Agung Inn Amed

Je recommande vraiment Agung Inn Amed : mon séjour s'y est parfaitement bien déroulé. Le lieu est propre, confortable et la vue sur le volcan est juste incroyablement magnifique !! Le propriétaire de l'hôtel est à votre service et a de bons conseils. J'y retournerais avec plaisir !

Nous avons adorés nos deux nuits passés dans cet établissement. C est vraiment très mignon. Tout le monde est adorable. La chambre est jolie et propre. La vue est splendide. Un havre de paix. Situé à proximité des restaurants, bars et de la plage. Nous avons loués un scooter directement sur place. Nous avons fait laver notre linge et il a même été repassé. Merci d avoir contribuer à la réussite de notre séjour 🙏🏼

Les chambres sont à proximité des restaurants et de la plage qui sont facilement accessibles à pied. La proximité de la route n’est en revanche pas des plus agréables et fait que c’est assez bruyant à partir de 6 heures du matin. La vue sur le mont Agung est splendide. Les trajets pour notre arrivée des îles Gili et notre départ vers l’aéroport ont été organisés et facilités par notre hôte ce qui était appréciable

Lors de notre arrivée le ménage et la préparation de la salle de bains n’étaient pas finalisés : il restait un verre cassé et des produits d’entretien non débarrassés, il manquait du papier toilette. Des serviettes mises à disposition pour la plage auraient été les bienvenues ainsi qu’une bouilloire. À noter : le petit déjeuner doit être commandé par WhatsApp la veille si on a un impératif assez tôt le matin car il n’y a personne sur place. Malgré notre commande, le dernier jour nous avons attendu 1/2h avant d’aller réclamer notre petit déjeuner alors que nous devions partir et … 1/4h plus tard un jeune homme est venu nous demander ce que nous désirions commander…

The view of Mount Agung from the room is beautiful. The garden is beautiful as well. It’s close to a main road but it’s quiet. Ketut and his wife are very nice.

The breakfast was not very tasty. The room is a bit outdated, there was a crack in the wall. The bathroom gets very hot.

Excellent view! Only access to the front door is by bike or walking, so careful if you have luggage.

No staff on site, but could message them on WA.

Superbe logement avec un accueil des plus chaleureux et fleuri. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et arrangeants. J'ai adoré mon séjour là-bas. La vue est magnifique et la douche originale. Le service blanchisserie est parfait et très rapide.

Le petit-déjeuner est un peu cher pour sa qualité.

The room was clean, bedsheets and towels were very fresh. This place is ok if you are going to be out for the whole day and just need a place to sleep.

Rooms downstairs are lacking privacy as everything is visible from the reception deck. So I had to keep my curtains closed all the time which made the room completely dark. There was no toilet paper 🫠 My biggest issue was the water in the sink. It was so stinky that I decided not to use it. One more thing you need to keep in mind especially if you have breathing issues: the place is located next to the ricefield. And local people might be burning the remains of the crops from time and some trash as well. So there will be a lot of smoke and it's hard to breathe.

An amazing, magical place with a view of Mount Agung. Wonderful and flexible hosts who helped us with everything we needed (they did our laundry and arranged transportation for us).

Unfortunately, we have to leave a bad review. We had to change our accommodation as we couldn't sleep there. The room was full of mold and had a very strong smell, even after running the AC for 15 minutes. When we checked in, the windows were open and there was already a slight odor, but we didn't think much of it. However, when we came back after dinner, it was truly unbearable. We quickly decided to change hotels and requested a refund. The owner only responded via WhatsApp, saying we should have informed him sooner. We replied, but never heard back. Very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Het is goed om te weten dat het alleen een los laken is, er zit geen deken in.

Die Organisation für Transporte mit Taxi zu einem fairen Preis war super, auch einfach einen Scooter zu mieten. Die Aussicht auf den Vulkan wurde wenig verbaut - ist aber schön - sofern das Wetter mitspielt.

Habe leider bei der Buchung nicht bemerkt, dass ich ein Zimmer im Parterre reserviert habe. Ein Upgrade zu den schönen, speziell gebauten Zimmern im 1.Stock war nicht möglich - sei über Booking com zu kompliziert und die Zimmer vergeben ( was nicht stimmte) - enttäuschend

I came for the view towards Agung, but unfortunately, some other (ugly) villa was constructed and is now obstructing the view of Agung. Room itself is nice and spacious.

Breakfast they offer is a bit on a pricey side, but there is a very cute cafe just across the road.

