Lekker ruim, het eigen zwembad, dicht bij het strand, het contact met Vania, Zub Express restaurant om de hoek voor afhaal, het welkomstpakket bij aankomst, gewoon een heerlijke plek!!!!

Niets specifieks, als er iets is dan kun je Vania bereiken en wordt het super snel geregeld!

La Villa est vraiment top. À 2 minutes de la plage, Idem pour les commerces tout en étant légèrement en retrait de la circulation se qui permet d'être au calme. 3 chambres confortables avec 3 douches et autant de toilette. Piscine très agréable avec le confort de salons extérieur. Le principal reste dans la gestion, aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur par Vania qui s'occupe d'une main de maître de la villa. Ménage et linges changés toutes les semaines. Tout est sur-place, on peut s'installer sans l'appréhension de devoir aller faire des courses. Sécurité maximale bien que tout est vraiment calme. Notre reconnaissance infinie au propriétaire pour son aide dans cette période troublée pour les vols. On reviendra les yeux fermés dans une confiance totale. Juste un sentiment : PARADIS ET BONHEUR

Ett fantastiskt boende! Välstädat och rymligt! Tre sovrum med garderober i varje! Något hårda sängar, men det är för att jag älskar mjuka sängar! Fint välkomnande och man kände sig trygg!

Uteplatsen och att kunna laga sin mat i välutrustat kök! Poolen var skön att ha för sig själv. (Nu var det helgdagar när vi kom, så poolen städades inte!)

Nära stranden, härlig pool. Två supermarket på några minuters promenad. Går fint att snorkla direkt från stranden. Smidig in och utcheckning. Vania hade ordnat frukost till de första dagarna.

Sejour parfait. L'hôte est une personne charmante et prévenante. Elle nous a guidée pour nos déplacements dans l'île en nous indiquant ce qu'il fallait voir et nous a donné des noms de restaurants typiques. Je recommande.

Dommage que 2 chiens aboient a côté.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und drei Bäder, die sich verteilt im Haus befinden. Es wurde wöchentlich gereinigt, Betten frisch bezogen und neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Schöne Terrasse und ein Pool, der ebenfalls regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Das Haus befindet sich in einer belebten typisch mauretanischen Wohnstraße nur wenige Meter vom Strand. Auch die Betreuung durch Vania Rose war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Villa très bien conçue et équipée! Un magnifique panier d'accueil nous a été offert. Il y a des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, ce qui est très appréciable. Le jardin est grand, joli, bien entretenu et sécurisé. La piscine est aussi très agréable. Échanges sympathiques avec le propriétaire et la concierge Vania. Pour bébé : une chaise haute était disponible ainsi qu'un lit et son matelas, des jouets pour la plage et pour la piscine!

Ci hanno offerto all'arrivo un cesto con alcuni prodotti per la colazione e frutta fresca, sono stati gentilissimi per l'organizzazione del check in e check out.

La maison est très spacieuse avec plusieurs salle de bain, grand séjour, jardin et piscine. Très bonne localisation.

Lokalizacja przy morzu, przemiła pani Vania (Host) z którą był dobry kontakt, czystość w pokojach, basen czyszczony regularnie, możliwość zrobienia grilla, dużo przestrzeni w ogrodzie.

Niektóre sprzęty jak suszarka do ubrań nie działały.

Odličen dopust, prostorna hiša, velika kuhinja, 3 spalnice, vrt, bazen, mirna lokacija, blizu morja oziroma čudovite plaže. Gostiteljica Vania nam je ob prihodu predala košaro dobrot - mleko, jajca, kruh, sadje, res prijazno. Ves čas nam je bila na razpolago, če bi karkoli rabili. Priporočila nam je restavracije, trgovine, turistične znamenitosti in nam uredila izlet s čolnom. Priporočam!

Good location. 5min walking to beach and smaller shops. 15min walking to many restaurants, 20min walking to supermarket. Villa was clean. Everything equipped for comfortable for stay. 2 bathrooms upstairs. The most surprising was that all soaps, cleaning materials, baby chair, beach carpet, sunbeds, wc papers, some water and soft drinks and even some food (cheese, fresh bred) and fruits were putted for the first breakfasts. This we faced for the 1st time in our traveling experience. We boughy only oil for cooking, everything else was already available. That was very nice! 😊

Little bit old villa but this is visible from photos. No AC on the ground floor. Territory could be cleaned from old leaves. Would recommend to clean pool just before guests arrival (especially sand that cannot be cleaned by guests), but this was solved immediately. Poor sound isolation between rooms due to specificity of doors. Nothing else to mention.

Location is good.

