Hôtel très sympa avec des chambres propres et bien équipées. Un grand merci au personnel qui est particulièrement chaleureux et gentil ! L'emplacement est parfait : la plage se trouve à seulement 2 minutes à pied, une station de bus est tout près, et il y a un parking public gratuit juste à côté. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Die Freundlichkeit von Katerina und ihrer Familie war sehr ansteckend. Ihr Lächeln und die Art war richtig herzlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Zimmermädchen haben jeden Tag sauber gemacht, alle 3 Tage bekamen wir ohne nachzufragen neue Handtücher und bei nachfrage sogar neue Strandtücher. Der Pool war klein und fein, außerdem eine tolle Abkühlung. Das Bett war wirklich sehr bequem und hat einen erholsamen Schlaf gefördert. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt gelegen. Man hat zu Fuß alles erreicht was man brauchte. In unmittelbarer Nähe lag der Strand, ein kleiner Einkaufsladen wo man alles nötige bekommen hat, sowie eine Apotheke, einen Motorrad, Quad und Buggy Verleih und eine 24h Bäckerei. Unzählige Restaurants und Bars waren an der Promenade ebenfalls zu finden. Zum Abschluss bekamen wir von Katerina auch noch ein kleines Geschenk.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, allerdings auch ausreichend für die Tage die wir hier waren. Leider hat etwas Platz gefehlt um die Kleidung ordentlich zu verstauen bzw. die nassen Strandsachen gut aufzuhängen. Das Gebläse der Klimaanlage war am kleinen Balkon befestigt, welches uns warm angeblasen hat, da es noch etwas nachgelaufen ist. Das Wasser beim Duschen/Zähneputzen nach Salz und Chlor geschmeckt.

Excellent!!! A family run business and Stelios and his lovely family made us so welcome. Fantastic location just a minute walk from the beach, bars and restaurants and still quiet and peaceful. Room was spotlessly clean and the pool and surrounding area were lovely.

Posizione dell'hotel veramente comoda, vicino alla spiaggia/supermercato e ristoranti, ma in un via tranquilla e silenziosa la sera. Camera pulita e confortevole. Ottimo soggiorno, consiglio questa struttura!

Questa struttura è meravigliosa! Katerina (l'host) e la sua famiglia sono stati di una gentilezza e disponibilità che ci ha fatto davvero tanto piacere. Katerina è una persona deliziosa e inoltre ci ha dato tantissimi utili consigli per visitare l'isola oltre a consigliarci la gita in catamarano che consiglio vivamente a tutti di prenderla in considerazione. La camera era veramente bella, ben arredata e pulita, i letti super comodi e anche il resto tutto davvero molto organizzato. La piscina è davvero molto bella e sempre pulita, molto spesso io e il mio ragazzo siamo rimasti in hotel e ne abbiamo usufruito. Inoltre la struttura si trova in una posizione davvero comoda nel centro di Perissa, a 150 m dal lungomare dove vi sono numerosi ristoranti e lidi. Vicino c'è anche un supermercato, diversi bar, una bakery, una farmacia e diversi autonoleggi o quod o motorini. Se soggiornate a Perissa vi consiglio caldamente di venire qui, è davvero stupendo!

Lo staff gentile e cordiale , ci hanno aiutato con ogni nostra evenienza sia per effettuare il check-in il giorno dopo che siamo arrivati tardi con il volo (ci hanno dato subito la stanza e il check-in), lo abbiamo fatto il giorno dopo , per il check-out invece lo abbiamo fatto e poi siamo potuti rimanere in piscina fino a tardo pomeriggio(avevamo il volo la sera), autobus vicino per girare l'isola , chiedendo direttamente a Katerina(persona squisita , ci ha dato consigli utili per fare tutto) si possono prenotare i transfer per ovunque a 30 euro , ristoranti , spiagge e supermercato vicini , così come i noleggi auto e i parcheggi , consigliatissimo e staff splendido , piscina meravigliosa e pulita

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica eccezionale: la spiaggia è a due passi e attorno alla struttura c'è letteralmente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermercati, ristoranti ed una farmacia. Un valore aggiunto notevole è il parcheggio situato praticamente di fronte all'hotel, comodissimo per chi si sposta in auto o scooter. Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale, straordinariamente gentile, solare e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Un'altra nota di merito va alla pulizia, davvero da dieci e lode: le camere venivano curate e pulite ogni singolo giorno in maniera impeccabile. È la struttura ideale per godersi una vacanza in totale relax e senza alcuna preoccupazione.

Stedet var hjemligt og rart for en familie. Roligt og med den sødeste og mest imødekommende og venlige familie. Placeringen var perfekt med kort afstand til supermarkedet og restauranter ved vandet. Dejlig pool men og nem mulighed for at komme til stranden.

L’hôtel est d’une propreté remarquable, et parfaitement situé à proximité du bord de mer et de la rue commerçante. Perissa est un emplacement idéal pour vivre l’expérience bord de mer à Santorin tout en étant proche des lieux à visiter

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto ogni aspetto! I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza. L’hotel è impeccabile: pulitissimo, curato e in una posizione comodissima, a due passi dal mare e vicinissimo anche al supermercato, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e non possiamo che consigliarlo vivamente. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

The location is fantastic – close to the beach and lots of great tavernas nearby, so we never had far to go for a good meal. Katerina and her family were absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help us, from sorting taxis to arranging boat trips. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless every single day, with fresh towels and a proper clean each time. The pool was always clean too, and we never had to stress about grabbing a lounger – there was always space. Honestly, the whole team went above and beyond to make our stay special. We’d happily come back and would recommend Stelios Place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Vanuit Perissa is de rest van het eiland goed te bezoeken, zowel met huur auto als het openbaar vervoer (bus stopt dichtbij het hotel). Zwembad is heerlijk!

