Reviewed May 4, 2026Very beautiful traditional Riad in a quiet nice area of Fez close to a great market down the street. Rooms have wonderful colors and beds are nice, with great mattresses. From the rooftop you can enjoy the evening and a view over the town. The manager is kind and helpful, thankyou Hanae : ) Small steep stairs to reach your room with beautiful mosaic and a view of the inner hotel. Go and see it yourself! Dick&Dalia

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Al primo posto metto l’accoglienza e la cordialità dei proprietari, la flessibilità sulle richieste (avevamo bisogno di fare colazione prima dei loro orari e ci hanno dato una box take away). La struttura è tipica ed accogliente, la colazione abbondante e squisita. Hanno contribuito a rendere Fes un posto ancora più magico! Posizione strategica.
Volendo essere pignoli: bagno leggermente scomodo (doccia). Un po’ rumoroso essendo di fianco alla strada, ma assolutamente tollerabile.

La atencion del personal fue excelente (Hana muy atenta nos ayudó con todo ) Es un Riad hermoso, un palacio, la habitación muy amplia y hermosa, con terraza y mucha luz. Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo. Espero volver un día

A parkoló fizető és nem lehet megállni az utcában. Az autót el kell vinni egy fizető parkolóba.Szük, kellemetlen lépcső a szóbákhoz, de ez a Riad.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Nearly everything the owner a very young woman was just excellent - so helpful. The Riad was just beautiful the food served there excellent and good value! She sent us to one or two good restaurants near her Riad - although if you could find them in the Medina there were better restaurants - we ate in one after a tour one day and it was just surgery! One of the highlights was she organised a taxi to take us outside the city to a great local Hamam - it was just brilliant even had a shallow pool and the treatment so good and reasonable! It was the cheapest place to stay and one of the best.
A lot of steps up and down to our room - but that is the price for an original place to stay - really good and just outside the Medina which is amazing!

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026The riad is very beautiful, in traditional Moroccan style, and the rooms are also lovely, with impressive details. The staff are extremely polite and always willing to help with anything. The food is exceptional and plentiful. Hanae offered to give us information about what we could visit and even helped us with our luggage. She prepared breakfast earlier for us so we could take it with us when we had to leave the riad earlier. I highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant.. it’s delicious! The breakfast is also very good.

Рецепшн на рівень вище від землі. Помічника, щоб тягнути речі , немає. Красивий і пишний тільки рецепшн ( на фото ) Номер старий, шафа повна стороннього хлама , в номері частина ламп не світила або були відсутні, ( принесли ), плафон зі стелі відвалився і впав на голову , мило було жахливе низькоякісне, не милилось ( замінили ), дверна ручка в туалет\душ відірвана, а на ранок нас чекав тарган .. Я його вбив власноруч Кімнати в жахливому стані, причому для працівників це наче є сюрпризом. Схоже про це просто ніхто не дбає

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Desde el momento en que entramos a este lugar tan bien cuidado, nos sentimos como de la realeza. Es un riad precioso, impecable y lleno de detalles encantadores que lo hacen realmente especial. En estos días fríos, la calefacción se agradece muchísimo. La hospitalidad es simplemente lo máximo: el personal es maravilloso, siempre atento, cercano y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno es espectacular y recomiendo totalmente comer allí; probamos la mejor pastilla de pollo de todo nuestro viaje por Marruecos. Además, tuvieron el hermoso gesto de ayudarnos con algunas frases en darija para continuar nuestro recorrido. Personalmente, amé la ubicación. Está en el borde de la medina, en una zona menos turística y más local, lo que permite comprar cositas y vivir una experiencia más auténtica, sin dejar de estar muy cerca de la parte más turística. Es el equilibrio perfecto. Me sentí segura, cómoda y profundamente bien acogida. Recomiendo muchísimo este alojamiento. 💛

Die Treppen sind sehr schmal, authentisch aber auch abenteuerlich (v.a. für ältere Leute). Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Bizim dolap kapağı açınca düşüyordu mesela. Banyo ve tuvalet çok küçüktü. Kahvaltı salonu ise dışarı ile aynı soğuklukta olduğu için, herkes palto ile acele kahvaltı yapıp kalkıyordu.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026La atención del personal. Muy amables. El Riad es precioso. Un auténtico Riad que parece anclado en tiempo con una decoración auténtica. El desayuno muy bueno pero lo mejor fue la cena. Unos de los tajines de pollo con ciruelas más exquisitos que he probado. En general, estaba muy bien aunque solo pasamos una noche.
El único pero tal vez sean las escaleras para ir a las habitaciones pero es consecuencia de la arquitectura del edificio y que no hay mampara en la ducha y el agua se sale y empapa todo el suelo del baño a pesar del sumidero pero es algo muy común en Marruecos.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025I proprietari sono stati da subito carini e disponibili, dietro nostra richiesta ci hanno prenotato una visita guidata della medina. Il dar è molto accogliente e il terrazzo panoramico è molto bello. La colazione con prodotti locali e freschi, tutti cucinati in casa, è stata tra le migliori dei 5 riad da noi visitati. La posizione si trova a pochi passi da una delle porte d'ingresso della media. Sicuramente se torneremo a Fes soggiorneremo di nuovo qui.
Quando abbiamo fatto la doccia si allagava un po' il bagno, per mancanza di un divisorio tra la doccia e il resto del bagno ma nulla di grave.

Tout le monde était souriant et prêt à aider😊 C’était un réel plaisir de sentir que tout le monde était aux petits soins pour que l’on passe un bon séjour ! L’emplacement aussi, était très bien : à proximité immédiate de la médina de Fès, sans pour autant être en plein cœur du bruit.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door Hanae en haar ouders. Uiteraard met een lekkere muntthee en de nodige uitleg over hoe we ons door de Medina van Fez konden bewegen. De kamer was boven in de Riad, dus wel wat trappetjes lopen. Maar boven had je tevens een dakterras met uitzicht over de stad. Het ontbijt was lekker en ruim voldoende.
