The beach access was perfect for us. The bed was clean and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay
There was a large amount of spilled grease by the BBQ and generally uncared for exterior. There was a mildew smell despite the dehumidifier
Apartment is well equipped..The kids loved the horseshoe game out front. We enjoyed the beach access.
The property was very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. We will definitely be back and recommend to all. The beach was amazing, clean and very private!
Nothing!
The location was very close to the blue mountain village
I had several correspondences with who I believe to be the property manager thru text that were less than satisfactory in terms of solutions and customer care. Upon arriving to the unit, I was overwhelmed by a smell of urine. The toilet seat was lifted and bathroom door open so I thought that might’ve been the issue. Upon closing both and turn on the A/C to circulate the air, the small became most intense. I had left a work event to check in, get ready, relax a bit, and then return. Instead, that time was used texting back and forth with the number provided, being told that they were sure it was cleaned, and that they would be sending someone to check on the smell but wouldn’t know when. This was after 6pm which I was not comfortable with. Beyond frustrated that my stay is beginning this way, I rush out to get Lysol spray, Lysol wipes, and a disinfectant air freshener. I then returned to do a 45 minutes clean and wipe down to partially eliminate to smell and genuinely wiped dirt and dust from the counters, tables, and chairs. I waited to see if I would receive a response and there was no follow up. I was up and out of the unit by 8am as the smell was unbearable. This stay was not relaxing or comfortable.
Host was very pleasant and property was good nice very clean more than what we expect for
The only thing was it was to cold in the bedroom so even turn off the air condition other than that it was perfect my friend said that we might come again and it’s close to the village
Wonderful property
Clean but with a strong smell of bleach that forced us to keep doors open for smell to dissipate.
The noisy exhaust fans that made sleeping poor and no switch to turn it off.
The only issue we had was the AC, there was something wrong with the unit and it was not producing cold air. But eventually, it got better on the second day.
Location was great, exactly as expected - little motel by Blue Mountain. Very clean, quiet rooms, fully stocked kitchen, and close to a beautiful private beach. Great place to settle in to explore the area (did all the hiking and beach and explored the various cute towns nearby).
Spotlessly clean, deceptively spacious. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans. There was a toaster, kettle and a barbecue as well as fridge freezer. A teatowel, washing up liquid, paper towel roll and salt and pepper also provided. 300 metres from beachfront and less than 5 kms to the Blue Mountains.
The mattress protector was poorly fitting which made the bed lumpy and uncomfortable. The dehumidifier fan was very noisy, particularly noticeable at night.
Great location. Clean.
They provided dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. However we only had 2 forks in our unit and not many dishes. Thankfully one of the other units had a lot of stuff so they gave us some so we could have enough dishes for a meal.
No complimentary coffee in the room. :-( Cobwebs in the ceiling - don’t bother me but there.
Great location for what we were looking for.
The only complaint we had was the cutlery and dishes. We had 1 spoon and a couple of knives but all kinds of forks. If it weren’t for the fact that we were there with another couple it could have been interesting trying to eat. We could at least sort the cutlery out between the 2 suites.
everything from the moment i did book
