Reviewed May 25, 2026The property being very close to the supermarket which also has a bakery made it very convenient to buy freshly baked bread and Croissants
The only thing was that the property does not provide Shower gel and shampoo , which we found an easy solution by buying from the supermarket.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Très bon séjour à Pereybère pour nos premières vacances à l’île Maurice. Appartement propre, agréable et très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les commodités à proximité : restaurants, commerces dont le supermarché Winner pour les courses, ainsi que les bus faciles d’accès pour se déplacer. L’appartement est spacieux et très confortable, avec ses deux terrasses qui sont un vrai plus pour profiter de l’extérieur. La machine à laver et les serviettes mises à disposition ont également rendu le séjour très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir en famille !
En revanche, nous avons trouvé que la piscine mériterait un peu plus d’entretien afin de la rendre plus accueillante et vraiment donner envie de s’y baigner.

There was an odor. No soap un bathroom.

L'equipe ménage trs gentille, ptit clin d'oeil à Khushboo 😉

Reviewed Jun 13, 2025The location of the house is very good, there are all the necessities such as a very large market, ATM and pharmacy nearby. Pereybere beach is 400 meters on foot. The kitchen is very comfortable and can be used for breakfast and dinner. The patio and balcony are pleasant. Parking was also a great convenience. The landlord's communication is high. It should definitely be evaluated

Reviewed May 19, 2024Lovely good value for money and big balcony. Near the best beach pereybere which you can get to and swim prior to crowds on weekends as uou staying there. Beautiful beach. Also you can get access after 200m down to beaches along private owned places and they are secluded
The access to beach is 200 either way as the private owned bungalows have closed off beach access.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2023Nice apartement and well equipped, Very responsive host and reacting straight away to my questions.
Defninitely needs renovation or refurbishment like repainting and very deep cleaning (especially around the shower area), some small fixtures . We couldn't use the swimming pool at all during our stay as the decking was being renovated and there was no other way to get there. It was also causing loads of noise from 8 am until 8 pm.
