Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique et réactif. Il y a eu un problème avec notre suite à notre arrivée et nous avons été surclassés dans une villa :D L'emplacement était top. La plage est très belle et calme. Il y a toutes les commodités et de très bons restaurants à proximité.

Les douches ne sont pas très spacieuses. Il manque des bols pour le petit-déjeuner.

Great location short walk from the small village, great new building with a very gracious host. Free parking was a great plus and help with anything else needed.

The staff were super helpful, location good for Mesongi, slightly elevated and therefore more peaceful and not overlooked. Private plunge pool and hot tub was a real treat.

Abbiamo trascorso qui gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza e non possiamo che dare il massimo dei voti. La struttura è semplicemente splendida, ma ciò che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale è il proprietario: una persona davvero gentilissima, disponibile e attenta, capace di farti sentire accolto fin dal primo momento. Siamo stati anche fortunatissimi perché, il primo giorno, ci ha fatto uno splendido omaggio permettendoci di soggiornare in una camera diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato, con piscina, vasca idromassaggio sul terrazzo e uno spazio esterno meraviglioso. In questo modo abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare due sistemazioni diverse e possiamo dire che sono entrambe bellissime. La nostra preferita, nonostante più piccola, però, è rimasta proprio quella che avevamo scelto inizialmente, al piano più alto. Il letto è incorniciato ad angolo da due grandi vetrate con una vista sul golfo che lascia davvero senza parole: sembra un quadro, solo molto più bello. Indimenticabile svegliarsi con la luce dell’alba e altrettanto suggestivo addormentarsi guardando tutte le luci del paese riflesse nel panorama. Il terrazzino di questa camera è più piccolo e non ha la piscina, ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un limite: abbiamo trascorso le giornate esplorando l’isola e, quando rientravamo, quella vista valeva più di qualsiasi altra cosa. Naturalmente dipende dal tipo di soggiorno che si cerca, ma avendo provato entrambe le soluzioni possiamo dire che la struttura offre davvero alternative fantastiche. E come ultima attenzione, il giorno della partenza il proprietario ci ha lasciato anche un piccolo omaggio con alcuni prodotti tipici, un gesto inaspettato e davvero molto apprezzato, che racconta perfettamente la cura e la gentilezza con cui vengono accolti gli ospiti.

Un piccolo suggerimento…aggiungerei due piccoli comodini vicino al letto al piano di sopra. C’è l’appoggio sopra il letto ma non è sempre funzionale

Beautiful villa with amazing views. Vas and Melina were welcoming and helpful and our villa was spotlessly clean.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they paid attention to every detail throughout our stay. They were always easy to reach despite the absence of a physical reception desk. They made up for this with a WhatsApp group, which made communication very easy and convenient. At the end of our stay, they even left us a lovely souvenir as a goodbye gift, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The location is quite far from the Old Town and the main tourist attractions, but I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a negative point. If your goal is to relax, disconnect from the busy atmosphere, and enjoy some peaceful time with your partner, then this is definitely the right place for you.

Las vistas son preciosas

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Villa Sea View with Private Heated Pool and Hot Tub e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la pulizia, la cura degli ambienti e l’ottima posizione. L’appartamento è accogliente, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. Un vero valore aggiunto sono sicuramente la splendida vista sul mare, la piscina privata e la jacuzzi riscaldata: elementi che rendono l’esperienza davvero speciale e che permettono di godersi pienamente momenti di relax e privacy. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e professionale. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto un problema con il climatizzatore e si sono attivati immediatamente per cercare di risolverlo. Abbiamo inoltre trovato molto comoda la possibilità di comunicare direttamente con lo staff tramite WhatsApp, che rende ogni richiesta semplice e veloce.

L’unico piccolo aspetto da migliorare riguarda la sistemazione dei posti letto. L’alloggio è indicato per 4 persone, ma nel nostro caso, essendo 3 adulti e un ragazzo di 17 anni e avendo figli piuttosto alti, il divano letto ed il lettino sono risultati un po’ corti, rendendo il riposo leggermente meno confortevole. Al di là di questo dettaglio, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Una struttura curata, con una vista meravigliosa e servizi privati che fanno la differenza.

Все понравилось. Очень красивые виды на море, комфортная терраса с джакузи. Апартаменты со всем необходимым для проживания семьи. Персонал все время старался сделать наше проживание еще более комфортным и беззаботным. Не оставляли без внимания наши пожелания.

Amazing view (really really great), very lovely staff, always available and extremely caring. Rooms are brand new.

Mattress was not the comfiest, room is a bit on a smaller side, with no space for a small table/bedside table. Water pressure in the rain shower was a bit soso.

Melina & cleaning staff were polite & friendly. Location to shops/ tavernas/ beach was 8 minute walk. Private pool & hot tub

Being told our credit card transaction was not viable, by cancelling the transaction then asking for cash. When declined, same credit card was used with no issues. Pool was highly chlorinated & sand was in the bottom of the pool- we hadn’t been to the beach Hot tub smelled of over use of chemicals Single beds were very small & uncomfortable

We had a really wonderful stay at the Palms ans Spas Villas Retreat. The view of our room was absolutely beautiful, the facilities were great and everything was very comfortable. A special thank you to Vassilis and Melina, who were both so kind and attentive throughout our stay. They really took care of us and always made sure everything was going well. We had an amazing time here, and it was a truly memorable stay for both us and the kids. We would definitely come back with great pleasure. Thank you for everything!

