The owner was very helpful and organised island tours for us the room was clean and tidy and great value for money

No power in the room from 4am till 12pm but was informed on arrival but it wasn't a problem

The staff was so nice and let us cook in the kitchen, the location is right next to the beach, and the room was comfortable and clean. Very good value for the price!

It's a family's house so a lot of people live there, more like an inn feeling and not a hotel, so just make sure that you're ok with that:) also the electricity goes of for about half of the day but it's like that in the while town.

The most memorable staying for us. Such a lovely family run guest house. Best people and best atmosphere. Clean, 50m to the beach, owner always happy to help with everything. See you soon defo. Miss you already.

Ce logement méritait de base un 10/10 mais déjà : - beaucoup de coupures d’eau et de courant (pas de leur faute, mais à savoir) - un mois après, on a reçu un message de booking comme quoi l’établissement ne nous avait pas accueillis, et on devait donc leur payer des frais de non présentation. Sauf qu’on a bien été là et qu’on a payé donc tentative d’arnaque ou mauvaise manœuvre?…

The staff were friendly

Rooms were very small and the bathroom was less than ideal with the shower being over the toilet. During our stay there was a scheduled power outage which we were not made aware of. Which meant that we had no air con all night and no water - as a result we had to shorten our trip in Port Barton.

We were given a room on the ground floor where everyone was smoking and the cigarette smell went straight into the room. The room was as damp as a cellar - we were glad we only spent one night there.

La situation de l'hôtel, un peu à l'écart sans être trop loin, proche de la plage et des massages. La laundry juste à côté pour faire laver son linge, très pratique. On a adoré Port Barton.

L'hôtel ressemble à un grand bazar, la propriétaire faisait livraison et stockage de marchandise, il y en avait partout. La chambre était trop petite pour le 3e lit, ça n'était pas confortable. Il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner.

Personnel trés sympatique, proximité de tout ville/plage, possibilité de lessives faites sur place, petit déjeuner délicieux

Nous avions réservé la chambre avec balcon que nous n'avons pas eu le 1er jour mais proposée pour le lendemain mais nous l'avons refusé car pas envie de redéplacer nos bagages

Le propriétaire a essayé de nous refiler une chambre différente de celle réservée.

They show a room whit air-conditioning but if you want to use it it's 500 peso more and they only tell you after you book so for me it's a scam I don't like that.just put the correct price in.so i canceled my stay there and lost money for nothing and booking.com does nothing for you to.

Relativement bruyant malgré le couvre feu imposé. Les murs sont tellement fins qu’on a l’impression que les voisins de chambre vivent avec nous. Sûrement aussi à cause des travaux sur la parcelle d’en face?

Nos hemos sentido muy bien cuidados durante nuestra estancia en casa de Juliefe y su familia. Ella es muy servicial y facilitadora tanto en la llegada como en todo momento, ayudando incluso en la organización de actividades y cualquier asistencia que necesites. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, con toallas y sábanas de muy buena calidad y un olor delicioso. La casa cuenta con un jardín muy bonito donde sentarse a descansar, y está llena de muchísimos detalles como juegos, proyector con Netflix y más que reflejan el mimo con el que preparan todo para los huéspedes. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos pasos de la playa. ¡Recomendadísimo!

The room is much smaller in real life - I don’t think you could fit more than two people in the family room. The drinkable water probably wasn’t drinkable. They don’t actually have a restaurant on site you have to order from two doors down. Very strong smell of fish in the mornings & loud.

The property is in an excellent location, the staff were lovely and friendly. They had a huge range of games to play during your stay which was fun.

We didn’t have hot water in our shower. They did allow us to shower in another unused room so it was fine but a little inconvenient.

Would recommend staying here for anyone in Port Barton, accommodation was great and hosts were so lovely!

we stayed 2 nights, I wish it be more, everything was super, lady Minda is very kind, friendly and helpful person, they have 6 rooms ( 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor), all rooms are renovated, not big, but very cozy, useful, clean, well maintained, bathroom is small, but there is a almost unlimited hot water, and showers are renovated (not old and broken as in some other hotel here), wi-fi is strong, and LTE in the area is also pretty good, free coffee, free water from the mountain, best attitude we met here, they also set our transfer from and to Puerto Princessa for good prices! Thank you Aquarius! Keep going as well as you did!

