Es un riad bonito y acogedor. Gracias a Hmmad por su amabilidad y estar para ayudarnos en todo lo que podía. Ademas tuvo el detalle de dejarnos un pequeño desayuno ya que nos teníamos que ir muy temprano al desierto. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la plaza central, pero alejada del ruido, en una zona mas tranquila. Gracias por todo!!

Insonorisation des chambres pas optimales

Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk, als je iets vroeg probeerden ze je zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Ze proberen je een zo goed mogelijke ervaring te geven. De ligging is ook perfect alles is wel op wandelafstand. Het ontbijt en het avond eten is ook zeker inorde.

El alojamiento es maravilloso. Todos los detalles son impecables y han hecho que nuestra experiencia en Marrakech fuera completa. Nos atendieron de maravilla, fueron súper atentos, amables y siempre pendientes de nosotros. El desayuno de 10/10, y todo estaba precioso. De 0 a 10 le doy un 1000! Muchísimas gracias por todo. Sin duda, volveremos muy pronto.

My stay was exceptional and I will return the next time I am in Marrakech. The staff was extremely attentive, starting even before I arrived; the staff met my taxi at the street and walked me to the riad, which was a few minutes' walk from car access. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was comfortable and the a/c was more than adequate. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely too. It is located inside the Kasbah, a few minutes walk from the main square/Jemaa el Fnaa and right near the Saadian Tombs. It was such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here!

Hemos estado una semana en este riad y estamos encantados. El personal, sobre todo Ayoub, han facilitado la estancia al máximo y nos han ayudado en todo lo que necesitábamos. El riad precioso y muy ordenado.

Ein unglaublich schönes Riad mit so viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und wenn man 2, 3 Straßen weiter geht, ist man mitten im Trubel von Marrakesch. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und das bei 45°C (oder mehr) Außentemperatur.

El trato recibido fue muy bueno y el Riad muy bonito y agradable. Las habitaciones ideales. El dueño nos envió un vídeo para llegar al riad y la verdad que nos vino genial para no perdernos.

Un personnel très chaleureux et très accueillant. Idéalement situé pour tout visiter à pied. Chambre très jolie et comfortable. Le petit déjeuner berbère etait délicieux.

Er was niet vermeld dat we contant moesten betalen. Dus moesten we bij een atm geld pinnen. Bij betalen zat er in het laatje bij de balie toch een pinautomaat, niet zo netjes.

Heel mooie riad met klein zwembadje. Mooie kamers. Lekker ontbijt op de rooftop.

Gostei de tudo, o quarto era lindo, o pequeno almoço melhor que em muitos hoteis de 5 estrelas. Além de que o nosso vôo atrasou e chegamos à 1h da manhã ao aeroporto e estavam à nossa espera. Obrigada por estes dias, já temos vontade de voltar .

Our host, Ayoub, was wonderful. He has a good sense of humor and was extremely welcoming. The Riad was comfortable and well located. Breakfast was great and Ayoub even prepared us a breakfast to-go on our early mornings.

As with many Riad's in Marrakesh, knowing you are going the right way when trying to locate it for the first time can be worrying, but once you know, you'll have no issues find it again.

Everything was perfect

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo riad. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa fin dal nostro arrivo e tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La struttura è curata nei dettagli, pulita e ricca del fascino tipico marocchino. La camera era confortevole, silenziosa e ben arredata. La posizione è ideale per visitare Marrakech, pur offrendo un’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. La Medina e i souk sono raggiungibili in 5-10 minuti a piedi. Consigliamo vivamente questo riad a chi desidera vivere un’autentica esperienza marocchina.

Le riad est magnifique, proche du centre de Marrakech mais dans un quartier calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. la chambre était très agréable et climatisée. La terrasse sur les toits était incroyable ; on peut y croiser deux adorables tortues! Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel toujours très agréable. C'est vraiment une excellente adresse!

Les matelas un peu trop fermes à notre goût mais c'était ainsi dans tous les hôtels où nous étions au Maroc

Ayoub was amazing and the Riad in general was better than I even hoped for! A gorgeous living space in walking distance from most attractions in the city made it a great hub for my stay. Ayoub was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, which really meant a lot. The Moroccan breakfast included with my stay was definitely one of the highlights of my trip and I looked forward to going to the rooftop each morning to partake in the morning comfort. Overall, 11/10 and I will be staying here again when I return to Marrakesh.