Palms and Spas ligger jättefint med utsikt mot havet. Vi bokade ekonomistudion men fick möjligheten att även testa på Villan med egen pool, jacuzzi och utsikt över havet. Båda alternativen är rum med bra faciliteter, och utsikten från villan är sååå magisk. Vasilis och Melina var så gästvänliga och fick oss att känna oss som hemma direkt. Rekommenderar starkt detta boende.

- le surbooking effectué sur notre logement le premier soir, amenant à ce que l’on passe la nuit dans un autre logement que celui réservé, - le manque de standing (concernant l’état général du logement et sur le comportement de l’hôte).

Everything! Very good apartment, with the amazing view! Apartment itself is very clean, bed is comfortable, cleaning available every day (if needed) - is a huge plus. Swimming pool - is just incredible, I thought it would be much smaller, but in reality it is nough for two people to get refreshment. The terrace is very spacious, with nice furniture and incredible view! Apartments are located 5 min walk to the beach, tavernas, and supermarket. In the village there are lots of nice tavernas, and a pizza delivery) I would highly recommend both the location, and the apartment. Host is very supportive, and helped with transfer, best tavernas, etc.

Rien… ou juste un détail : ne pas mettre d’alaise en plastique sous le drap, cela donne chaud et cela fait du bruit.

The location is excellent, with beautiful beaches and several great restaurants just a short distance away, making it very convenient to explore the area. The house itself was modern, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything was clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our villa views and facilities were fabulous - we enjoyed our private pool and hot tub while looking over the beach and sea. Stunning place to stay and the beach and local restaurants were just 5 mins walk. Thanks to manager Vas and Melina for checking in with us everyday to ensure we had whatever we needed.

Everything was great including the really helpful and attentive staff. The kitchenette had a small hob and we thought a microwave might have been helpful. There was quite a steep incline to get into the property to note if you have mobility issues.

Room was great, large terrace with pool. I would improve the aircon or ensure it’s on in the day and not linked to the key. It never had a chance to get to below 23 degrees when we were staying.

A driver was waiting to pick us up from the airport, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel took special care of all our requests. Their thoughtful attention to detail made the celebration even more memorable and truly made us feel valued as guests. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were spotless, with fresh, clean water, making them a pleasure to use. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Corfu. Es war einfach alles fantastisch 😍 Wir hatten für die erste Nacht ein Upgrade bekommen und die Villa mit Pool war einfach traumhaft. Unser eigentliches Zimmer hatte einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und einen tollen Whirpool. Alles war super sauber und sehr durchdacht. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft 10/10. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett, interessiert und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden es jedem empfehlen. Privatsphäre war auch toll.

Tout. À commencer par la propreté qui était nickel, et pourtant je suis très pointilleuse sur ce point. La chambre avait une vue imprenable sur la mer, et décorée avec goût. Nous avons très apprécié l’accessibilité de Vassilis et son équipe qui étaient aux petits soins, et qui ont même pu répondre à une demande de dernière minute. Les prestataires à qui il a confié nos transferts étaient également formidables (Yulia et son mari). Le village de Messonghi où l’établissement est situé est absolument charmant. Nous avons sympathisé avec plusieurs locaux ! Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés que ce soit pour un solo trip (absolument safe), ou en groupe. Nous avons hate d’y retourner !

Practically perfect, if I had to mention one thing it is the road to the village is a bit narrow and the cars something give you a lot of room but that is not the fault of the apartments it’s just geography

We stayed at the property as a family of four — two adults and two children. The fantastic location, along with the private pool and jacuzzi, was exactly what we needed, and the whole family was delighted. The staff, who took care of everything we needed, truly rose to the occasion — always smiling, friendly, and helpful. With complete confidence, I can recommend this magical place where we experienced both pure relaxation and great fun. We would also like to thank Vasili and everyone involved in running and maintaining the property in impeccable condition. Thanks to all of you, this trip will stay in our memories for a long time :)

Beautiful view! Relaxing private hot tub/jaccuzzi. Private personal pool. Large deck with table, chairs, and 2 reclining sun chairs. Great shower! Ceiling fan and A/C. Refrigerator and 2 burner stove with utensils. Kitchen bar/counter and 2 stools. Espresso machine stocked with coffee pods. Comfortable bed. Big slider window with mosquito screen. Black out curtains. 500 -800 meter walk to market and restaurants. Staff is excellent! Easy communication if necessary using WhatsApp.

Appartement quasi neuf, vue géniale avec piscine chauffée & spa, lit très confortable, peu de monde donc environnement plutôt silencieux, accueil et suivi quotidien impeccables

seul bémol : WC dans salles de bain qui sont trop proches des douches donc arrosés systématiquement, et pas de vmc pour les WC-SDB, pas d'éclairage à l'entrée lorsqu'on retire le badge le temps de trouver la serrure pour ouvrir ...