Someone from the staff stole 200 dollars from my suitcase in this place. I had 860 hundreds, when I arrived, and I closed the room’s door every day there. I had these dollars for urgent cases and never spent it for my whole trip, and I was in Thailand for 2 months before, and no one stole any of my money there. Only the owner and his staff had extra keys for my room. I was hiding money in my suitcase, and the day I was leaving, there were only 660 hundreds left. The owner didn’t help and said that I probably spent the money and forgot. How can you forget things like that, I have an app and followed my budget weekly. And that was very upsetting, because I prolonged my stay there and paid the owner in cash, because he had asked for it, so he doesn’t pay booking.com commission. and I even had to pay a commission of 3% to get the cash, and was being nice to them. Anyway, it ruined the whole beauty of this place with a great view for me.

Отель с видом на Агунг! Это потрясающе. Но жаль мы попали в сезон дождей и вулкан так и не показался. Цена-качество соответствует. Удобная кровать, подушки и одеяло и никаких орущих петухов в округе - я прекрасно выспалась, для меня это самое главное. На месте предлагается завтрак за 70 тыс.

Поскольку мы были в сезон дождей, на байке, а отель находится среди рисовых полей, дорога к нему не самая удобная - в одном месте это узенькая тропка, дальше немного пошире. В день нашего заселения шел долгий сильный дождь и тропинку затопило, а вся вода с полей стекала через подъезд к тропинке прямо на дорогу. Идти там было очень небезопасно, как и ехать на байке.

Достаточно новое жилье, чисто, прекрасный вид, завтрак, хозяева, предлагаются разного рода активности за дополнительную плату.

Подъехать к дому можно только на байке, во время дождей дорогу затапливает

We had a wonderful stay at Agun Inn Amed. The girls in charge were always kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The place itself is spectacular — peaceful, very clean, and with absolutely stunning views. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy Amed.

La struttura era molto carina, la vista sul vulcano era pazzesca e lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero felici di soggiornare qui.

L'unica nota negativa é che avevamo alcune formiche in camera: vero che la struttura era in mezzo ad un campo coltivato e qualche insetto lo avevamo messo in conto, peró in questo caso con un prodotto ad hoc spruzzato all'ingresso della camera il problema sarebbe stato di minor entità. Davvero un peccato perche senza questo intoppo avrei dato 10 alla struttura!!

Zimmerreinigung: nur auf Rückfrage, es wurde jedoch nur die Mülleimer geleert und das Bett gemacht (kein Boden gewischt oder Bad gesäubert/Handtücher gewechselt) Neue Handtücher gab es, wenn dann, nur auf Rückfrage Frühstück sehr wenig (vor allem die Pancakes), Kaffee dort ungenießbar )gegenüber ist ein gutes Café, dort haben wir dann Kaffee geholt Personal war gefühlt nie vor Ort bzw. wenn, waren sie auch nicht zuvorkommend In Amed ist es schwer, einen Grabfahrer zu bekommen Kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer; im Kühlschrank gibt es nur Bier. Kein Wasserkocher etc

Nice comfortable rooms and view

The only way to communicate with the staff is through whatsapp, noone to be found when you need them and answers in whatsapp take time: one day we woke up without water,we had to run downstairs try to shout to find someone to help us and fix it, one afternoon we arrive and wifi was not working, nooone helped us, when finally answered our whatsapp they said they were aware and that they didnt know when it will be back, nobody warned us in advance. You need to order breakfast on whatsapp and schedule a time the night before, no water or any kind of amentity like handsoap in the room, only towels.in general you feel “abandoned” to your own luck in a hotel with no much arround but a main road. At night you hear everything cracking and all the noises of the main road, otherwise when i fell asleep it was very comfortable and colud sleep the whole night without waking up.

The room was clean, view from the property was lovely, breakfast was nice and the owner was very helpful - especially when arranging a birthday cake for my partner. The property is a bit further from the restaurants but that is a sacrifice if you want a nice view, still easily accessible by moped!

The shower looked nice but it wasn’t very practical.

Initially we booked one of the rooms upstairs which at the end wasn’t for us but luckily we could change to a room on the ground floor. The room is simply furnished but functional and spacious. The location is close to a few nice cafes and restaurants and a short walk from the beach, while still being within the green. It comes with a great view on the jungle and mountains. Additionally, there is an excellent laundry service: affordable prices, delivery within the same day, clothes dried by the sun and nicely smelling and folded.

