Zła kanalizacja, bo woda w łazience wciąż wypijała. Prysznic źle zrobiony i woda rozlewała się wciąż na pół łazienki. Wystarczyło by właściciel zrobił prawdziwą kabinę prysznicową oraz w budynku były prawidłowe większe rury kanalizacyjne. Odpływy z klimatyzator notorycznie zalewały tarasy i wychodząc na taras wchodziło się na dużą kałużę wody co nie było przyjemne.

La casa si trova al centro di Poros, il mare ed i negozietti/minimarket sono raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio in strada (noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovarlo) L'appartamento viene pulito ogni mattina ed ogni 3 giorni è previsto cambio asciugamani/lenzuola. Una gran comodità. Biancheria da casa pulita e ben tenuta. Materassi e cuscini comodi. Rifornito di stoviglie abbastanza complete, mancava solo un tagliere.

Purtroppo la casa casa è anni 60/70. Per quanto ben mantenuta e pulita ovviamente ha delle caratteristiche tipiche di quel periodo. In bagno la doccia era piccola con la classica tenda e si allagava ogni volta che ti lavavi (dovendo anche lavare 2 bimbi piccoli probabilmente era ancora più complicato), ma ci si adatta. Non mi è assolutamente piaciuto invece l armadio a muro, in cui non abbiamo potuto riporre i vestiti perché era evidentemente umido e maleodorante.

Dusul. Mic ca dimensiune si recomand , nu critic,o verificare a ghiuvetei din bucatarie, dedesubt. Ca si o recomandare ar mai fi pentru a 2 camera necesitatea unui dulap/cuier ca nu este si aveam nevoie.

Totul a fost la cel mai inalt nivel. Curatenia a fost facuta zilnic!

Miros neplacut din dulapuri!

Parthoz, bolthoz, éttermekhez közel. Kedves személyzet, rugalmas átvétel, átadás. Mindennel felszerelt, ami egy nyaraláshoz kellhet. Ott hagytunk egy napernyőt, hátha tudja használni valaki. Rendszeresen takarították, cserélték a törülközőt. Egy takarítás alkalmával egy pár felső összen lett fogva az mosásra szánt ágyneművel, jeleztük, kimosva visszakaptuk. A végén még búcsúajándékot is kaptunk, kedves gesztus, köszönjük.

Ez nem kritika, de lehet, a szobákhoz járhatna egy napernyő😉

la camera e il posto molto carine e in ottima posizione circa 1 ora dall aereoporto..la signora che ti accogli e molto gentile disponibile e sempre sorridente..ti accoglie con un dolcetto =)e anche con i bambini ha sempre un attenzione in più..la casa sempre pulita dotata di tutti i confort sia in cucina che in bagno con anche la lavatrice. dall appartamento si vede anche il mare..nel paese ci son 3 supermercati piccolini,macelleria,panificio,ristorantini e negozi dove prendere souvenir. consigliatissima

Appartamenti confortevole e pulito in un posto fresco e comodo per raggiungere le spiagge,taverne ecc.Anche le persone sono state tutte molto cordiali.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms and daily maintenance.

There ware no mosquito nets, and the location is next to a river. Literally when we entered the apartment there ware more than 200 mosquitos waiting for our blood. After a long trip to Kefalonia We spent the first night battling with mosquitos. Because we ware scared that the apartment will fill up with mosquitos we didn't use the daily cleaning. And yes every time we tried to open the doors or windows even during the day mosquitos would enter. So generally we had a bad experience :-(

Very good location, nice view from our top floor appartment, very central but still very calm. Clean and spacious. Actually we liked the mid century modern vibe of the appartment and building. The staff is available and helpful and the kind cleaning lady even prepared a heart shape arrangement for our toddler, and we recieved souvenirs from Kefalonia by checkout. Close to the beach.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι υπέροχο, άνετο, καθαρότατο και το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Έχει τα πάντα, από ποτήρια και πιάτα, μέχρι σιδερώστρα και πλυντήριο. Στο τέλος μας περίμενε και ένα υπέροχο δωράκι. Είναι εξαιρετική επιλογή, προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

Közel volt a part és parkolni is viszonylag könnyen lehetett a ház elött.

