地下停車場，有車不遵守行車方向，從入口出，影響到從出口閘道出去的車輛，鐵捲門因已感應有車離開而關閉，害車上卡在坡道處很危險⚠️坡道陡，車子必須後退到平一點的位置才行下車重新感應，真糟糕！很危險⚠️管制措施不良！

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025冷氣會一直滴水，床墊及枕頭太軟睡不舒服、床尾木板高於床墊又床墊太軟所以造成了坐或躺會時常撞到木板.桌子太小張.另外椅子只提供蹲坐式椅子.沒提供可靠背椅子很不舒服.本店未提供櫃枱服務人員服務及提供點心及茶飲.報到及退房都要到另外總店才有櫃台服務，而櫃台服務也不是24小時服務.讓旅客我很不方便.另外發票只能開紙本發票,不能刷條碼存戴具雲端內.不重視客人權益.

兒童房清潔度到處都是頭髮及溜滑梯破損，還有地下停車位感應故障響整晚，真的是五天四夜旅行有三天都是無法夜間休息。

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025寵物有點生病，本來是沒打算要帶她來，要找人照顧，但是看到多愛這邊其實是可以帶寵物的，雖然會加一筆錢，但是他會給一些寵物用品，雖然他沒有問是帶的什麼寵物🤣，所以我帶倉鼠他給的狗盆，但畢竟是寵物清潔費，能帶寵物的旅館真的也不多🥹，雖然有些老舊，但還是可以的～～～
地板有一些有軟塌～所以走路的嘎吱聲有點大！還好伴侶很會睡叫不醒🤣還是希望整改～