Tout était parfait. Un gros merci à Vassilis et à Viktoria pour leur accueil et leurs conseils tout au long des 5 jours passés Corfou. ☺️

Le personnel notemment Vassilis qui nous a accueilli était très charmant, notre arrivée a été très sympathique. Nous avons pris connaissance des lieux qui étaient simplement magnifiques le mobilier, l’intérieur, sans oublier la vue mer qui nous a accompagné le long du séjour. Nous avions également pu profiter de notre jacuzzi privé donnant sur la mer dans notre chambre, c’était magique. Le contact est très simple et le personnel très abordable si besoin. Tout était parfait ! Nous repartons avec des étoiles dans les yeux. Merci ! P & A

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Vassilis et Viktoria sont aux petits soins, ils donnent les bonnes adresses de restaurants, nous conseillent sur les endroits à visiter, tous les jours ils vous envoient un message pour savoir si tout se passe bien. La chambre est très bien équipée, la terrasse et la vue sont incroyables. L établissement est à 5mns à pied des restaurants, bars et supérette

Stunning location and beautiful views! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. A welcome bottle of wine and local sweets were a lovely gesture. It's peaceful and you can really relax without going anywhere. Many local restaurants close by. The staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Vas nos recibió junto a su perrita Grace, que nos dio la bienvenida con mucho amor 🐾. Desde el primer momento la atención fue inmejorable: cálida, cercana y muy profesional. Victoria vino más tarde al apartamento para explicarnos todo con detalle y asegurarse de que no nos faltara nada. Nos sorprendieron con una botella de vino y productos locales como obsequio, un detalle precioso que demuestra el cariño con el que gestionan este lugar. El apartamento estaba impecable, decorado con gusto y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de descanso absoluto. Un sitio ideal para desconectar, rodeado de naturaleza y con un ambiente muy especial. ¡Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver! 🌿💫

We travel a lot and this was one of the best accommodations we ever had. There was a small problem on our arrival and we immediately got an upgrade without asking for one. An amazing view from the hot tub directly at the sea! Everything was super clean, the service was absolutely perfect and everyone very friendly. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation was Immaculate, in a great location 5 mins walk to village.The views were amazing from the terrace.The hosts couldn't do enough for you. we were upgraded to a villa with a private pool, which was nice.

Celebrating our anniversary here was just brilliant. The villa is gorgeous and the hospitality was spot on. The location is great, an amazing view of the mountains and sea and just a quick five-minute wander to some good tavernas and cafés. I loved snorkelling from the beach in clear waters. It felt really private, which made for a perfectly relaxing holiday. We loved having the hot tub with a sea view and our own private terrace looking out over the sea. Vassilis and Vittoria were incredibly helpful hosts, always on hand for any questions, both in person and on WhatsApp.

La piscine, la vue, le bain à remous avec luminothérapie/chromothérapie et jets hydromassants, l'accueil, les petites attentions en +, la proximité avec les commerces/restaurants, l'organisation de l'espace, la beauté du logement avec plein de plantes, les 2 salles de bain... La situation géographique permettant de visiter toute l'ile facilement (port au sud, plages à l'ouest et au nord est, la ville de corfou)

Malheureusement, il n'y avait pas de possibilité de massages sur un laps de temps si court.

A little piece of heaven. A gorgeous, stylish, comfortable and welcoming villa, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A warm welcome from the staff and management. Perfection.

A fantastic living room, new apartment with all the comforts. The owners were very kind and available for every request. We were offered a room upgrade without surcharge (apartment on two levels with sea view terrace, jacuzzi and double bathroom). The fantastic sea is a stone's throw away. The other services are also easily accessible on foot. There is a parking lot. I stayed with my family and we will definitely be back.

Accommodation was super clean. Staff were very friendly. Vacilius (the manager/owner... not sure) was very pleasant and kept checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was OK. He even offered to change our villa if it wasn't suitable to my needs (I have a mild mobility issue at the moment). Victoria (Vacilius' work colleague) was, also, very friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault anything about the staff. When we first arrived, Vacilius gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything to us which was, super, helpful. (There were even nice little gifts/goodies that were got for us on arrival). Afterwards, he sent a long message detailing all the major attractions to see in Corfu. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The hot tub water was lovely and warm...the pool water is slightly warm. I think, in Greece, the government allows pools to be electrically heated until june-august - where they feel the sun, adequately, warms the water. However, due to the hot weather in Corfu, a cool pool was nice. Getting to the room, the best, and most striking thing about it, is the view...absolutely stunning. The whole outdoors is see-through glass - giving a spectacular sea view.

As I have mild mobility issue at present, a handrail on the staircase would have been advantageous....but, as mentioned, Vacilius did offer to switch our accommodation to meet my needs so no issue on his part at all. Other than that very small thing, everything else was perfect.

Everything! It couldn’t have been better. We feel very lucky to have been able to stay in such a great place.