Le riad est en effet un petit joyau. La literie est un pur bonheur. L’accueil et la bienveillance est de mise, comme partout au Maroc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les chambres ainsi que le riad étaient très bien entretenus. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et l’aide précieuse du gérant, Ayoub. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Ayoub onze gastheer was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hadden een fijne kamer. Zwembadje was lekker om even af te koelen aan het einde van de dag. Het dakterras was prettig

Le personnel, surtout Ayoub, était très à l’écoute, très bien veillant et de bon conseil. Très bonne ambiance.

Presque pas de rangement dans la chambre. L’isolation n’est pas très bonne mais quand il y a peu de personne ce n’est pas dérangeant.

Le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et intervient rapidement au moindre souci ou à la moindre question. Les petits-déjeuners servis sur le toit du riad sont tout simplement exceptionnels : des moments paisibles et conviviaux dans un cadre magnifique ! Un service complet de ménage est également assuré chaque jour dans les chambres. Il y a encore beaucoup d'activités que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester, comme les massages, mais au vu de la qualité du reste du séjour, je ne doute pas qu'ils soient excellents. Séjour au top ! Gros clin d'œil à Ayoub, à l'accueil, qui a répondu à chacune de nos demandes avec une rapidité et une gentillesse remarquables : préparation d'un petit-déjeuner express à emporter pour notre départ matinal en excursion, déplacement jusqu'à notre chambre à 23 h pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'eau chaude dès notre première soirée, ou encore impression en urgence de nos documents de voyage lorsque la compagnie nous a demandé des versions papier à la dernière minute. Plus généralement, toute l'équipe est extrêmement accueillante, serviable et sympathique.

Les seuls petits points à noter concernent la climatisation, qui était un peu bruyante une fois en marche (ce qui pourrait déranger les personnes au sommeil léger), ainsi que le Wi-Fi, parfois un peu lent. Rien de rédhibitoire, et cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour.

Tout! Emplacement idéal: au calme bien que tres proche des sites emblématiques de Marrakech. Service au petit soins d'Ayoud et du le reste de l'équipe. Merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée!

Wo soll ich hier anfangen... es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in Marrakesch. Das Riad ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und es mangelt an nichts! Die Lage ist super im Kasbah-Viertel, direkt neben den Saadier-Gräbern gelegen - es sind nur ca. 10 min. zum Djemma El Fna. Die Mitarbeiter sind so unglaublich lieb <3 Ayoub wird uns wohl immer in Erinnerung bleiben, er ist das Herz dieses Riad und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Ob Ausflug organisieren, Wäsche waschen, ein weiterer Kaffee beim Frühstück oder einfach nur schöne Gespräche - Ayoub wurde unser Herzensmensch. Wir waren 11 Tage hier und konnten somit sehr viel sehen - Wüstentour in die Agafay-Wüste, ans Meer nach Essaouira und ins Atlasgebirge zum Bergermarkt nach Asni. Wir kommen sicher wieder, es war wirklich toll hier.

Le lieu est magnifique, et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons était accueilli comme à la maison par Ayoub qui a été super de À à Z. Nous reviendrions sans hésitation dans ce Riad à la fois atypique et moderne.

Our host Ayoub was so friendly! The riad is ideally located in the south of the medina. Very quiet and tranquil. Close to taxi stops, El Badi, the Sadien tombs. Breakfast is excellent and the room is a calm oasis. Would definitely recommend this riad.

Good place to stop for a night or two. Very close to main attractions. Small room and the pool was in the courtyard which made using both bit difficult compared to other places where you have pool and lounges in the same area and rooms are bigger. It felt more like an upgraded version of a hostel rather than an intimate riad/dar. The staff was superb and the breakfast was nice. Nice roof terrace and AC’ed areas also present there. Good value for money for one night stay.

The bathroom was bit dated, no shower curtain meant water was splashed for some time on the floor which wasn’t safe as it was slippery. I also didn’t enjoy the sink as it was hard to wash my travel cup in it. The room was tiny, so staying longer in it wouldnt be comfortable.

This raid is a hidden gem in the Kasbah. The raid is super clean, beds are comfortable, shower pressure is good. You get clean towels, the bedrooms are cleaned on a regular basis. Breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent with fresh orange juice. There is a plunge pool on the ground floor, we didn't have time to use it. Tuyub was very attentive, we would definitely come again. Keep up the good work.

Ayoub was an incredibly welcoming and friendly host — he did a great job organising our stay and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was lovely, and the hospitality throughout was amazing. He kindly let us use the fridge, and even provided breakfast on our final day since we had an early departure. He also gave us a free map with great recommendations of places to visit in Marrakech.

