Posada Sunshine Paradise

Sin duda la mejor anfitriona de todo San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina la encontramos en esta posada. Su amabilidad, calor humano y atención nos hizo sentir muy a gusto incluso cuando ya nos habíamos ido y nos ayudó a recuperar algo que olvidamos en uno de nuestros tours. Si van a visitar la isla sin duda se merecen conocer a Francisca; quien además nos ayudó a planear nuestros tours y nos hizo las mejores recomendaciones. En cuanto a la habitación totalmente cómoda, aire funcional y baños limpios, ademas una vista espectacular 💙

Absolutamente todo nos gusto. La señora Francisca es una persona muy cordial que se preocupa por hacer de tus vacaciones algo muy especial, ella te facilita todo lo que está a su alcance para que la pases muy bien . En cuanto al hospedaje la ubicación es muy agradable, súper tranquilo . La limpieza de la habitación es excelente. Sin lugar a dudas volveríamos !

L'emplacement au calme sur sta catalina, sans voiture. Proche des commerces et d'une belle plage pour le coucher de soleil. Propriétaire adorable. Petit déj possible juste à côté.

Posizione incantevole sull’isola di Catalina, host molto disponibile, non include colazione ma è possibile effettuarla nel bar accanto.

L’host non ha un asciugacapelli e abbiamo dovuto prenderne in prestito uno alla struttura ricettiva vicina (che non sembrava felicissima di darcelo).

We liked the hosts. They were both attentive and extremely helpful in arrangements of trips and resolving issues with canceled flights. Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant. The rooms are super clean and the air conditioning is quiet and working.

The internet connection wasn't ideal but you could find spots where it worked.

Posada Sunshine Paradise is an amazing place to stay and Fracisca is simply incredible! She's very helpful and always smiling, the place is spotless and in a very calm and beautiful part of Providencia. We fell in love with it! We hope we can come back soon and to discover more on this small paradise spot . Thanks for everything Francisca!

We had the most fantastic stay at posada sunshine. The value for money is one of the best you can get on the island. The rooms are spacious and super clean (they are even cleaned every day) and all rooms face the seaside. Francisca is the kindest host and organized everything for us (breakfast, the best dinner with her friend Kenya, scooters etc.) and she was leads readily available when we needed something. We would highly recommend to stay in San Catalina island because there are no cars. Almost all accommodations on the main Ausland are exposed to the road and it can get a bit loud. Posada sunshine is super quiet and you really get immersed in the small and welcoming community on San Catalina.

Location was great. Close to the main town, secluded and very peaceful. The hosts were amazing and very attentive at all times.

The owner is very nice and helped us arrange taxis and a boat tour around the island. The view from the apartment is 10/10, looking over the bay. Despite being in a very quiet area, there is a restaurant next door, which is convenient.

Wonderful place with stunning view, perfectly clean and amazing location in Santa Catalina island. Francy and Freddy were so friendly, helpful that I feel as I was in family! We could use for free their kayak and they help to find an amazing place to have dinner and rent scooter. Miss you so much that magic place how to go back one day!

Everything was perfect. The views are fab. The location is great. The host went out of her way to ensure my stay was comfortable and exciting.

Room and bathroom spotless clean. Spotless White bed linen and towels. Beautiful view from the balcony. Quiet nights and lovely mornings. Everything was great but what makes the place special is the warmth, the kindness and the helpful attitude of the whole family. Whatever I asked they were always willing to help, and always with a big lovely smile. Highly recommended!

Fran, the host, made us breakfast in her home next door to the posada every morning for a great price. The view from the balcony is amazing!

Best view/location ever. Spacious, new and comfortable rooms. The host Franziska and her family are amazing.

The host Francisca was very nice and helpful with organizing activities like diving and things like water and scooters. The Posada was very clean with big units consisting of 2 rooms and sea view. Nice jetty in front of the house.

Francisca was very kind with us. Amazing communication and hospitality. She was very reactive to every request we made to her. Thank you Fran for making our stay amazing!

Francisca was amazing, she will provide for help since the moment you arrive. The posada is clean, the rooms are spacious, there is enough water and AC. The place is a little “far” from the main beaches but we rent a motorbike and was worth it (15 minutes ride from Manzanillo Beach).

It is a great guest house in a lovely island. The host is so friendly and helpful. The room was sparkling clean. Location was great. It was quiet and beautiful. We will definitely come back!

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but the island is still recovering from the hurricane and there are limited places to eat etc. It helps if you rent transport

the host Francisca is very friendly and helpful. she provided us with lots of information and organized everything we needed. everything totally clean and

some more Gadgets such as a hairdryer or a big mirror would have been highly appreciated, but of course it totally works without.

The posada offers very beautiful views over the bay and if very quite and relaxed The owner Francisca is a great and lovely person that helped us with many contacts (to rent a scooter, to do the hike on the peak, to reserve at big Mama sweet taste restaurant, etc), got us a tank full of water etc. We enjoyed her hospitality very much! The posada is located on Santa Catalina Island and guests have to walk around 5min from the puente de enomorados. From three bridge, you reach all places on the island in max. 15min by scooter.

There is unfortunately no WiFi in the posada (and almost nowhere on the island).

Everything was so great! The best Posada in Providence, Francisca and Freddy are such amazing people. Me and my family definetly going back to this wonderful place. Thanks a lot and see you soon. PS Thanks for being so great with my granfather.

Nice clean place, right on malecon/water. Simple, comfy, clean. Lovely owners helped with teansport and a great snorkeling and fishing guide. Shower could have had better flow. Very little to complain about, I would return

We stayed at Sunshine paradise four nights and five days and it was truly an incredible experience. The place is comfortable, clean and very well located . You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Francisca (the owner) is an amazing hard working woman that embodies the best qualities of the people from this island. She was kind , attentive and helpful, providing us with advice and guidance to enjoy the most of our trip. She also rented us a kayak to go around Santa Catalina. We rested a lot and we took amazing pictures. Definitely, we will come back.

The hosts were so nice! very welcoming, friendly and helpful! the accommodation is brand new, extremely clean and comfortable. you only have to crosse the bridge to reach the centre, with 3 supermarkets and services. You should definitely spend some time there to enjoy Providencia! it is only a 5-min walk to Warwick fort, and there is a superb beach right under, perfect for snorkelling and relaxing!
