Un endroit magnifique, un hébergement charmant et un personnel adorable et très attentionné. On s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison, dans une atmosphère paisible et chaleureuse. Les nombreux détails et éléments de décoration marocains donnent au riad un charme tout particulier, presque féerique. Un véritable petit havre de paix, parfait pour découvrir le Maroc et profiter d’un séjour inoubliable. ✨

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de ce Riad en plein cœur de la Medina. Nous étions 6 ,donc avec 2 chambres...et la terasse à notre disposition en surprise! La cuisine à mise à gebtillement a notre disposition pour le confort de nos enfants. Le petit déjeuné était frais et copieux,servi avec le sourire du personnel. Le personnel est de grande confiance, car nous avions oublié nos papiers a notre depart,et rien n'avais bougé. Nous nous y sommes sentis agréablement bien avec une vue imprenable sur les terrasses.

Les toilettes dans les douches,avec porte en verre...Pas évident pour le confort lorsque nous sommes nombreux.

Mi amiga y yo pasamos una noche en este riad y fue maravilloso. Todo el equipo, con Yakout al frente, nos trató espectacularmente. La habitación era muy cómodo, con suficiente espacio para albergar a toda una familia a pesar de que éramos solo dos. La ubicación, en pleno corazón de la medina rabatí, es perfecta para descubrir la parte antigua de la ciudad. Lamentablemente no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno porque nos fuimos muy temprano al evento que teníamos, pero nos ofrecieron un té que tomamos en la terraza superior con unas vistas estupendas. Era la primera vez que mi amiga se alojaba en un riad y se llevó una experiencia magnífica.

C'est un charmant petit hôtel, très confortable, situé en plein cœur de la vieille ville de Rabat. Nous y avons passé une nuit à trois. L'hôtel est impeccable et la cour intérieure offre une magnifique ambiance typique du vieux Rabat. Le personnel est poli et attentionné ! Il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans notre chambre, mais on nous a laissé un espace libre dans la cuisine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, en particulier les pains plats beurrés ! Délicieux et copieux, il est préparé spécialement pour les clients. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques pas de la forteresse, et de nombreux commerces, dont une petite épicerie-salon de souvenirs, se trouvent à proximité. Nous avons été ravis et recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un court ou un long séjour à Rabat, notamment aux touristes passionnés d'histoire et intéressés par la culture et le quotidien marocains.

J'ai aimé la décoration, le logement qui rappelaient l'authenticité marocaine. Le fait d'être dans la Médina était joli. C'est un quartier animé par les commerçants. Nous sommes directement au souk.

L'emplacement directement de la Médina avait des avantages mais des inconvénients, beaucoup de bruits ( moto, cris) la nuit. Nous n'avons pas réussi à dormir car les rideaux laisser passer la lumière et beaucoup de bruits. Le petit déjeuner ça allait

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, está limpio, la chica que nos atendió muy maja aunque solo hablaba árabe nos comunicamos con el móvil y todo muy bien, el lugar está un poco adentrado como en un mercado, es céntrico pero las calles pequeñas dan un poco de miedo pero no nos pasó nada, la gente es muy amable. Hay toallas, shampoo, gel y ventiladores en la habitación. El desayuno es genial, y el lugar donde se desayuna es muy lindo.

La zona es algo oscura y retirada por la noche.

Bona ubicació. Vam estar a l’habitació del terrat i era àmplia i amb moltes finestres.

L’habitacióno tenia cap tipus d’intimitat. No han fet l’habitació tot i que no permeten tirar el paper al wc (caldria que al menys buidessin la paperera). L’esmorzar bo però poca varietat.

The place is pretty much exactly as shown in the photos, so you know what to expect and what you are paying for. It’s a simple place, but it has its own charm and atmosphere. For me, the highlight was definitely the breakfast. It was lovely to sit there and enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast, which made the experience feel quite authentic. The staff were friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. It’s not a luxury place, but if you’re looking for something simple, authentic and reasonably priced, it’s a good option.

Disastrous review. The price for the services is a world of difference. There's no air conditioning or TV. At night, there's constant noise from the street.

Le temps de marche dans la médina jusqu'à l'hébergement. Très mauvais accueil en soirée de la personne qui était là. Aucun avancement possible du petit déjeuner 30 min avant l'horaire annoncé, en raison d' un horaire de train. Aucune intimité au niveau des chambres et des salles de bain.

Environnement un peu bruyant jusque dans la nuit

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento si la localización y el desayuno, Saida y Mohamed son los anfitriones del lugar. Saida fue encantadora y muy agradable, dispuesta ayudamos y hacemos sentir bienvenidas.

Lo único que resaltaríamos sería ir el desayuno empezará antes porque teníamos contratadas excursiones y tuvimos que desayunar rápido.

The room was quite humid, and it was difficult to breathe. The air didn’t feel fresh, and the room needed better ventilation.

