work - we put all our food in the fridge for a picnic the next day, and in the morning, we realized all the food was warm and spoiled because the refrigerator wasn't cooling.

Cleanliness was way below standard for a hotel priced this high.

The staff and hotel website were misleading (not honest) most of the food shops and resteraunts have closed down and they told us at check in (not at booking) that there would be a wedding there and we would hear noise in the room till midnight Later on in the evening they admitted that it would be tremendous noise

Extremely loud dance music played until 2am. The rooms are placed around a wedding hall and there is loud booming dance music played well into the morning. IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. The manager promised us this would not happen again and that we should phone security if it does but security ignore us. Even though we have paid for 4 night we have to leave after 2. There were other guests making the same complaint in the lobby at 1am but the reception desk is empty at night.

As the hotel is in an industrial area there are no time limits on noise and so the booming music keeps going until 2-3 in the morning. The manager said the music would stop at 12 but every night it goes on late into the morning. Loud booming music and impossible to sleep

Liked the special and varied room design. The reception clerk was very friendly. We got the requested desert view. If you also wish one, you should book the New York style room.

I guess that due to the war the place felt a bit forlorn in the middle of an industrial area. The hotel has seen better times. It is not well maintained. The smart TV set lacked instructions on reaching the TV channels. Also despite the hotel being a part of a very large shopping center, there is no restaurant to have a dinner. We were told a restaurant had closed down. Luckily there is a small and a large supermarket close by, so we could figure it out with the food. There are probably some options for take-out nearby.

The Location of the hotel is very convenient.20 min to dead sea,15 min to city center of Jerusalem. The size of the rooms are big luxury Italian style. Coffee Machine in the lobby 24/7, worth it. Friendly Staff and helpful, the front desk manager Atia is so helpful. Large variety of restaurants one floor below. Good for children ,they do have the D Jump area free for kids. I deeply recommend this hotel to everybody.

Ideal for anyone who is visiting in the Maale Adumim area, or even as a jumping off point for travel to the Dead Sea or Masada. We had breakfast at Luciana in the adjacent mall, which was very good.

IF YOU BOOK THROUGH ANY COMPANY NOT DIRECTLY BY THE HOTEL YOU GET POOR SERVICE

The manager gives you lousy service because my booking wasn't through the hotel Only through booking terrible service if you dint book directly through the hotel

Nice hotel, calm and cozy. For breakfast or diner just a hall to pass, a lift, 2 stairs below and very classy restaurants. The room was missing creamer and tea bags and french channels on TV. Staff is nice, but it is middle east, so be patient at reception lol I enjoyed discovering by day and by night with all alleys enlighted.

Extremely rude staff, this hotel has no customer service experience what’s so ever. Entrance is blocked by a barrier to entry, must call and wait 10-15min to enter led by security.

The quietness even though the hotel was full , the furniture and the placards on the wall , right near Max stock and other stores. The synagogue, and above all the meat restaurant with it's great chef.

The breakfast was atrocious,never ever go to a breakfast like this one's. better buy a sandwich with a coffee at bashar than have a tasteless old salade and omelette at Luciana or uri

The breakfast was not why we expected. We thought it would be a buffet like most hotels. The food was good though

It was very nice, comfortable, spacious. Shower was great powerful. My daughters loved it.

The bar on the door was broken as well as the keycard for the door. Had to use a regular key to lock the room. No big deal. The refrigerator was very tiny. No mini bar. The bed was a bit soft for my taste. The lights were confusing.

There were not enough signs telling us how to get to the hotel We walked all over till we found the enterance....that had no sign!

The hotel is a new property, I have chosen this hotel because of the area, the "Yehuda desert" and the "dead sea". Yet I loved it even more as it is part of a big home design and renovation center. There are several restaurants on the property and many other shops that we found interesting.
