Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Banyan tree stuff was extremely kind and accommodating. The location is stunning and the facilities are perfect . Then room service, activities and all the extra stuff is also great. I have been in alula 14 times , and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Everything there is easy and beautifully designed . We got upgraded to a villa with pool, and next time will book it because it makes all the difference, our family got to enjoy even in the hot hours . Thank you so much.
I would only suggest to add a roof to the parking

The facilities are very good. The breakfast is amazing. Special thanks to the Chef. It's high level, all was perfect till the small details. Thank you again to everyone. Reviewed Aug 22, 2026كانت الإقامة فاخرة ومميزة بكل معنى الكلمة، واستمتعت كثيرًا بالتجربة بشكل عام، ولا سيما حسن الضيافة، ورقي الخدمة، والاهتمام اللافت بالتفاصيل، إضافةً إلى جمال المنتجع وانسجامه مع طبيعة العلا. كانت تجربة متكاملة ومريحة، وأتطلع بكل سرور إلى تكرار الزيارة مستقبلًا بإذن الله تعالى.
بشكل عام كانت الإقامة ممتازة، ولم تكن لدي ملاحظات جوهرية. الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت عدم توفر مكواة بخار بشكل أساسي في الفيلا، حيث تسببت المكواة التقليدية الموجودة في الغرفة، ولسوء الحظ، في احتراق ثوب جديد قبل أن أتمكن من طلب مكواة البخار.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour , les tentes étaient magnifiques avec des équipements modernes et de grands volumes dans les chambres les lits extrêmement confortable.
Le petit déjeuner était excellent ,le personnel au petit soin c’était un petit déjeuner a la carte mais a volonté avec un large de choix
Aussi bien pour les petits que pour les grands
Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit calme et paisible

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The hotel is simply stunning. The quality of service is exactly what I expect from a Banyan Tree property. This was our second stay here, and we try to return at least once a year.
The location was absolutely perfect for my marriage proposal<3<3 It is a privilege to see hotels of this quality and beauty being developed in Saudi Arabia.
Set within the breathtaking AlUla nature reserve, the surroundings are spectacular. One of the most unique features is that the resort is surrounded by ancient rock formations and prehistoric rock art, making it a fascinating place to explore on foot and discover the area's rich history and culture.
The rooms are incredibly private and thoughtfully designed. What really sets this hotel apart are the small details: complimentary late check-out, free bicycle rental, a private fire pit under the stars at no extra cost, flashlights for exploring at night, a beautiful bathtub, rain shower, outdoor dining and seating areas, sun loungers, and the fire pit area for stargazing. Everything you could possibly need is already there.
Once again, the service was outstanding and the breakfast was excellent.
Through my work I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but very few come close to this one. This hotel is really A true 20 out of 10.
Highly recommended and already looking forward to our next visit.
WE LOVED EVERYTHING
Not a complaint, but rather a tip for future guests: the famous main swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. However, this was not an issue for us, they have a big pool villa available if you want to use it, and the hotel also offers access to the stunning swimming pool at Our Habitas AlUla.
A buggy service is provided to take you there and bring you back whenever you wish, making the experience seamless and very convenient.

The upgraded villa was breathtaking.
• Two large bedrooms with elegant, calming interiors
• A private pool overlooking the dramatic desert landscape
• Expansive outdoor seating perfect for sunrise coffee or evening relaxation
• Total privacy, surrounded by AlUla’s iconic sandstone formations
It felt like a luxurious desert sanctuary—quiet, peaceful, and beautifully integrated into nature.

