Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Room and breakfast gesitueerd aan een kanaal in Comacchio. Wij verbleven in het appartement met vloerkoeling (geen airconditioning). De woonkamer en keuken zijn exact ingericht zoals op de foto. Aangrenzend aan de keuken is er een gedeeld terrasje (geen uitzicht). De mooie slaapkamers met eigen badkamer bereik je via een smalle trap. Het ontbijt bestaat uit een mix van broodjes, croissants en zoetigheden. Wij vonden het helemaal prima. Wij vonden Comacchio met name in de avond sfeervol. Een grote supermarkt bevind zich op 5 minuten loopafstand. De auto kan je niet parkeren bij het appartement zelf maar is te voet binnen 5 minuten te bereiken. Het strand, Lido di Spina, met veel strandpaviljoens en ligbedden/parasols is per auto in 15 minuten te bereiken. Het personeel van de accommodatie is ontzettend vriendelijk en servicegericht. Het restaurant serveert heerlijke maaltijden.
Het appartement beschikt niet over airconditioning maar over vloerkoeling. Deze functioneerde de eerste dag niet optimaal waardoor het warm werd op de slaapkamers. Dit werd echter door een medewerker zelf opgemerkt die alles in het werk gesteld heeft om het op te lossen. Het keukengerei mag uitgebreid worden en is (te) minimaal.

Aircondition var i gulvet, det var veldig vått på gulvet på badene til tross for at vi fikk hjelp til å stille inn systemet riktig. Trolig pga luftfuktighet i området.

Vores værelse havde udsigt ud til kanalen, og man kan ligeledes spise aftensmad udenfor med en fantastisk setting i baggrunden. Det passer perfekt til os. Det var nyere og nordisk lækkert. Restauranten var derudover også helt fanatastisk og personalet var så venlige. En klar anbefaling.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Die Lage ist ausserordentlich schön mit dem Restaurant direkt am Kanal. Das Essen war sehr fein. Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet.
Leider hatten wir das 3 Bett Zimmer im Dachgeschoss. Es war 28 Grad und die kleine Klimaanlage gab ein leichtes Lüftchen ab.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Sehr angenehm und ruhig. In der Fußgängerzone gelegen, man muss dort ca, 200 - 300 Meter die Koffer rollen. Sehr angenehmes kleines Dorf, für 2 - 3 Tage durchaus zu empfehlen.
Die Dusche war defekt, das wurde aber prompt repariert. Das Frühstück ist nicht ganz so toll, während abends die a la carte Küche hervorragend ist

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa ho avuto una stanza molto bella spaziosa e accogliente ma per arrivarci ho dovuto fare 3 piccole rampe molto strette. Avevo una valigia e non è stato molto semplice.

La chambre réservée initialement qui nous a été attribué ne pouvait pas convenir, sous les toits sans fenêtre, avec des Velux qui donnent sur le ciel, dans les combles. Absolument impossible pour nous d'être hébergé dans ce type de logement. !!! Mais avec chance un appartement à proximité était disponible moyennant une petite augmentation de tarif.

Está renovado pero con paredes de durlock, la ventana de la habitación daba a una pared a un metro de distancia y si bien está bien equipada tiene carencias como por ejemplo no hay a donde colocar las valijas lo que obliga a tenerlas en el suelo o arriba del escritorio. El desayuno normal. Opino que el problema fundamental es la falta de relación calidad- precio Entonces ya que es alto para la calidad de la estructura y la falta de ascensor

部屋へのエレベーターがなかったので、荷物 を運ぶのが大変だと感じました。 しかし、察したスタッフが2人で手伝ってくれた。 よくない点は、見受けられない。

La soluzione per il deposito delle bici non è ottimale anche se accettabile: il cortile interno dove si lasciano le bici offre un'ottima sicurezza, ma manca un posto coperto dedicato e più spazioso. Inoltre la presenza di vario materiale di magazzino dell'hotel (sedie, vasi, ecc.) obbliga a lasciare le bici un po' dove si riesce e se ve ne sono più di 6 il tutto è difficoltoso.

Es ist etwas hellhörig. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Abbiamo trascorso due notti per esplorare il Delta del Po e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La location sul canale è bellissima, da lì facilmente si gira tutto il centro storico di Comacchio. Utili le indicazioni per il parcheggio più comodo, visto che la locanda si trova in zona ZTL. Alloggio superspazioso, con terrazza, che però noi non abbiamo usato. Ottimo il ristorante, comodissimo soprattutto la sera del'arrivo. Nei dintorni comunque molte altre opzioni per la cena. L'accoglienza è stata squisita: gentilezza, sorrisi, tutto lo staff si prodiga in utili consigli, se richiesti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa !!
