Viihtyisä ja rauhallinen paikka.

Yläkerran makuuhuone oli hieman kuuma ajoittain yöllä.

Siisti ja hyvät sängyt. Oli sopiva kahdelle aikuiselle.

Vietimme majoituksessa kaksi yötä ja viihdyimme erinomaisesti. Huoneisto oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Vaikka majoitus sijaitsee lähellä valtatietä, ympäristö oli rauhallinen eikä liikenne häirinnyt. Yhteydenpito majoittajaan oli sujuvaa ja ystävällistä. Kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta parivuoteineen sopi hyvin seurueellemme.

Kolmas vuode sijaitsee yläkerran parvella, mikä voi olla hyvä huomioida, jos majoittuu useamman henkilön seurueella. Muuten majoitus vastasi odotuksiamme erittäin hyvin.

Sijainti oli hyvä ja rauhallinen. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi asunnosta. Sauna myös mukava. Erityisen hyvä oli että saimme sähköautoa ladattua.

Koiran karvoja ei oltu siivottu hyvin pois. Imuroitiin alakerran sohva ja matot, että ei olisi vaatteet olleet aivan karvoissa.

Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti, iso parkki-alue. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Mainio paikka useammankin yön yöpymiseen. Hinta/laatu kohdillaan.

Puuklapeja ei ollut, tämä harmi.

La localisation. Proche d'une ville mais à la fois dans la forêt avec une vue incroyable.

C'était parfait.

The hosts were very responsive and let us check in a bit earlier. For us the location was excellent, the apartment had all the necessary amenities, it was cozy and warm (given the extreme temperatures outside). Easy to find and easy to get they keys and enter. Great value for money. For this location you definitely need to rent a car, otherwise you won't reach it easily. Overall it is better to rent a car so you can easily move around.

If you have noisy neighbors you will hear it, we had trouble sleeping and during the day you can hear noise too. Make sure to bring own plug adapter with you because there is none at the apartment. Cleanliness in the kitchen could be better - lamp above dining table was very dusty and the dish drying cabinet wasn't too clean either.

Molto accogliente e pulita La sauna in casa è meravigliosa, è una coccola nelle giornate gelide Il soppalco con la zona letto coccolo è molto ben tenuto. Zona giorno ben fornita per cucinare.

E’ perfetta

Most breathtaking scenery at the doorstep. The house was clean, cosy and the sauna is such a lovely touch!

It can be a little hard to get to, especially when it’s dark.

The check-in with the key box was smooth and the information provided by our host was sufficient for our check-in and the basics of the house. The kitchen and cookware provided was great and perfect to cook food for a couple. The smart TV in the living room is a great addition to stay cozy at home and the Christmas lights and tree in the shed provided that additional nice atmosphere. Don't forget to buy your own wood to light the fire in the fireplace as well! The sauna is nice and spacious and provides a good view through the windows. The washing machine and drying cabinet made sure our gear was always clean, and the host or previous guests even left some detergent for us to use so we didn't have to buy a whole tub from the supermarket. We were never cold in the cabin even with the floor heating on a low setting and it being -30°C outside. The upstairs beds were comfortable and the regular blanket kept you warm enough at night. Free private parking outside is great for the location being a few kilometers from the city centre of Saariselkä and with some luck on your side the location is perfect for Aurora viewing from outside the cabin.

The cabin is a bit small for more than 3 people (couple + child) and the bedrooms only have curtains to close off the room. There is not that much storage space upstairs for clothing/camera gear and the shower area is a bit on the small side.

Lovely property - very cosy. Great location and had everything we needed and more.

Not so much we didn’t like but it would have been nice if we wood was provided for the fireplace and if there was a firepit outdoors to toast marshmallows or to warm up while looking for the northern lights.

Sehr ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung toll zum Entspannen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Nichts

Everything worked, all necessary equipment was there. Clean, good bed. Good fridge and freezer is a plus. Fireplace nice. Light blocking curtains is very good choice. Not hear neighbour voices was good. Good air conditioning, good sauna and shower.

Poor pillows. No noice canceling walls/doors upstairs, very hard to sleep if other people in house are awake. You could put table upstairs instead of the coffin to support remote working. Now I had to keep laptop and monitor on kitchen table and there was no privacy to work. Overall everything else nice but you could build in more privacy, noice canceling and remote working table upstairs.

Spacious apartment, with lot of space for a family of 4. Warm (a combination of floor heating, air conditioning and radiators), clean and neat, with hardwood floor. Recommended.

Minor niggles: - The location is great if you're heading north or south on E75. However, the noise from the road is not entirely muted. It's the price you pay for convenient location - Perhaps not best suited for a family with toddlers, due to steep stairs to the upper floor (a couple of guard rails are available though, so that's nice)

La casa és molt acollidora i te tot el necessari per gaudir de l’estada. A més és el paradís dels boletaires ;)

Siisti ja yllättävän tilava

Appartamento spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. Molto silenzioso, immerso nel bosco, con le renne che pascolano in giardino. La parte migliore è la sauna.

Rauhallinen. Siisti. Helppo tulla 4-tieltä. Hyvät lenkkeilymaastot koiran kanssa.

Makuusopessa ei ole ikkunaa. No jollekin se voi olla myös myönteinen asia.

Tuttu majoitus, kun samassa huoneistossa tullut oltua aiemminkin ja miksikös ei, sillä onhan tämä todella viihtyisä, hyvällä ja rauhallisella sijainnilla eikä tosiaankaan hinnalla pilattu. Koiran kanssa mahtavat ulkoilupuitteet suoraan ovelta ulos astuessa, koira sekä omistaja myös nautti helteillä ilmalämpöpumpun tuomasta viileydestä. Ehdoton plussa siis, että on lemmikkiystävällinen majoitus. Hyvin varusteltu (mm. keittiövälineet), sauna tarjosi myös hyvät löylyt. Omistaja myös ystävällinen, pääsin majoittumaan myös hyvin paljon aiemmin ennen ns. virallista kirjautumisaikaa, sillä majoituksessa ei tuolloin edellisenä päivänä ollut aiempia majoittujia.

It was an AMAZING price comparing it with any other places in saariselkä, also a great location if you have your own car. It is extremely peaceful. This was absolutely amazing and even though some small things could be improved, you won’t find a better place than this. Absolutely amazing for a cozy couple vacation! (Not sure how i would feel about being there with more than 2 people, there is beds but i think the common area would be too cramped) We loved having OUR OWN! sauna, fireplace, and huge outdoor area with no other people around.

The blankets were very thin, especially for it being lapland in winter! And we weren’t allowed to put the heating higher so one of those things needs to change. Overall, it seemed like it had been cleaned but could have been cleaned better.

Beautiful quiet location …

Everything new and supercomfortable

The maisonette is very cosy and smartly arranged. The sauna is a terrific addition but what makes the place golden is the fireplace and firewood provided by the host. There was a perfect spot outside to take pictures of the northern lights. Conveniently close to Saariselka for groceries. We were sad to leave. :)

Host should provide right location at least one day before check in. I was very confused and devastated to get the right direction at the opposite site of the road
