Muy lindo espacio con excelente vista. Pero la reserva es confusa. Queríamos un glamping (Porque así se llama el sitio) y por error reservamos habitación. Al tratar de hacer un ajuste y cambiar a un glamping no hubo opción. Así que quedamos desilusionados porque en todas las fotos en que hicimos la reserva daba la impresión de ser un glamping.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026El personal y los anfitriones son demasiado amables y atentos. El desayuno es bastante completo y nutritivo. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y en perfecto estado, la limpieza del lugar nada fuera de lo común. En general, la estadía fue maravillosa y sin duda volveremos.
Por temas ajenos a las instalaciones, en ciertas habitaciones se escucha mucho ruido de la carretera cercana al lugar.

Het was vreselijk koud en vochtig. De elektrische dekens hielpen i.i.g. voor de nacht, maar het was oncomfortabel in de middag. Het meer was door de bomen niet te zien, dus van lakeview was geen sprake.

Sin embargo, lo que realmente destaca es la atención impecable de todo el personal, siempre amable, cordial y atento a cada detalle, lo que hace que uno se sienta como en casa. Sin duda, es un lugar muy recomendable al que definitivamente volveremos.

Coincidimos con los dueños del Hotel y la calidad humana y sencillez de ellos es admirable. En general el trato que recibimos fue muy bueno La vista hacia el lago es hermosa. El desayuno delicioso y la fogata en la noche fue un momento para romper con la rutina
Lo unico que no fue tan bueno, es que El jacuzzi de la villa 5, es privado y el agua no se calentó lo suficiente, sin embargo se paso un buen momento.

que en la reserva no avisen que el jacuzzi solo se puede usar una vez... luego tratamos de prenderlo y fueron a decirnos que tenia un costo adicional ( muy costoso). Eso debe estar desde el inicio en la reserva, por que dice jacuzzi pero no dicen, de un solo uso...

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025El colchón Calentito es un plus sin duda si no estás acostumbrado al frío, el jacuzzi, la atención, la vista. El glampin es acogedor y está impecable. La atención de todos es espectacular el señor Miguel siempre amable, la sra Marta estuvo dispuesta a todas nuestras solicitudes. Nos hicieron fogata, encendieron el jacuzzi con agua caliente para los niños. La vista desde la terraza estupenda desde allí quedan bellas las fotos. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Hicieron nuestra estancia fuera excelente.
El frío de Guatavita. Pero eso es inevitable y nosotros por no ser de allá no estamos acostumbrados. Sin embargo los colchones calientes lo resolvieron Se escucha un poco el ruido de los carros al pasar de la avenida pero nada grave al quedar profundo pasa.

They are great people; without them, it couldn´t have been the same experience. They checked in all the time to see if we were happy and made us feel comfortable with the things we needed, including the food. Wir haben den Jacuzzi und das Glamping genossen, aber was uns noch besser gefallen hat, war der Service von Martha und Miguel. Sie sind großartige Menschen; ohne sie wäre es nicht dasselbe Erlebnis gewesen. The property is on the main road into town so you will hear traffic noise for most of the night.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2024The glamping is set back off the road between Guatavita and Sesquilé with beautiful views over the countryside and down to the reservoir. The domes are clean and comfortable, each one giving its own sense of privacy. The staff are warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful, with plenty of ideas to help you decide how to spend your time. The food, while fairly simple, is beautifully prepared and very tasty. And having a glass of wine in the jacuzzi, looking at the stars was exactly the sort of weekend break I needed.
My only recommendation to improve the domes over time would be to provide more comfortable seating for reading/relaxing. What is there is fine enough but more relaxed seating would be even better still.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2023-Exceptional staff - breathtaking views -staff paid great attention to detail and felt very personalized -Miguel in particular went above and beyond to ensure guests were looked after and all their needs being met. All the while with a great attitude and friendly smile.
Was quite cold in the evening. I would recommend having a heat source within the pod for when the sun goes down.
