我那間冷氣應該有點問題，完全不會涼(6樓離電梯最近的那間)，希望館方可以去看看，打開冷氣的時候我行李已經打開就懶得換房了，隔天早上一邊流汗一邊化妝XD

房間的冷氣很難調，最朝上跟最朝下不管什麼調他的風都會吹到頭部的位置，所以整夜睡起來不是很安穩，我們後來整個倒過來睡，就是原本枕頭的位置我們是反過來睡，冷氣調到最小了風量只有一格，還是不行。

冷氣不冷，怕熱要裸睡的那種，房間小，行李箱全開有困難。

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026這次帶著家中爸媽來潮州來中繼點入住綠品文旅，特別選這，是基於照顧年長者需求方面相當好，文旅設有電梯，對於攜帶大型行李或行動較慢的長輩非常方便；且房間內部空間寬敞，動線平整，就近照顧長輩，住起來沒有壓迫感 這家飯店位在潮州鎮中心，距離潮州火車站步行10分鐘內即可抵達，對於體力有限、不便遠走的老人家來說，下車後很快就能進房休息，是非常大的優勢；且走出飯店就是熱鬧街區，距離潮州知名的冷熱冰、牛肉亮等在地美食都在步行範圍內
由於本身的專屬停車位數量不算多，若是連假或週末帶家人開車前來，建議先與櫃檯聯繫確認車位，以免需要在路邊等候找車位的時間；由於位於熱鬧的市中心，且房間眾多，包含背包客，走廊容易聽到走動及交談聲 飯店提供的早餐較為簡約，但家人都很喜歡，是健康的早餐型態，如果不喜歡，這裡就近也有許多傳統的潮州早餐店可以選擇；整體來說，綠品文旅是潮州地區CP 值的高選擇，特別推薦給需要交通便利、環境乾淨且有長輩同行的家庭客