20-25 éves klíma berendezések vannak felszerelve amiből az egyik nem is hűtött!! (Sanyo márka ha erre még emlékszik valaki) Az elektromos tűzhely és az elszívo is rozsdás volt. A matracok olyan kemények mintha a földön feküdtem volna. (Lehet valaki ezt szereti)

Ottima posizione, appartamento grande, personale cortese e presente per ogni esigenza.

We had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The rooms were cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. We had a great terrace, and the beds were very comfortable. The village of Poros is lovely, beautiful, and so relaxing. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and a great beach nearby. We would definitely come back again.

In one of the rooms, the airconditioning was a bit weaker.

Výborná poloha. Apartmán bol čistý a priestranný. V blízkosti pláže reštaurácií a obchodov. Upratovanie každý deň. Skvelá dovolenka za dobrú cenu.

Sprchový kút je veľmi malý.

Very nice location and very kind host.

It was a great place for us to enjoy the village of Poros and much of Kefalonia. We enjoyed the balcony. We were within walking distance of markets, restaurants, the beach and the Poros port.

One air conditioning unit did not work in one of the bedrooms

The bathroom could do with a reconfiguration and upgrade, otherwise everything else was good.

Excellent location, very close to restaurants, shops, bakery, chemist, and beach (pebbles). The apartment was very clean, with plenty of windows and terraces, and had air-conditioning. The cleaning person (who was lovely) came every morning to empty the toilet and kitchen bin, and clean bed linen was given after three days. The hot water was always very hot, and immediate when turning the tap on. The food at the restaurants we ate at, was always freshly cooked, and a very reasonable cost.

The shower in the bathroom was extremely tiny, the base was stained, and the shower curtain needed replacing. The bed settee in the lounge, could look more attractive if some nice cushions were placed on it, and could then be used to sit on. We had the apartment on the third floor, with 50 steps from ground level to the apartment, marble, and most on a curve, which wasn’t ideal to take suitcases up and down, especially as we are both in our late 70s.

Ár-érték arányban tökéletes szállás, máskor is szívesen visszatérünk. A közelben minden megtalálható. Kocsival a sziget könnyedén bejárható.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ άνετος και ερχόταν κάθε μέρα το προσωπικό και μας άλλαζε σεντόνια , πράγμα που μας έκανε πολύ θετική εντύπωση. Στο τέλος μας έδωσαν κι ένα αναμνηστικό δωράκι. Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας εξυπηρέτησε κατά την αναχώρηση.

Πρέπει να ανακαινιστεί ο χώρος και τα μπάνια ειδικά. Υπάρχει θέμα με το πάρκινγκ γιατί ο δρόμος είναι πολυσύχναστος και δεν βρίσκεις παρκάρισμα τις βραδινές ώρες.

Nem volt közvetlen kapcsolatunk a szállásadóval,de mindenben maximálisan tájékoztatva voltunk. Naponta takarítottak és tiszta törölközőt kaptunk. Egyik nap toast kenyeret vásároltunk amiből megmaradt a fele. Következő napra kaptunk egy melegszendvics sütőt. Az apartman elhelyezkedése nagyon jó. Közel a központ ,a part. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönünk mindent a kedves házigazdának!

Posizione della struttura centrale e comoda. Poros è un piccolo centro tranquillo, ma dotato di tutto ciò che serve ad una famiglia in vacanza.

Good location: tavernas, bakeries, supermarkets, beach are close to the apartment. Free parking. The apartment is quite clean and well equipped. Nice mountain view.

Very poor sound isolation. You will here all noise from the street: drunk guys, transport and neighbours ofcourse. Wifi was terrible.

Two good-sized bedrooms and a lovely large balcony with beautiful mountain views. Clean apartment. Great check-in.

First of all, we liked the location, the apartments are located in a picturesque location, overlooking the mountains, walking distance from the sea, beach and supermarkets, bakeries and other shops. The rooms are spacious, large and each has a terrace for breakfast or dinner. All necessary utensils for cooking and eating are provided. Linen, towels, clean and fresh, the Toiletries such as shampoo and soap were provided. The room was cleaned every two or three days, but our linen was not replaced during the 9 days of our stay, according to our observation. But for us it was not critical, the linen was clean, we didn’t make it dirty

The shower area is small and it is inconvenient to take a shower, water flows all the time on the floor and a puddle is formed in the bathroom. But these are small things of course, comparing to the endless noise from the guests all night. Every night we could not get enough sleep because of the neighbors in the apartment, who got drunk and made a brawl, it felt like they were simply destroying all the property and killing each other. After all, people come to relax and expect to get enough sleep, and not listening to the drunken brawl of the Polish (in our case, they were Polish people). At the same time, it is not entirely clear what to do in such situation, it definitely spoils the rest. Perhaps the owners should more strictly warn guests about quiet hours and the consequences for violating them. We really do wanted to call the police.

