Reviewed Apr 4, 2025Very bad experience, the housekeeping was not clean, sofas were very dirty/ not cleaned, rooms smelly, bathroom shower was broken, no water heating cattle, wifi signal was very weak, no tissue box, even there was no land line phone in the apartment to call at reception, Qibla direction was not mark, floor tiles were broken and hollow gives un even surface, in totality it was a very bad experience for our stay in this hotel.

I did not like: - When arrived, the Egyptian who is working in the reception desk asked me to cancel my booking reservation in order to get me a tax free price, i refused the offer. - WiFi is out of order in my floor and they refused to fix it. - Difficult to find a car park most of the day. - Smoke detectors inside rooms are covered by plastic caps !!