Care taker is not sensitive about the guest's problem. 1. Third day for 24 hrs there was no water in the premise. After passing the message, although the care taker responded but the problem could not solved till next day morning. I passed the message to property owner who was at Singapore at that time. That gentleman reduced one day rent by 25% from his side. But my expectation was 75% to reduce as we suffered a lot for the 24 hrs. 2. There is no provision for drinking water. Guests while reaching in apartment should go outside to buy drinking water. 3. Check out time the care taker was asking money for cleaning the utensils while there was no water for the last 24 hrs. 4. After check out, care taker called me and was blaming that there was a rotten banana in the drawer which was not thrown to dust bin. About this , I informed that I have not purchased any banana.

Great location, great pool, place to park the car, the house has everything you need, situated right by the local beach and restaurants. The owner let us come at 10am 🙏🏻 Vania gave us great tips what to do and where to go. It was amazing! ❤️

The house could be a bit cleaner, but we came very early so we can’t complain. Other than that everything was amazing

This is a very comfortable villa! There is everything! 5 minutes to the ocean! Shops and souvenir shops are nearby! Very well received! Everyone is friendly, helpful and ready to help with anything! Thank you for a wonderful time in your home!

Our family loved the location, the warm welcome, the responsive service, the space - and above all: the pool:) very good price quality ratio, and even better in real life than on the pictures.

Nice villa, 3 double bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, a lot of storage space, washer/drier, enough space for 5-6 people. Well equipped kitchen, good terraces on both floors. 2 dinning tables outside. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Small market nearby. 5 minutes drive to supermarket.

It's not the property fault but there the neighbors across the street like to listen loud music till 1-2 AM, it may be difficult to sleep. Also mosquitos may be annoying in the area. However the property windows are equipped with nets so inside is ok.

We absolutely loved it! We were warmly welcomed. They had already prepped the fridge with water and breakfast. We got all the help we needed with airport pickup and car rental. The villa was clean and well equipped with all you need. The beach is only a few minutes away. You can shop for groceries in a two-minute walk.

Due to public holidays and New years Eve, there were some heavy partying in the neighbourhoods.

The friendliness of the manager and she provided us with fruit and beverage and even some groceries as well as a chocolate for our two girls wow !

No cleaning services if stay is less than six days. We stayed 5 days.

Lovely spacious villa located a stones throw from the beach with a good size pool. The property was clean and had everything you needed.

Great house, it had everything we needed. The host was very nice and very responsive, she even thought to equip the house with some food and products we might need during our stay which was very nice. I loved the big garden and terrace. Big space in the living room and kitchen.

The window in one of the rooms should be fixed so it can be opened because you can't breathe otherwise and the constant aircon at night results in sore throat on the next morning. Could have a bit more variety in the kitchen (like various sizes of bowls and smaller plates, more pots of different sizes). Also barking dogs from early morning were a bit annoying.

On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed, the hostess showed us everything. It was also nice that the hostess took care of food for the beginning (water, bread, eggs, local fruits, milk). Convenient location, short distance to the sea (2-3 minutes), many cafes/restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance, the house has all necessary tools for cooking and other household appliances (for example, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher...). We didn't miss anything. Thank you.

These are not negative comments, more observations: Lack of hot water, Cold pool water due to the winter season.

Very nice accommodation, a few minutes from the beach. Nice host, helpful at every moment. I can totally recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful Villa, very confortabile and fully equipped, modern and clean, at a short distance from to the sea, The staff has been really nice and friendly, they welcomed us very well and provided us with all the needed support and suggestions.

The only thing I missed were the mosquito nets for staying with open windows when at home. Everything else was just perfect!

Entire vila is very spacious; very well furnited, everything that you need for your stay, is available (included washing machine, dryer, BBQ equipment, also kitchen is fully equiped); garden is absolutely beautiful and pool was perfectly clean! During our stay the housekeeping lady came twice to take care of house (we really appreciated it). Villa is located very close to the beach and in calm area at the same time. A/C also worked without any issue. We really enjoyed the time, we spent here and we felt at home here! ☺️

Only one very small comment (it's nothing negative, just recommendation); it would be fine to provide two sets of key from house and main gate (when you come in bigger group and every couple has different plans, it's quite complicated to handle it; especially when each couple leave and return in different time - anyway, we found the way finally ☺️)

Very nice location, a few hundred metres to the beach. Generous and honest landlord. The car rental service he suggested is also amazing.

We were welcomed by the owners father and Hans who is the son of Vania who looks after the property. They were at hand for anything we needed. Marie Jo the lovely cleaner came midweek. It's a well presented, newly refurbished fully equipped villa.