Very kind, respectful, receptive, and helpful staff. We received a gift on the last day of our stay as well. Would highly recommend and book again in the future!

Location was great, really big appartment, big enough FOR four persons. Really Close to the beach and the taverns.

It was our second time in this apartment, it was absolutely amazing. Spacious rooms, great facilities, big balcony, close to everything.we liked it. I would highly recommend.

The only thing which bothered us was the poor quality of the wi-fi. Last year we stayed at the first floor where the WiFi was just perfect, but this year at the second floor it was quite poor

Clean, largde rooms, every fasilities.

In that price, they offer alot of stuff. Apartments are very big. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and 2 single beds in the other room. There is also a living room with a kitchen and a table. In the living room there is a big coach where someone can easily sleep. Kitchen is fully equipped, you have everything you need. In the bathroom there is a washing machine that works perfectly fine. There are 2 air conditioning, one for each bedroom, and the bedroom with the big bed have a TV. You have 3 balcony, one from the kitchen and one from each bedroom. There are alot of parking spots around the location.

We had 2 rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. The first floor apartment was clean and nice, but the one on the ground floor was pretty dirty. It was a mold smell, and the fridge was pretty dirty. There were spider webs with spiders on the walls. The cleaning lady says that she didn't noticed the spiders but she could come back the next day to clean again. After a day or too, the smell dissapeared, probably because before the room was not properly ventilated. The place offers alot, but they have to clean the rooms better, and the kitchen stuff.

Apartment has all what we needed. Clean and equipped.

Only one thing but that I found in Greece common the shower curtain.

The property was ideally located for our holiday, we travelled the length and breadth of kefalonia and Poros is a perfect location to do this from

No toilet door lock, and the fear you could easily lock yourself out,

It was just perfect: the flat, the facilities, the staff,, the cleanliness. We had daily cleaning of the apartment, we even got a little present when leaving. We would definitely go back again

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious, could easily accommodate a family of 5. Very close to shops, tavernas and the beach but at the same time quiet. Lovely mountain view from our balcony. ap

Nothing negative to report at all.

Lovely location with everything nearby. Enough crockery, pots and pans etc to prepare a simple meal. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

Would be helpful to have salt, pepper herbs and olive oil as one doesn't want to have to buy huge amounts for one weeks holiday.

The location was good and the apartment was perfect for families.

Big apartment. Two bedrooms. Big fridge with freezer compartment. Stove with 4 electric rings. Washing machine.

Very unfriendly, unhelpful and impersonal place. No welcome. No goodbye. Key in the door. Never saw the owners. There was an elderly Greek lady who spoke only Greek. No hospitality whatsoever. Owners claim 5 hours from the guests' time for cleaning. So annoying!!!! Very early checkout at 10 am!!! Check-in depends on their mood it appears. Name of the apartment is not the same as on booking.com. Small terrace in the blaring hot sun all day - except for the evening. No parasol to offer the guest some shade there. Dark and very noisy apartment on the ground floor. When you open windows or doors there is no privacy at all - not even in the toilet - as all the other guests are passing by on all sides. Old furniture. Not very clean. Hard mattresses. Other guests arrived with a booking in the evening and nobody was there to give them a key or help them even though they had informed the owners in time about their arrival time. So we helped in the end, which was not our job but the job of the host who did not care!!!

Apartment + location everything is very close to the sea. The apartment has everything for living.

The building is located near the entrance to the town + near the bridge on which all cars drive, it is very noisy at night. When it's a holiday in the city, get ready for the music to be blaring until 3 or 5 in the morning (that is, you won't get to sleep). There is a hotel nearby, there are a lot of young people who yell until 2 am ...... There is parking, but local Greeks live on the first floor and one has 2a cars and it takes up space very often and you will have to park further along the road and not near hotel .
