Reviewed Sep 7, 2026朝食バイキングが美味しい。 自分でご飯の上に海鮮を乗せてオリジナル海鮮丼を作って食べる人が沢山いました。 私は、とろろやシラス、おくらや納豆、温玉等乗せてネバネバ海鮮丼にして頂きましたが最高です。 洋食と和食もあり色々選べて美味しいです。
洋室館の2階の部屋は螺旋階段を上ぼらないといけないので、エレベーターを利用しようとしましたが凄く遠くて足が悪い人は大変かも。 足が悪い主人ですが、仕方なくゆっくり螺旋階段を登り降りしました。

食事の時間が限られている事、大浴場をもう少し早く開けてほしい。

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026夜のバイキングの魚の刺身が新鮮でおいしかった。 食事も全般的に美味しかった。 乳児から90歳の4世代での旅行で、子供が4人と人数が多かったため、食事エリアのスタッフは、とてもよく気にかけてくれて声をかけてくれたこと。食事エリアのスタッフの笑顔がとてもよかった。
ホテルについて荷物を運ぶポーターの女性の対応にがっかりした。フルーツの入っている保冷バックを荷物を載せた台車から落とした際、謝罪の言葉が一切なかったこと。慌てて開いてみた時、保冷剤が一番上にあったのを見て、「大丈夫ですね。」との一言。あとで部屋に戻って開けてみたら、ナシに見事な傷が入っていた・・・謝罪の言葉があればモヤモヤしないのに。他のスタッフの対応が良かっただけに残念。 洋館のフォレストビューのへやのエレベーターが遠かったこと。90歳の母の足腰が丈夫だったので、2回まで毎回階段を使わないと食事やお風呂など、どこにも行けなかったこと。

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The hotel staff are nice and friendly. It was easy to talk to them. The check-in and out were quick. We stayed in the 1st floor room, and it was quite spacious. The onsen was a nice retreat after a whole day at the aquarium. The location was good and accessible. A few minute walk from the aquarium, supermarket, konbini, and a souvenir shop. It was next to a bus stop as well, so it's easy to get around town. There were a lot of options for breakfast. Although I felt that it's a bit short (7:00-9:00), so it gets crowded, and I had to wait in line to get food.
Nothing really. I thought the hotel met, if not exceeded, my expectations.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026個人的に若い子中心より、年齢層が高い事が落ち着きがあり好みでした。 ブュッフェもかなり美味しくロケーションもとても良かったです。
当日台風で、ロケーションがあまり良くなかったため、かわりにカラオケやバーを楽しもうとしたところ定休日で使えませんでした、大切なパートナーと行ったため、ふにおちない宿泊でした、バーやカラオケなどの定休日はホームページでわかりやすい所に書いてくれると助かりますね。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026曇り空でしたが、お部屋からの景色もよく清潔感のあるお部屋でした。車椅子をお借りしていたのですが、食事の際は椅子を使用し、車椅子が邪魔にならないよう離れた場所にスタッフが移動しておいたくれました。食事後、車椅子を取りに行こうとしたら、違うスタッフが車椅子使用者と記憶していらして、すぐ持ってきてくれた事に、小さな事まで記憶し気配りされているホテルだと感じました。食事も美味しかったです！

Reviewed May 30, 2026１階のベランダ付きのシービューのお部屋に宿泊しました。お部屋は広くて使いやすくベランダに出て座って湖風を感じられとても癒されました。 食事も夕飯、朝食ともビュッフェスタイルでしたが、種類が豊富で楽しめました。
朝食は7時から９時ですが、お早めにいらっしゃることをお勧めします。レストラン内が混雑でスムーズに入場出来ず待つことになり、結果急いでしくじを済ませる帰途になってしまいます。

Reviewed May 14, 2026We stayed on one of the premium floors, so could use the 8th floor lounge from 2:00 (before checkin). Drinks and snacks were good and free, the view fabulous. Breakfast and dinner were excellent (Viking style).
It would be nice if the main lounge had sofas instead of all tables and chairs, but I understand they use that space for overflow from the dining room at times.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Ocean front rooms afforded fabulous unobstructed views of the sea. It was beautiful! Location is excellent, close to Sea World. Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, offering a wide variety of foods. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

トイレのドアノブが固くて、回しにくかった。 夕食が19:20からでしたがすぐに入れず、ラストオーダーまで、少し慌ただしかった。 朝食後ももう少しゆっくりしたかったけど、チェックアウトが10時なので、できなかった。

楽しみだった夕飯バイキングはあまり食べたい物がなくお刺身が思ったより美味しくなかったです。朝食も8時半頃行ったら料理がほぼなくて補充されていなかったのが残念です。お客様がいる限り補充して欲しがった。 お食事面が残念だった！

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026レストランで配膳してくださる方、館内をお掃除してくださる方に至るまで皆さんが真摯で良い方ばかりでした。配慮してくださるけれど過剰では無いスタンスも心地よく。 館内、お風呂もどこも清潔でリラックスできました。 レストランでのシーティングにも配慮があり、小さなお子様連れや家族連れとカップルが互いにストレスを感じ無いようにしてくださったことが伝わりました。 送迎バスもとてもご親切でありがたかったです。
ロビーから部屋に向かう廊下を左折した途端に暗くなり、空気の動きも無く、何かとても不安な心持ちになりました。階段の登り降りもあるので何か工夫していただけると申し分ありません。 チェックアウトが11時だとなおありがたいです。

カニ、えびフェアーでした、私は嫌いで食べないので、おみそ汁もわかめとかだいこんとか普通のがあってほしかったです。うどんもゆずでしたが普通のもほしかった〜