Nothing absolutely nothing was a hell

We were a group of 4 who booked this place based on the pictures online, but what we saw when we arrived was absolutely nothing like the listing. It felt like we had been cheated and lied to. From when we walked in, we felt like dogs crammed in a cage. The space is extremely claustrophobic, very hot, and structurally unsound. The entire room had one tiny window like a prison cell window near the ceiling. There was no air conditioning in the room whatsoever. The layout is bizarre, a makeshift split-level. The entire thing looked like it was made of plywood with a shabby wooden ladder with rungs not fully attached. The entire ladder moved when one tried to climb it. The floor creaked and deformed when only one person was there. However, there were 2 beds, so another had to fit as well. The whole construction felt unsafe to sleep on for the people on the top and bottom for fear of collapse at any moment. The bathroom situation is disgusting. The photos did not even show the bathroom because there is no way of even making it look nice. It was a makeshift box built into the side of the room with thin plastic walls and a frosted glass door with no lock or closing mechanism that still had the manufacturer's tape on it. The shower, toilet and sink were all crammed into this 1m x 3m layout and the whole thing felt unsanitary, disgusting and completely lacking in basic privacy or comfort. The boiler was perched precariously above the 'bathroom' which can be seen from the lower and upper level. We thought it was going to fall, to be honest. We were booked for 3 nights but only managed to make it 1. The heat in the room at night was unbearable. No one slept for more than an hour at a time. We spoke with the owner the next morning and explained how painful it was to sleep in such heat in a room with a tiny square window and no AC, and we were told that, yeah, it is just hot; it was cloudy the day before. It just felt so dismissive. Do not stay here.

Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et copieux. Le Riad lui-même est très joli. L’emplacement est très bien et la nuit est calme.

Les équipements devraient être maintenus en bon état. Le lit était en train de s’écrouler, des prises qui ne fonctionnent pas. Et la salle de bain est un peu limite. Ça fait un peu préfabriqué dans un décor qui est pourtant superbe. Sans compter les remontées d’odeurs d’égouts.

Aucun acces en voiture pour arriver au riad, obligé de se garer a l'extérieur des remparts de la médina dans un parking public et payant.

Fenomenal, nos ha encantado, trato personal excelente, muy amables y flexibles, el servicio atento y correcto, solo decimos gracias por todo!!! Volveremos.

Everything was bad

Nothing about our stay was good. It was a very disappointing experience and extremely overpriced for what was offered. The room was in very poor condition, with old, worn-out furniture and a dangerously unsafe mezzanine ladder. The ladder was broken and so unstable that even an adult would struggle to climb it safely. It terrified our children, and we ended up sleeping on the floor all night because it was too dangerous for them to use. There was also no air conditioning, making the night even more uncomfortable. When we asked the staff to move us to a safer room because of the risk to our children, we were told we would have to pay for another room if they couldn’t sleep on the mezzanine. This response was unacceptable given the obvious safety issue. To make matters worse, there was very loud noise outside until around 3:00 a.m., so we barely slept at all. Overall, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families with young children.

A hospitalidade e a proximidade ao centro da Medina e de outros pontos históricos e turísticos.

Nada de relevante a apontar, apenas notei algum ruído exterior devido à proximidade de uma mesquita, mas isso é algo que não depende das condições do alojamento. Simplesmente é algo que se aceita ou não por se estar próximo do centro da Medina.

Very good place and friendly people. It was clean and comfortable. Nice terrace on the roof. Variety or different rooms. Good breakfast. Located in old medina.

Nice courtyard area. The door of the room had a very cool big door.

The room had two fans for cooling, one smaller one which was in the loft area where there was nowhere to plug in. The loft area had not been cleaned from previous persons as there were long black hairs everywhere. The bathroom looks like it is under construction with the tape still on the door for when installed. The area outside the riad is filthy.

A hidden gem in the heart of the medina! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. The room was spotless and came with a lovely terrace – the perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets of the medina. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and gave us the energy needed to conquer the maze of souks and attractions nearby. The location couldn't be better: right in the middle of everything, with the main sights and the bazaar just a short walk away. But the true VIP of our stay was the resident cat, who paid us a visit every day. We never officially adopted him, but he clearly decided we were his temporary humans! It was such a charming and unexpected bonus that made our stay even more memorable. Wonderful hospitality, great location, amazing breakfast, and daily feline entertainment – what more could you ask for? We would happily stay here again!

A beautiful riad in the Medina. The interior and breakfast were of a very high standard. Our room didn't have a refrigerator and air conditioning. But that's typical for this type of accommodation, as I understand it.

On a fait une nuit. 2 demi-journées à Rabat. L'emplacement du logement etait idéal. On a fait quelques sites touristiques tout à pied et le logement pas loin de la gare Rabat ville (15min a pied). Le personnel etait gentil et le logement etait propre.

Malheureusement le riad se trouve dans le marché fuits et légumes du souk. Et il y'avait des vendeurs de poissons en bas. La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur la ruelle. On sentait les odeurs et ce n'était pas trop top... Aussi y'avait des odeurs de remontées d'égouts aussi. Pas trop agréable. Les parties communes du riad doivent etre un peu etre remis à jour. On voit que ca vieillit un peu et ca perd un peu de son charme. Il commence à s'éloigner un peu des photos sur le site.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel.