الملاحظة الوحيدة التي نأمل أخذها بعين الاعتبار هي تصريف المياه في دورات المياه، حيث يتجمع الماء بعد استخدام الشاور أو البانيو ويستغرق وقتاً قبل أن يتصرف بالكامل. معالجة هذه النقطة ستجعل تجربة الإقامة متكاملة ومثالية

The check-in process was smooth, fast, and welcoming. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.
The concierge service was outstanding. I requested three items that I knew were not normally available, yet the team managed to provide all of them without any additional service charges. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me.
I also appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. Arabic coffee, local dates, and delicious baklava were always available while arriving, departing, or waiting for my car from valet service.
What makes this hotel special is its people. Everywhere you go, staff members are eager to assist and make your stay comfortable, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

خيارات الطعام في مطعم حرة ، محدودة جدا ولا تناسب الجميع (بالذات محبي الاكلات العربية)، ولا يوجد خيارات اخرى بالنسبة لتجربة تناول الطعام، كما ان الثلاجة في الفيلا مهيئة فقط للمشروبات ولا يمكن وضع اي طعام فيها ، لذا هذا صعب علينا التجربة بالنسبة لعائلة مع 3 اطفال

I strongly recommend the hotel to all kind of travelers . The vibes in the hotel and in the area are breathtaking.
I can’t use the word “didn’t like “ but would add few comments for further improvement :
- The Breakfast is good but could be better by offering additional “open buffet” options , the staff is amazing but could be overwhelmed sometimes with breakfast orders
- The hot water systems can be enhanced inside the villas
- Although the hotel offered us a swimming pool in one of the luxurious Villas, not having the main pool in operation was a bit of disappointment

The location is breathtaking, surrounded by stunning scenery that made the whole experience feel magical and peaceful. The tents were beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, clean, and luxurious while still allowing us to feel connected to nature.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff — every single person was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible, and their kindness made us feel so special throughout our stay. The food, atmosphere, and attention to detail were all exceptional. It was honestly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had.
Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations. If we had to mention something, it would only be that we wish we could have stayed longer because the experience was so amazing.

تعامل الموظفين ممتاز وبشوشين
بعض سائقي خدمة صف السيارات تطفلوا بإنزال الستائر الخلفية مما تسبب في سقوط "الداش كام"
توجد في الغرفة بعض الملاحظات التي يفضل تعديلها كالستارة التي عند باب الدخول صغيرة جدا ويصعب أن تستر الزجاجة بالكامل
كذلك في دورة المياه يصبع ضغط بعض الأزرار
المطعم جيد ولكن تمنيت لو كان التنوع أكبر بالإفطار

Reviewed May 14, 2026Это, пожалуй, лучший отель в этом регионе. Придраться просто не к чему. Нас поселили в 2- комнатную виллу с личным бассейном. Вид был на горы и Зеркальный куб. По отелю мы передвигались на гольф- каре. Обслуживание великолепное. Завтрак очень вкусный а ужин в ресторане, отмеченным звездами Мишлен был волшебным. До всех красот мы легко добрались на автомобиле.
Первый отель, к которому я не имею претензий.

منذ اللحظة الأولى، يلمس النزيل احترافيةً عالية، وأخلاقًا سامية، وبشاشةً صادقة لا تفارق الوجوه، مدفوعةً برغبةٍ حقيقية في إسعاده وتقديم تجربةٍ تتجاوز الت
وقعات. كل فردٍ في هذا الصرح يعمل بروحٍ واحدة، تنبض بالشغف والإخلاص، لتصنع من الإقامة ذكرى لا تُنسى.
ويطيب لي أن أخص بالشكر موظفي الاستقبال، وعلى رأسهم الأستاذ وسام الغامدي وزميلته رند، لما قدّماه من حسن استقبالٍ وذوقٍ رفيع وتعاونٍ لافت، عكس أسمى معاني الاحتراف. كما لا يفوتني أن أُثني على بقية الزملاء والزميلات الذين قد لا تسعفني الذاكرة بذكر أسمائهم، لكن حضورهم الراقي وأثرهم الجميل باقٍ في النفس.
وإنه لمن دواعي الفخر أن أرى هذا المستوى المشرّف من الكوادر الوطنية، رجالًا ونساءً، في مختلف أقسام المنتجع، بروحٍ عالية وابتسامةٍ دائمة تعكس صورةً مشرقة عن الضيافة السعودية.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026As a family, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the most beautiful peaceful villa with a stunning view. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace at night time. The rooms are decent, nothing too fancy. Beds are comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was well equipped. We were really happy with everything overall.
The food at the resort, both quality and price. Having stayed at other Banyan Trees, this one was not like the others. Staff are not trained the same ways. The pool was not opened.