The only accepted form of payment is cash, which can be difficult if the stay is for a longer time, considering the limits and fees of withdrawing cash from a local ATM. On a surface level the room was clean but a deep cleaning would be required once in a while. For example, we found dust and empty bottles under the bed. Those are easy things to fix.

The room is very clean with all the essentials. The view from the balcony was incredible. The owners were very sweet and responsive. Breakfast was delicious. The owners hooked us up with scooter rentals, which made transport around town very easy.

Потрясающий вид на вулкан Агунг прямо из номера. Для нас расположение было отличным, пешком можно быстро дойти до моря минут за 15, а если приезжать на байке, как это сделали мы, то доехать можно куда угодно за минуты. Останавливались тут на ночь, чтобы посетить смотровую с видом на Агунг на закате, а на следующий день вернуться в Убуд, по пути посетив еще несколько достопримечательностей. Но смело можно оставаться и на несколько дней. Комфортная кровать, удобная ванная комната. Завтрак подают прямо к номеру, можно есть и наслаждаться видом на вулкан.

Не минус, больше для информации. Вокруг есть рисовые поля, а это означает наличие комаров и разных насекомых, так что заранее запаситесь репеллентом, если планируете сидеть на улице, на балконе. Купить можно в магазине неподалеку, да и всегда полезно иметь его при себе на о. Бали.

The view from my balcony looked across to Mt Agung. It was stunning. I also love that it was a 5 minute walk to watch the sunrise at the beach. One of my favourite things to do in Amed. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, although the Wi-Fi never really worked while I was there. There was also a power outage while I was there which was a little annoying, but I think it was for part of the town as well The owner is very accommodating and supportive for whatever you need which made the experience wonderful. I also did my laundry there and they were amazing . Such a great service.

The pathway to the hotel is not paved and has big rocks which were tripping hazard often. The pathway was also very dark to come home on at night.

De kamer was prima en erg behulpzaam personeel.

Wat een fijne, het licht dicht bij het "centrum" 3 min met de scooter. Dit maakt dat als je"thuis" komt echt wel even weg bent van de drukte. De kamer was echt super schoon en een fijn bed om in te slapen. De eigenaren en de mensen die er werken zijn vriendelijk en willen je graag helpen. Ontbijt was prima en je mocht aangeven wanneer je wilde eten, dan kon je dit bij je eigen plek opeten. Er staat ook een koelkastje in je kamer en er is een lekker zeep en shampoo tot je beschikking. De was (kleren) service is ook goed, dat doen ze op de plek zelf met een eigen wasmachine. Echt een fijne plek, wij hebben genoten van Agung inn Amed en van Amed zelf :-)

Helemaal niets! Misschien was het fijn geweest als je een klein waterkokertje tot je beschikking hebt. Die zagen we niet, hebben we overigens ook niet gevraagd.

Emplacement incroyable, la vue sur le mont Agung est magnifique. Chambre et salle de bain au top. La plage est accessible à pied, des restaurants et un super bon café aussi. Les hôtes sont adorables et hyper réactifs si on a une demande. On s’y est senti tellement bien qu’on a prolongé notre voyage…

老闆不誠實，我們訂了兩個房間，入住當天抵達時，才告知今天其中一位沒有房間，因為他超賣，這種情況根本不應該發生，更不應該沒有事先告知等你到了才讓你知道，而你的訂單早就已經不能免費取消。後來在Google map評價上看到有其他也遇到一樣的事情，所以這老闆就是常常這樣，千萬要避開這裡。 另外，如果需要機場接送或包車服務也不要找他們，因為機場接送他報價給我750,000IDR，但後來我自己找到其他的公司只要600,000，附近到處都有包車公司。 其中有兩晚晚上睡到半夜，屋頂傳來非常大聲的聲音，很可怕，感覺有東西會從屋頂上掉下來，半夜跟老闆反應也沒人可以來查看，隔天老闆竟然說應該是老鼠，天啊，超級可怕又噁心，老闆顯然早就知道有老鼠但他沒有要處理跟解決的意思。 早餐也不要浪費錢在這裡吃，不好吃，附近的咖啡廳早餐都比這裡豐盛便宜。 如果你是帶行李箱旅行，這裡完全不適合你，因為從馬路要走進去的路完全無法拉行李箱，你抵達後只會後悔住在這裡。 總之，Amed 有非常非常多比這裡便宜品質又好的住宿，真的不要花錢在這裡，非常差的住宿經驗，希望不要再有人受騙

Très belle vue sur le mont Agung avec petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse. Lit confortable, chambre conforme aux photos. A 10 min à pied d’amed beach, des restos à 3 min à pied de l’hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et qui propose certains services ( locations matériel snorkeling, taxi) mais parfois des difficultés de compréhension en anglais

Insonorisation mais comme un peu partout à Bali , nous avions une chambre au premier étage et avec la forme du toit lorsqu’il pleut beaucoup ça fait pas mal de bruit sur la toiture, ce qui ne doit pas être le cas pour les chambres du rez de chaussée.

