Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The room was fine, the location was near the train station. You can walk to the night market. The facilities look new compared to the building exterior.
Nothing in particular, but for families with children, the baccarat and health centre below may not exactly be family oriented.

有提供早餐但品項較少，如果浴室有架子能放衣服會更好

Reviewed May 17, 2026The breakfast was good, offering a variety of traditional Taiwanese dishes with a healthy balance of protein and vegetables. The porridge was also prepared just right. Overall, the staff were friendly, and the beds were clean and comfortable to sleep in. The location is very convenient, as it is situated near the Luodong train station.
It would be better if they hot food were provided, as only a cold meals were served during my stays.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026小巧溫馨的旅店，四人房的空間雖然稍微緊湊，但整體住宿感受相當不錯。特別是早餐讓人留下深刻印象，成了旅程中的小驚喜。唯一的小缺點是停車地點稍遠，不過櫃檯人員親切貼心，整體仍讓人覺得值得再次回訪。

Reviewed Nov 14, 20251. 離火車站、羅東夜市不遠，地點方便 2. 床很舒服，不會太軟也不會太硬 3. 空間明亮且乾淨，電視蠻大的，房內設備、浴室設備還算新 4. 晚班的櫃台人員態度不錯，幫我們換新毛巾、浴巾
中午出門前，至櫃台通知要麻煩打掃房間(房內沒有提供「請整理」的掛牌，必須自己到櫃檯通知)。然而，到櫃檯後卻沒看到人，原來員工趴著睡著了(一大早的?)，我們把她叫醒後和她說某某房間要房務整理，她睡眼惺忪地說了好後，似乎又趴下繼續睡。頓時對這名員工充滿不信任感，感覺她一定不會記得要通知房務。果然晚上回房間後是沒有打掃過的狀態！於是我們拿著用過的浴巾到櫃檯換取新的，幸好晚班的櫃台態度比較積極。 隔天中午退房後，我們要寄放行李，這名員工說好喔放後面就可以，然後就繼續坐在位子上，我們還要自己走進她們員工的工作櫃台裡放行李？？？如果本來就有規劃一區行李區，那旅客自己放行李很正常，但明明他們放行李的地方是員工區，怎麼會要旅客自己走進去放？傍晚來取行李時的晚班人員很客氣地主動幫我們把行李拿了出來，這不就代表旅店其實沒規定客人要自己拿行李，根本是早班那位工作人員懶得動而已？ 真的第一次對飯店櫃台感到如此不爽！ (僅針對早班那位員工) 其他問題還有： 1. 一進房就聞到一股潮濕的味道，不太舒服 2. 床邊的兩盞檯燈第一天晚上打不開，第二天晚上卻打的開，可能品質不穩定? 3. 房內的網路很差，明明連上旅店的wifi卻依然沒網路，自己的手機網路在房內也訊號不好 4. 訊號差到連電視畫面都轉不出來、當機，反覆重開了幾次電視
