入住家庭房浴室真的可以在加一個玻璃門不然洗澡水算強要注意水噴出去滑梯後面建議可以用個繩網以防小孩不小心往後倒

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026家庭房內的球池很大，空間也很大，兩個小朋友玩的很開心。 下樓就是羅東夜市，不用擔心停車也不用擔心走累了還要經過很久才能回飯店的旅程，超級贊👍🏻 樓下有24H的屈臣氏。不遠的地方也有便利商店，很方便。停車場🅿️也離得很近，甚至還有補貼210元的停車費用，超級無敵佛心的贊。家庭房才2200，這絕對是宜蘭首選的住宿！
也許是老舊大樓的關係，床頭沒有插座，手機要充電很不方便。 浴室內沒有門，洗澡時水都會噴到外面去。 我最介意的是馬桶內蓋的尿漬真的太多太明顯了。

房間就是非常普通.桌子會搖晃.床板也老舊會發出聲音.整潔上也是有待加強.還有隔音非常差.會早睡的家庭需要三思.

升級大間的雙人房，結果跟我們之前住的一般雙人房一樣..打電話跟員工說她只回覆說沙發依照房間類型有單人沙發，訂房的照片是大沙發+大桌子，她給我們的就是單人沙發+小桌子，那就跟我們前幾次住沒有升級的一樣啊。不懂升級的意義在哪🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️而且平日也沒人都已經打電話抱怨了還不幫我們換房間，原本沒有這麼氣…講完電話火都來了！ 然後床太軟了..睡起來腰酸背痛的。

沒有自己的停車場 是跟旁邊的停車場合作 在夜市營業時間根本沒車位 報到機器只有一台 人多要等很久而且沒有冷氣很熱 報到機台還一直出問題 床頭櫃都是灰塵 床睡起來會發癢 而且太軟

廁所是拉門形式，建議張貼一下注意公告 已提醒小朋友 雖然是家庭房， 但建議廁所加上內部栓子（廁所沒有內鎖） 其他都非常好