The shower isn't well separated from the rest of the bathroom, so the floor tends to get a bit wet and messy after showering.

The check-in was done very fast and Hamza was helpful, polite and informative. The room was pleasant and clean, also the bathroom was stunning! Even though me and my partner had to leave early (the morning after arriving), they left us a breakfast to go!! Overall a very warm welcome.

En general todo, la atención muy muy buena, súper amables sobretodo a la hora de resolver nuestras dudas y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesites. Contratamos servicio de taxi para recogernos en el aeropuerto y otro día para llevarnos a una visita de la ciudad y ha sido todo excelente.

Great location nestled in a quiet corner of the Medina, but a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not far from all souks or great restaurants. The staff were incredible and so friendly!

Der letzte Stop auf unserer Reise war nochmal eine Nacht im Le Petit Joyau, wo Ayoub uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Der Innenhof ist genauso hübsch wie es auf den Bildern aussieht, Pool nett zur kurzen Abkühlung und das Zimmer war verhältnismäßig geräumig mit Ablageplatz (auf dem Boden). Das Frühstück war okay, wurde auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Nochmal ein anderes Viertel von Marrakesch zu sehen war super, sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles gleich um die Ecke.

Praktisch wäre ein Regal/ kleiner Schrank und auf jeden Fall Haken - denn Platz ist ja im Zimmer genug. Zudem fehlt wie immer ein Duschvorhang, damit nicht das ganze Bad überschwemmt ist nach dem Duschen (aber das scheint in Marokko üblich zu sein). Die Kupferarmaturen riechen sobald man sie angefasst hat. Über die Matratze waren wir geteilter Meinung, und in diesem Riad wurde leider von den anderen Gästen abends und auch morgens keine Rücksicht auf andere genommen (kann das Riad nichts dafür). Leider waren Handtücher und Bettbezüge teilweise total zerschlissen.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad hier. Het Riad bevindt zich op een rustige locatie in de medina maar alles is op loopafstand. Ayoup en zijn collega’s zijn super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Overal wordt aan gedacht. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly. The courtyard in the riad was always clean and was a pleasant area to sit in both during the day and in the evening. Great central location in the medina within a 15 min walk of the main square and right next to the Saadian Tombs. The breakfast was also one of the better ones I had during my time in Morocco with a nice range of pastries and fresh bread. The bedroom was also nicely kept and very comfy, which helped with relaxing after long days of walking about the city.

Finding the riad initially was a bit difficult. This was partly due to the nature of the medina in Marrakech but also because the address on Apple Maps appeared to be out of date (at least when I was trying to find it). The pool in the riad also had a few bugs and flies floating in the water which was a bit off putting.

Our experience at Riad Le Petit Joyau was simply excellent. From the very first moment, we felt incredibly welcomed—especially thanks to the staff member who took care of us. He was absolutely wonderful, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They made our stay so easy and comfortable: they kindly stored our luggage for us, arranged our airport transfers both on arrival and departure, and were always attentive to make sure everything went perfectly. The riad itself is beautiful, with every detail carefully thought out, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. And the breakfast was amazing—delicious and complete, the perfect way to start the day. Without a doubt, a place we would highly recommend and happily return to.

Le manque d'isolation phonique des chambres

Hele prettige plek om je terug te trekken tijdens je stedentrip in Marrakesh! De host regelde een vliegveldtransfer en pikte ons op bij de straat op (auto's kunnen niet bij de riad komen) om mee te lopen. Op de aankomstdag lijkt de Medina een doolhof en de locatie van de riad onvindbaar, maar na een dag rondlopen blijkt deze heel centraal te liggen. Achter de muren ligt een prachtige, rustige binnenplaats met een klein zwembad en de hotelkamers. Alles is netjes en schoon en het blijft er - zelfs bij buitentemperaturen van 32 graden - lekker koel. De bedden zijn fijn en de badkamer is ruim genoeg. Het ontbijt bestel je uit een menukaart met 3 keuzes en is lekker uitgebreid. Complimenten voor het personeel, die ons steeds voorzagen van handige tips én hulp. Aanrader!

Geen groot probleem, maar de kamers zijn wat gehorig door de houten deuren en luikjes. Je kunt dus af en toe wat binnenkomende medegasten horen. Ben je geen vaste slaper? Neem dan voor de zekerheid oordoppen mee (wij hebben er weinig last van gehad).
