Non comodo il bagno al piano terrazza, per 1 notte mi andava bene che non fosse in camera, ma non si chiudeva dall'esterno e temevo potessero usarlo altri di passaggio in terrazza.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Camera quadrupla bella con bagno molto ampio e pulito, non c'è molto spazio tra i letti per poter aprire le valigie, c'è un frigo bar utilizzabile in stanza ma manca aria condizionata sostituita con 2 ventilatori il cui rumore può essere fastidioso di notte per chi ha il sonno leggero. Molto comoda la posizione per chi come noi rientra in Europa via mare, dista 15 minuti a piedi dal porto.
La camera manca completamente di finestre sull'esterno, ce ne sono 2 aperte basculanti sull'atrio dell'entrata al Dar. La terrazza ben arredata non ha vista panoramica, è completamente circondata dalle mura delle abitazioni confinanti. Non c'è bar/ristorante, niente colazioni o pasti.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Чистенько, очень красивая крыша, находив в старой Медине типо за стенами крепости, очень красивые тарелочки и в целом симпатично, в номере без душа с общей ванной есть своя раковина и чайник. Душ был хоть и общий о пользовались только мы.
Очень душно, нет кондиционера и окон, было лень подниматься на этаж выше в душ но там милая крыша. Душ и туалет совмещены там темновато, вода то горячая то холодная. В номере невозможно находится, нас еще ночью покусали клопы 😁. Очень тесный номер.

No había mampara en la ducha lo que hacia que se inundara el cuarto de baño. Hubiese sido un plus poder hablar con el dueño un poco mas para que nos aconsejara sobre el viaje pero la barrera idiomatica no nos lo permitió

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, war das Sicherheitsgefühl als alleinreisende Frau. Das Riad ist sowohl von außen als auch von innen videoüberwacht, sodass ich mich jederzeit sicher gefühlt habe. Der Besitzer hat mir außerdem das Gefühl gegeben, nicht einfach nur ein Gast zu sein, sondern persönlich willkommen zu sein. Seine Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich. Bereits am ersten Tag hat er mir eine private Tour durch Tanger ermöglicht, und am letzten Tag hat er mich sogar zum Flughafen gefahren. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ich bedanke mich von ganzem Herzen für die wundervolle Erfahrung, die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die persönliche Betreuung. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann dieses Riad uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Was mir persönlich nicht so gut gefallen hat – wobei das letztendlich Geschmackssache ist – war, dass einige Zimmer im Dachgeschoss über ein Gemeinschaftsbad verfügen. Das kann bei der Buchung leicht zu Missverständnissen führen. Ich war beispielsweise davon ausgegangen, ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht zu haben. Allerdings möchte ich ausdrücklich erwähnen, dass der Besitzer sehr lösungsorientiert ist und ihm die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Er hat sich große Mühe gegeben, für jede Situation eine passende Lösung zu finden. Außerdem habe ich mich in der Altstadt von Tanger sehr sicher gefühlt. Es sind überall Touristenpolizisten präsent, was zusätzlich ein hohes Sicherheitsgefühl vermittelt – besonders für Alleinreisende.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026En la Medina super cerca de toda la zona a visitar. La habitación familiar es amplia con una pequeña separación (sin pared). Y de limpieza bien. Pudimos dejar las mochilas hasta la salida del vuelo (en zona de recepción pero sin problemas porque es un Riad pequeño)
Es bastante difícil de encontrar, en un callejón sin señalizar. El patio no es abierto y la terraza en el último piso es sin vistas con muros altos. Las habitaciones son interiores

Reviewed May 23, 2026The riad entrance and the location were great, right in the heart of the medina. They offered us a tour during our stay, as well as breakfast on our last day. The owner was also very responsive.
The shared bathroom was on the top floor and was really small. We could barely bend over, and when sitting on the toilet, our knees were almost touching the wall in front of us. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Our room didn’t have a window, I didn’t even know that was legal. We had to ask for a fan so we wouldn’t suffocate during the night. There also seemed to be some mold on the ceiling of our room.

El lugar. La riad esta situada en la medina,en un callejon sin salida que nos hemos encontrado a bastante gente trapicheando,y alguna vez que otra la misma persona que no estaba en muy buen estado. Para ir con niños no es el mejor sitio. Siento hacer este comentario pero mis hijos llegaron a tener miedo.

Reviewed May 9, 2026The Owner/ Professor Mr. Salah is a Gem of a person. He came to the railway station to pick us up and bring us to the entrance of the Medina. Did not charge us a dime. He had made sure his assistant Mr. Sameer was ready at the entrance of Medina to receive us and take our bags thru the Medina to the Riad. The next day we were going to another place, Mr. Salah asked Sameer again to help us with our bags and to bring to his SUV. Mr. Salah dropped us to the new location ( and again did not charge us a cent ). Thank you very much Mr. Salah. The property is in the old Medina and it’s very convenient to explore the Old Medina by foot and enjoy the cafes and all activities that keep going on until late at night. We saved lots of money on taxis by being at this Riad. The place-Riad is artistic and has the complete experience of staying in a Riad. The roof top is of course climbing stairs but the ambiance with chairs and sitting couches is incredible and the view and breeze is million dollars worth.
The bathroom needs upgrade. 1) There must be a sliding door partition in the shower bcoz the water spills and floods the complete bathroom floor. 2) There must be a water hose spray near the toilet. We do not like to use paper. It’s unhygienic and also very bad for the environment as lots of tender trees are killed and crushed to make toilet paper. 3) The Oil heater to warm the room smell very bad. They must be replaced by electric heater or a AC split unit must be put. 4) The single beds are very thin/ small . Very uncomfortable to sleep. Please replace them with little bigger beds. These are our humble suggestions 🙏🏼

Difficile de dormir avec la clarté du couloir au travers la porte transparente. La douche coulait sur le plancher de la salle de bain (drain bloqué). Moisissure dans la salle de bain et beaucoup d’humidité dans la chambre. Nous n’avons jamais revu de membres du personnel après notre arrivée.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Traditional Riad in the heart of the Medina. Reachable only on foot. Good communication with the host via WhatsApp. Samir at the reception was kind and helpful.
If you have a rented car, consider 600-700mt walk to reach the Riad (it was our choice to overnight in the centre, so no complaint at all). The Riad is small and you can hear everything around your room (this, too is part of the Moroccan experience so no complain). Bring earplugs. We had a twin room with bathroom and the bedroom was very small.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Nous avons particulièrement bien dormi : la literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui a rendu nos nuits parfaites. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de la médina et à proximité de tout, ce qui est très pratique pour découvrir les alentours. Le fait d’avoir les clés nous a permis d’être totalement libres dans nos allées et venues, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le personnel est tout simplement merveilleux, très accueillant et toujours disponible. Mention spéciale pour la magnifique terrasse, un véritable atout pour se détendre. Se escuchaba un poco de ruido de la habitación de al lado.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Estuvimos 4 noches alojadas en este hotel y estuvimos muy agusto. Es de agradecer que el dueño del hotel estuvo muy atento en todo momento a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. En nuestro caso, la última noche nos mandó a una persona de confianza para que nos acompañara hasta su taxi y así poder acercarnos hasta el aeropuerto de madrugada. Por otro lado, especial mención a Samir por su buen trato y amabilidad. Nos ofreció hacer varias excursiones por Tánger y alrededores e incluso se ofreció a llevarnos al aeropuerto de madrugada.
Había bastante humedad en la habitación y encontramos algún que otro cristal en el suelo.