Alles beviel goed. Het enige wat we jammer vonden is dat we in eerste instantie een scooter huurden via de eigenaren. Deze bleek in veel opzichten kapot en versleten, maar hij vroeg er wel een relatief hoog bedrag voor (100k per dag voor een oude Scoopy). Toen we aankaartten dat er allerlei dingen kapot waren, werd hier niks aan gedaan. Daarom meteen besloten hem niet meer te huren en ergens anders een scooter te huren (nieuwe scooter voor 60k per dag, waar we wel heel blij mee waren).

Beautiful stay onlooking Mount Agung. Amazing, clean room and great breakfast each day. Ketut was great and very helpful - arranged transport pick up from Padang Bai. Is a bit further from the town centre but doesn’t take too long to walk! (10 mins)

Les gens étaient serviable la chambre était très bien comme sur les photos avec des attentions en plus. Je recommande vivement.

Il faut prévoir un moyen de transport pour aller sur les plages car elles sont loins, nous avons marché 40min mais il n'y a pas de trottoirs donc ça peut être compliqué parfois.

The rooms were clean and very quiet . The upstairs rooms have a nice wooden feel, its feel like being in your own personal hut facing towards the amazing Mt Agung Beds were comfortable , and the A/C worked well. Friendly hotel staffed would check with me and gave the room a clean every second day . You can purchase breakfast from the host , and have it on your balcony facing the mountain

Bivanje v nastanitvi Agung Inn je bilo vec kot odlicno. Sobe ciste. Pogled na goro. Vse blizu in dostopno. Osebje neverjetno prijazno in ustrezljivo. Na voljo tudi pranje perila , taxi sluzba ter mnogo vec. Resnicno priporocam obisk.

We had an incredible stay at The Agung Inn. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed at a very reasonable price. Anytime we wanted to book an activity, they arranged it seamlessly for us. The breakfast was delicious, and as a bonus, we enjoyed breathtaking mountain views. If we ever return to Amed, there's no question—we know exactly where to stay!

ruhige schöne Lage im Grünen mit tollem Ausblick auf Mount Agung, wenn das Wetter mitspielt. geräumiges und gepflegtes Zimmer mit genug Stauraum für Gepäck und Klamotten. WLAN für die Verhältnisse sehr gut. Personal super freundlich.

man braucht schon einen Roller um in das Zentrum von Amed zu gelangen. - Bei warmen Tagen wurde das Bad sehr warm.

Accoglienza ottima e staff molto cordiale e amichevole. La stanza è davvero comoda ed è stato un piacere soggiornare per quasi una settimana, ottima anche la colazione! Posizione molto tranquilla, meglio se siete dotati di motorino per spostarvi.

Mi sarebbe piaciuta un'area in cui poter socializzare con gli altri ospiti ma la struttura non è pensata per questo. Tornerò in compagnia :)

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Agung Inn verbracht und waren total begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist modern und sauber. Die Aussicht werden wir nie vergessen. Wir wurden unfassbar liebevoll empfangen und wurden rundum betreut. Auch Autofahrten und Massagen konnten über Familienmitglieder der Gastgeber organisiert werden. Das Frühstück ist gut. Auch konnten wir unsere Wäsche waschen lassen und einen Roller ausleihen.

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Aussicht, allerdings muss man zum Strand eine Hauptstraße langlaufen. Da wir allerdings einen Roller hatten, war dies überhaupt kein Problem!

Putu und ihre Mitarbeitenden sind engagiert, sie leitet die Unterkunft liebenswert. Die Zimmer sind neu, sauber und gemütlich, ich war unter dem Holzdach. Die Aussicht auf den Mount Agung ist einfach schön, für die zentrale Lage ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Frühstücksmöglichkeit und Wäscheservice gibt’s auch. Klagen auf hohem Niveau, aber das Bett mit Topper ist mir etwas weich - andere finden genau das vermutlich traumhaft :)
