Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Perfect location north of jeddah to avoid the jeddah crazy traffic thursday evening and easy to get to airport in morning. Ample free parking space. Decent eateries near by. Spacious rooms. Allowed late check out.
No towels in room when we arruved though they gave when we requested. Aweful cigarette smell mostly in corridors but also came into our room possibly though the ac or vents. Bathrooms wet fliors a hazard. Noisy from outside including vibration from passing trucks.

الإخوه موظفين ناس كذابين وغير متعاونين حلاوت لسان على الفاضي خصوصي المصاريه الي في شفت المساء لا انصح في المكان المكيفات سيئة الي ابعد شي وتطلب من تغير تروح الي مكان اسواء وأسواء لا أنصحك فيه

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026قرب المكان من جميع الخدمات موظفين الإستقبال قمة في الأخلاق والاحترام الله يعطيهم العافية هناك موظف رائع اسمه حسن ولكن تفاجأ ت بعدم وجودة في الفترة الأخيرة سألت عنه قول نقل لفرع آخر أتمنى يرجع هذا الموظف لنفس الفرع الموظف تعاملة فوق الممتاز 😊
الأثاث اصبح قديم جدًا من فرش ومن موكيت اتمنى تغيره

I was disappointed with my recent stay. The room I was assigned (Room 108) was not as I expected. The carpet was dirty and had cigarette burns, the chair was broken, and the toilet was also not in good condition. I have been staying at this hotel for the past three years, and most of the rooms have always been clean, comfortable, and well maintained. This is the first time I have experienced such poor room conditions. I hope the management will address these issues and improve the condition of Room 108, as my previous experiences at this hotel have generally been very positive.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026كنت ف الفندق الساعه ٦ مساء ولم يتم تسليم غرفتي بحجه وجود نزيل فيها مع ان الدخول الساعه ٤عصرا وانا قادم من سفر متعب.اضطريت لالغاء الحجز . خدمه سيئه وتجربه لن تتكررر ف الفندق.. منتهي الاستهتار بالنزيل وعدم تقدير وقته .