Переселили в риад джбара 2, по какой-то причине. Риад 2 оказался в 4 минутах от первого, очень неудобный был номер, состоящий из трех этажей и малюсеньких комнатушек. На первом этаже 2×2 коридор, выше 1 спальня, еще выше вторая, убиться в процессе перемещения было проще простого, очень узкие проходы, и много экстримальных лестниц. Админ-ра постоянно не было на месте. На просьбу дать туалетную бумпгу отматали 3 метра, потом дали рулон, когда мы настояли) мыло, шапунь принесли по просьте, шампунь был в средней бутвлке начатый кем-то. Завтрак просили организовать пораньше, сами забыли или забили, в итоге пришлось идти до первого риада, благо он в направлении выхода из старого города,и в нем работают более ответственные девушки, очень приятные. Они очень быстро все приготовили, завтрак был очень красивым и сытным.

Fica dentro da medina, a uns 400m daonde paramos o carro. Ruim de levar as malas. Sem elevador. Fica numa ruela onde vendem verduras e peixes, entao o chao estava bem sujo.

Ubicación perfecta, en plena medina y fácil de encontrar y acceder. Desayuno delicioso. Responden rápido a los mensajes. Personal atento y amable.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba en la planta baja y olía muy mal porque salia un olor horrible de los desagües del baño. A las 4am la tuve que pedír a una empleada que me abriera las ventanas y despues de echar un chorro de lejía en el desagüe de la ducha pudimos volver a dormir pero a la noche siguiente paso lo mismo

Chambre pour 3 adultes avec mezzanine ( échelle dangereuse !) , salle de bain très sommaire , et peu de lumière . Il n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation qu’il s’agissait d’une mezzanine ! Que la chambre était en étage … l D’autres part le petit déjeuner est servi bien tard ( 8h30-10h30) .

Nice location and the breakfast was delicious.

The main issue was the inconsistency in service. During our second stay, the welcome felt cold and unwelcoming, unlike our first visit. We were immediately questioned about our reservation in a way that made us feel uncomfortable, as if we weren’t expected. Also, the lack of AC or a fan in the room made the stay less comfortable.

L'emplacement du Ryad a proximité du souk et de la médina. Le rooftop très agréable le soir mais mal entretenu (crotte de chat et odeurs nauséabondes). Petit déjeuner très bon mais peut diversifié. Et accueil chaleureux par le gérant.

La salle de bain peu pratique (WC directement dans la douche). Mezzanine pas adaptée aux enfants échelle dangereuse. Manque d'entretien vis a vis de la porte de la chambre (ne se ferme pas) et isolation absente. Mauvaise expérience avec la lessive, nous avons donné notre linge à laver mais tout n'est pas revenu propre et complet (vêtements rétrécis). Nous avons fait remonter l'information au gérant qui s'est énervé au lieu de s'excuser (de très mauvaise fois). Dommage cela a gâché le séjour (lessive à éviter).

Fantastische locatie met zeer gastvrije eigenaars. Dit is waar Marokko voor staat. Schitterend panorama uitzicht over de hele medina.

Situé juste dans les rues de marché fruits légumes mais aussi viande et poisson. Odeur pas tres agréable dans la rue et odeur aussi un peu de remontées d'égouts dans la salle de douche. Porte coulissante et douche pas du tout confortable collé entre WC et lavabo

Prettige sfeer, schoon! Lieve mensen die je met alles willen helpen, goed ontbijt, lekkere bedden, fijn dakterras.

La habitación de la azotea para 4 personas una pasada, con vistas a la ciudad. El desayuno muy bueno. El alojamiento está muy céntrico, tanto para ir a la parte nueva de la ciudad como para ir hacia la playa. Tiene un baño en cada habitación.

Hartelijke ontvangst bij een heel flexibele gastheer die aan onze wensen en vragen tegemoetkwam. We waren een groep van 22 gasten, waaronder 20 studenten en konden heel punctueel op ontbijt en taxi-service rekenen... Locatie: tussen de oceaan, midden in de souks, alles is dichtbij. Op onze vraag werd er drie keer voor de groep gekookt en ter plaatse gegeten. Een aanrader! Vers, smaakvol, gevarieerd, grote porties... Dit was een heel toffe ervaring!

Het is natuurlijk geen modern pand, met de mankementen en beperkte faciliteiten die erbij horen. Anderzijds is dat de prijs voor de authenticiteit.

The location was near medina and the prearranged driver I organised was at the airport and very friendly . Bed was fairly comfy and breakfast nice enough.

Where to start - the girl who met us to bring us to Riad was unfriendly and no communication with us. The room was off the upstairs terrace - disgusting smell in the toilet - the shower was pretty much over the toilet so the toilet was drenched after a shower. Decor v shabby and lots of things in need of repair. The rooms are up extremely steep stairs and no one to help bring the bags up. Would never stay there again. Far too expensive for what you get.

Quienes nos alojaban solo hablaban francés por lo que la comunicación no era tan sencilla y nuestra habitación daba a la calle y se oía algo de ruido.

El personal muy amable. Nos fuimos temprano y nos adelantaron el desayuno.

Es difícil ubicarse dentro de la medina. Hay que ir con tiempo
