クレジット決済なし 人数分のバスタオルが準備されていない（催促しても準備されることはなかった） 洗面台の水漏れ 寝具から中年男性の臭い 昼夜問わず近隣が騒がしい 電話ボックスより狭いシャワールーム ホストは忙しいことを口実に連絡がつかなくなる

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026מקום מרכזי, מול הים משרת את המטרה.. אנחנו נקלענו למציאות שחייבים להשאר בטבריה, הדירה הזו עלתה ראשונה בבוקינג, סגרנו. הדירה מאובזרת, משופצת יפה. עונה על הצרכים. המארחת מקסימה.
לא מדובר במקום יוקרתי... דירה בבניין ישן, אך למי שמחפש לינה במקום מכבד, מרכזי - בהחלט טוב עבור זה.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Очень уютно. Хватило спальных мест на целую семью: я,муж и трое детей. По предварительной просьбе предоставили кроватку для младшей 11-ти месячной дочери. Предоставили полотенце именно для 5 человек и постельное белье также. Хороший кондиционер и супер вид из болкона на само озеро Кинерет. В ванной был рабочий фен,что порадоволо. Само помещение находится близко ко всему:пляжам,атракциям на озере,ресторана,центра города (там же почта,банки, супермаркет). Так же есть подземная стоянка что очень спасает при солнце. Возле самого входа под зданием есть небольшой киоск со всем необходимым-правда очень дорогой! В кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки но лучше заранее уточнить с хозяевами есть ли то что вам надо. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и отвечает по первому звонку,хоть то просьба или вопрос о местности. Было очень приятно иметь с ней дело (отвечала даже в шабат). И самое главное что очень порадоволо то что по приезду с длиной дороги и в такую жару-хозяйка позаботилась чтобы охлодить помещение и включила кондиционер заранее!!!!!
Киоск под зданием очень дорогой! Соседи были излишне ОЧЕНЬ громнюкие в особенности подростки ночью что мешало спать (там много посетителей религиозных ). Было чисто но "поверхностно " те кто убирают,работают не добросовестно!даже посуда после предыдущих гостей была не качественно вымыта! (стоило бы поменять обслуживающую фирму/людей) . Не было средства для мытья посуды и губка для посуды очень старая !Не хватало полотенец и постельного белья,но после обращения к хозяйке предоставили сразу же хоть и это было в 12 часов ночи! Это плюс.

The tv has no cable ! Wasnt even a smart tv so you can connect it to the internet and watch youtube or something ! It was disappointment for the kids 😅

Reviewed Nov 5, 2022View on the sea from the balcony. The key was in a save next to the door, so that we could arrive at any time without bothering somebody. There was free coffee, Team and sugar in the kitchen.
The kitchen could bei better fitted and the floor could be cleaner.
