Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Close to the Red bull Ring
Unfortunately, this place was terrible. The automated booking system wouldn't accept my name or booking number. I stood around in the blistering heat for 30mins trying to work it out. Only to walk next door to the restaurant and asked the staff if they had anything to do with the hotel, to which they replied yes, I explained my situation and then they said they would help. Then they went off and served other customers in the restaurant. 15mins later another person comes to me with the room key. Opened the room and put on the aircon, which is where the nightmare continues. All of these rooms are wired up in a way where none of the electrical systems work unless the card is in the wall, usual practice. But...... If you dare open up the door to go outside everything shuts off. This would no doubt throw the circuit board in the AC to fizz. Which brings me to problem number 3 The AC unit while in operation would surge and make a loud whering noise for 2 to 3 seconds randomly every 20 seconds or so. Making it unbearable to sleep at night. This problem didn't go away even when I turned off the AC unit, or even then took the card out of the slot. Which is confusing because there was some sort of residual power to the unit which made it make the noise. Like a relay clicking in an out. Day 2, I message the staff through the app as there is no one around. And I mean no on, the entire property is locked up. I get a message saying someone will be back at 2145hrs. I then got moved to another room. Which had a different type of AC unit. Where after approx 45mins of operation a similar problem came about. The inverter in the unit was clicking in and out and making such a noise that I just decided to unplug it from the wall and go to sleep. Try and avoid this place in the warmer months. The older man who appears to own and run the place is rude and not helpful.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Convenient to check in at the terminal - I arrived after midnight. The room was clean and simple, and everything worked well.
The property is opposite a restaurant / event hall. I stayed on a Saturday evening and there was a very loud party. The windows offered some soundproofing but I felt the vibrations. After the party finished, staff tidied up noisily with lots of noise as they threw away bottles. I slept for about 30 minutes.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Excellent location, very close to the Red Bull Ring. Very very clean room awaited us. Parking also very good and spacious.
The staff gone too far with cleaning and re-organising our rooms during our stay. We got back from the ring and all of our stuff was reorganised into different locations of the room and we had a hard time finding everything during packing. We had stuff left in the room, because we only saw it missing once we got back home. Everything from our beds were at completely random spots of the room (hangers, shelf, wardrobe).

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Pekné a účelné ubytovanie v dobrej lokalite, ideálne na jednu max. dve noci. Automatická recepcia, majiteľ si vzal k srdcu hodnotenia a zatienil obrazovku prihlasovacieho terminálu.
V zime to asi bude problém. :)