I would definitely recommend Stelios Place! The property is very well-maintained with decent-sized rooms. It’s in a great location—close to the beach, but also features a lovely pool area. Best of all, the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything about our stay was good. Highly recommend!

The pillows on the bed were a little small and thin, but that was my mistake, as I only realized on our last day that there were extra pillows in the closet!

Pobyt był wspaniały i z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce. Lokalizacja jest wyśmienita – bardzo blisko plaży, restauracji i sklepów, dzięki czemu wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Pokoje były bardzo czyste i codziennie starannie sprzątane. Strefa basenowa również zrobiła na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie – idealna do relaksu i świetnie sprawdza się dla rodzin. Największym atutem tego miejsca są jednak gospodarze. Katherina i jej rodzina to niezwykle mili, serdeczni i pomocni ludzie, którzy dbają o swoich gości i sprawiają, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Na zakończenie pobytu otrzymaliśmy od nich mały prezent, co było bardzo miłym i wzruszającym gestem. Z pewnością chętnie tu wrócimy i będziemy polecać to miejsce naszym znajomym!

Very lovely place to stay, extremely friendly owners and staff, just a few steps to the beach, nice pool, very clean and spacious room, there is a locker room and shower/toilet if you have your flight late in the evening, there is also a guestkitchen, very familyfriendly! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The location was absolutely fantastic - just a short walk from the sea and the bus stop - and there was also a pool, lounge chairs, and a lovely seating area right outside own door. I also want to give a big shout-out to the helpful staff (Katerina), nothing was too much trouble to arrange, and they responded immediately.

The Wi-Fi was a little slow, which wasn't ideal for working in the room.

Lovely place, comfy room and just 1 min walk to the beach and 1 min walk to the bus stop and 2 mins to the bakery.

Situato a perissa, offre un servizio veramente impeccabile. A conduzione familiare, sono molto attenti all’ospite, ci hanno accolto calorosamente. Le camere sono pulite e rigorosamente rassettate ogni giorno. Kit di servizio in abbondanza. Alla fine del soggiorno sono stati carinissimi, ci hanno regalato un graditissimo souvenir. What we liked most about the property was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff, who are a lovely family, were incredible and made us feel truly at home. The room and the balcony were wonderful.

Everything. This place is amazing from first booking with them I had constant communication with them. On arrival we were blown away by the beautiful grounds pool area then our gorgeous room. The cleanines of the rooms and all around are 100% The family are lovely and helpful and would do anything. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend.

Piccolo hotel a due passi (veramente) dal mare. La nostra camera era dotata di tutti i comfort, ampia e il bagno era delle giuste dimensioni con una doccia grande. Il balconcino dotato di tavolino e sedie permetteva di fare colazione. Piscina con lettini sempre disponibili. Ma soprattutto ci ha colpito la gentilezza di Katerina e la sua famiglia che sono stati sempre disponibili e hanno risposto alle nostre domande , sempre con il sorriso.

Great location , clean and lovely staff

We really enjoyed the accommodation. My partner and I had a room on the top floor, while our two friends stayed downstairs. The pool was perfect, and the jacuzzi being open until 9 p.m. was great. Cleaning service 10/10. The air conditioning in our room was a bit weak. What we would have appreciated and would recommend is a bar/music, as the place was a little too quiet :D All the staff were smiling and friendly, and at the end we received a gift, which made us very happy. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend it. Overall, I give it 8.5/10.

La struttura è nuova, con camere spaziose, letti comodi ed ottima pulizia. Piscina con lettini e sdraio a disposizione. La spiaggia si trova a 2 minuti a piedi così come la fermata del bus che collega tutti i punti principali dell’isola. Katerina e la sua famiglia sono molto ospitali ed efficienti. Consigliato!

We stayed 10 wonderful days at Stelios Place in Perissa, Santorini, and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The villa is beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and run with love and devotion by a lovely family who make you feel truly welcome. They are kind, helpful, and always ready to give you the best advice for your stay. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Stelios Place to the beach, where you can enjoy one of the most unique and breathtaking sunrises we have ever seen. Everyone talks about the sunset in Oia, but honestly the sunrise near Stelios Place is just as magical — peaceful, unforgettable, and without the crowds. There is also a 24/7 bakery nearby for great coffee, plus plenty of tavernas, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. A few tips for future guests: Take the transfer offered by Stelios Place from the airport — very convenient and reasonably priced. For renting a car, don’t book at the airport (too expensive). In Perissa, just a short walk from Stelios Place, you’ll find many offices offering cars with no deposit required and very good prices for both rentals and trips around the island. This is truly a special place — a family business that makes you feel at home.

Una rigogliosa bouganville impreziosisce e dà un tocco di colore alla struttura che. è curata nei minimi dettagli. La gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host sono un valore aggiunto che fa sentire davvero a casa. Ogni angolo della struttura è pulito con cura: un ambiente davvero sano e ordinato. Una piscina piccola ma tranquilla e ideale per rilassarsi in tutta comodità. il bagno è confortevole e finestrato: luminoso e funzionale Dopo il check-out è possibile utilizzare la piscina e depositare i bagagli in attesa della partenza.

Tutto perfetto solo due piccoli accorgimenti Balcone – È davvero incantevole e luminoso, perfetto per rilassarsi la mattina presto e al calar del sole. Tuttavia, durante le ore centrali della giornata è molto esposto al sole, rendendolo meno utilizzabile in certe fasce orarie. Appendini aggiuntivi – In camera sarebbe utilissimo avere qualche gancio in più per borse, asciugamani,, così da rendere lo spazio ancora più pratico e funzionale.