Great location and lovely host. Can help with many activities. Recommend booking the boat tour through the accommodation if you are going to do one they are great and gave us a fab day out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aquarius. The hotel offers everything you need - clean rooms, great location and very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us in scooter rental and in booking our trip El Nido. We recommend staying at Aquarius for everyone.

The WiFi signal in our room was very weak so we had to go to the reception area if we wanted to use the Internet.

I loved the location, the cleanliness, and how pleasant it was to enter. The service was warm and generous!

If you're looking for a super budget-friendly location with the immediate facilities required, then this is the place to be! Cute and homey, huge room space, great mattress (years of my back pain GONE!), clean space, good shower. The team were EXCEPTIONAL; highly professional and really good at maintenance and availability. 100% would come back! Thank you Ate Juli (regards to your Mama!) and your team. I hope to come back again soon!

Not the fault of the property or even the village! But if only the government would put more money into the area to improve the area even a bit (specifically plumbing and maybe the road, especially when it rains), then it'd be great. Only saying this because non flushing TP is expected here. But it's everywhere here.

The people were great, a proper community vibe with a beach that was lovely. I watched the kids play basketball each evening while snacking on street food.

I didn't like leaving because I should have stayed in Port Barton longer.

The street is unpaved and couldn't use the pram to move my baby. They don't have restaurant either.

Best stay in our Philippines trip - very clean, best location, a lot of amenities, cheap cold beer, cold drinking water for free, very good showers - warm, good water pressure, AC and fan available in the rooms. Juliefe and her family are very welcoming and helpful.

Really friendly and accommodating owners. The room was a great size and very clean and comfortable. There was someone on hand 24/7 for any issues or for arranging tours, accommodation or laundry.

The shower pressure isn't great and if there isn't sun then you won't get hot water. The wifi can also be a little patchy. The location is a short walk from the main restaurants and bars but can get a bit muddy so would advise taking a tuktuk.

It’s a basic but clean option, just a block from the beach. Our room was small but comfortable and had both a fan and air-con (at certain hours). Most importantly, the staff were different level nice - can’t thank them enough for everything!

We had the best stay at this gem in Port Barton! The staff are so friendly,kind and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean with hot water and air conditioning. They have lots of extra things that you can use like a kayak and the staff are always very helpful booking tours and transportation!

Helpful and interesting hosts made the stay enjoyable. A place where community can develop.

The owners were lovely and chatty!! When you walk in there’s lovely furniture you can chill in, plus loads of games. We played basketball and some of the kids joined In too, there’s also a dart board which was fun. The cleanliness of the room is fab, we walked in and it smelt lovely and fresh! We would stay here again:)

Muddy road in front, nothing too memorable.

The owner was really welcoming. We felt really safe and looked after during our trip. What I really appreciated was the break out spaces on the property. Comfortable chairs, a basketball ring, games and more. Plus it's next door to a fantastic restaurant.

Julief and her mother were very attentive, kind and helpful. The location is very good, we had plenty of water and coffee. There was an outside space to dry clothes. The shower is very good. We loved the kayak.

The power went out and we spent approximately 2 hours in the dark with no ventilation in the rooms. There was only light outside. Although it was a problem that was out of our control, I must admit that it was a little scary.

We had a great stay at Aquarius. The lady that ran it was really kind and even gave us an extra room because she had space and we were a family of 4. She was also very understanding about the delay in our payment.

Great location within Port Barton, very friendly and helpful staff. Free cold drinking water was appreciated too. We could use AC for no extra cost (despite only booking a fan room).

The walls were extremely thin, any noises from outside or other rooms could be heard.

Had a great stay here! Rooms were really clean, and the staff, especially the front desk personnel, were super helpful—always happy to assist and share local info. Having Netflix was a nice touch for relaxing, and the vibe was really laid-back. Being close to the airport was handy too. Would definitely recommend!

I loved the hotel owner! They were really lovely and nice! I like that they use solar cells on the roofs and offers aircon with a surcharge.

Sometimes the shower was not working.. but after telling, it worked within 10 minutes :) for three adults the room were a bit small.

The owners! They were so kind and let us stayed for longer in the room the check-out day! Also they recommended us things to do around and always helped us with all the bookings for tours and stuff.

The only point to improve is that the AC made some weird sounds during the day while it was on :(
