Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ochotná paní recepční,se vším poradí a pomůže. Kuchyně výborná, polévka, hlavní jídlo, dezert nemají chybu. Plzeňské pivo, káva a hlavně obsluha restaurace úžasná. Pokoje čisté a upravené. I přes nepřízeň počasí se nám pobyt líbil a rádi přijedeme zas.
Není co vytknout.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Velkým plusem je v tomto hotelu český personál, který byl po celou dobu pobytu velmi vstřícný a ochotný se vším poradit. Také lokalita hotelu je skvělá a s výhledem na hory. Dostatečné snídaně a servírované tříchodové večeře. Rádi se sem zase vrátíme.
Nepohodlné matrace a polštáře.

Meget hårde senge, og personlig betjening i receptionen! Ved ankomst og indenfor receptionstiden! Hvor der står åben fra kl.15:00 til 20:00 Morgenmaden er meget ensformigt og juicen var tyd! Muligvis tyndet med vand! Morgen bollerne var de samme hvide boller! Sikkert de billigste! Som lige var blevet varmet i ovnen!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Wir waren 11 Nächte als Familie zu Gast. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich ist es kein 5 Sterne Hotel (es hat drei Sterne), aber das wussten wir ja. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend und das Abendessen war sehr gut. Es hat uns allen Vieren sehr gut geschmeckt (leider bis auf den Kaffee, hier sollte noch einmal nach justiert werden). Das Personal war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, aber ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon mit Bergblick, was sehr schön war. Die Sauna war ohne Kompromisse jeden Abend geöffnet (das hatten wir schon anders erlebt). Die Kinder hatten Möglichkeit Tischtennis oder Federball zu spielen. Die Ausrüstung dazu war im Hotel vorhanden. Man kann zentral vom Hotel viele Ausflüge starten (z.B. der Dachstein ist 10 Minuten entfernt). Die Dachstein Schladming Card wird vom Hotel gestellt, somit können viele Lifte und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten kostenlos genutzt werden. Alles in allem für uns ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit viel Wandern und Ausspannen. Wer nicht jeden Sprung in der Kachel zählt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The location is simply amazing, super beautiful. We were only two but got to stay in a family room in a last-minute booking and everything went great. We loved the space, which was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is also a great plus for peaceful moments. The summercard is also a great thing about this hotel. Staff was nice and super efficient during check-in and check-out.
The breakfast could be more diverse, especially in terms of fruit and vegetable/vegan options. Heads up about the summer card: the flyer you find in the bedroom is not up to date as we went, for example, to the Rittisberg park and the FlyLine and Rollercoaster, which were marked as included, were not covered - nevertheless, it was a great plus to have it to find these nice activities to do while we were there.

Snídaně méně pestrá, večeře bez výběru (možnost vegetariánské). Vše ale dostačující i chuťově. Ochotný personál se ale snažil vyjít vstříc.

Die Atmosphäre hat mich eher an den Schikurs zu Schulzeiten erinnert, deshalb denke ich, dass das Hotel mehr für Wintersportler ausgerichtet ist. Empfang und Verabschiedung war sehr unpersönlich, gerade ein "Hallo" und "Aufwiedersehen".

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Прекрасный персонал, вытягивает весь отель. На ресепшене очень приятная девушка, выше всех похвал. Нам помогла даже забронировать подьемник, много рассказала и объяснила. Не смотря на наше не идеальное знание языков, нас понимали и помогали. Также из номеров отличный вид на горы или долину, есть балкон и площадка на улице, парковка.
Отсутствие холодильника в номере, и вообще в отеле, мыло было в не рабочем состоянии, шампуня не было. Завтрак скудный и однообразный, ужин (был плупансион) скорее всего богемской кухни, в первый день мы толком не поели, было не вкусно, второй день лучше. Напитки за ужином за дополнительную плату, по завышенной цене, и об этом не предупредили заранее.

Breakfast could be better ;) I miss whole grain bread, something more than just eggs and scrambled eggs. As far as we travel, this is the first time I’ve seen a pancake already cut into 4 pieces :))

Die Unterkunft ist so toll gelegen, war spitzenmäßig sauber und einfach toll. Für die Kinder gab es viel zu entdecken.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Hotel je český - český majitel, recepční, provozní, pokojská :) Ubytování bylo čisté a pěkné. Milý byl i personál, který byl připraven kdykoli pomoct. Dětem se moc líbilo hřiště i vozový park, který měli k dispozici (odrážela, šlapadla). Velkou výhodou byla Sommer Card, kterou dostanete k ubytování.
Jídlo. Snídaně byla průměrná. Nečekejte bohatý bufet, schwarzwaldské šunky nebo ochutnání místních potravin. Připlatili jsme si za polopenzi, polévka byla vždy přesolená, druhé jídlo i dezert super.

No Elevator – The property does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for guests traveling with luggage or young children. Staff Attitude – Unfortunately, we did not feel welcomed by the staff. During breakfast, we noticed a clear difference in the way they interacted with guests. For example, they were very friendly and attentive toward a British couple seated nearby, while their interactions with us felt noticeably less pleasant and welcoming. This left us with an uncomfortable impression. Limited Breakfast Options – The breakfast selection was quite basic. A large portion of the available items consisted of ham and pork-based products. While this may suit many guests, those following dietary requirements such as halal or kosher diets may find the choices rather limited. Additional Charges for Children – We were charged an extra €70 for our 6-year-old and 8-year-old children, despite the room already having more than enough beds to accommodate our family comfortably. We found this charge excessive and not reflective of the actual room occupancy.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Pobyt i celý hotel se nám skutečně líbíl. Pokoje čisté, snídaně vydatné, všeho bylo dost a v průběhu snídaní doplňováno. Večeře chutné i s polévkou a malou sladkou teckou nakonec, jako např. štrůdl. Jistá výhoda je, že osazenstvo hotelu mluví česky. Ještě bych bych rád pochválil číšníka srandistu, nejednou jsme se zasmáli a dobře se o nás staral. Tento hotel rozhodně dopučujeme. Děkujeme a navidenou.
Nic zásadního jsem neshledal.

Das Frühstück war mir etwas zu spät mit 7:30. War aber selbst schuld, wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil, hatte nur die Dachsteinbahn sehr zeitnah gebucht.

2 Dreibettzimmer gebucht, nur eines erhalten. Das Doppelzimmer hatte eine durchsichtige Glastür und dies direkt neben dem Bett und war so klein, das es nicht komfortabel ist. Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Wir waren für 1 Nacht hier weil wir in Schladming beim Summer Open Air waren. Der Online Check in funktionierte einwandfrei, die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr höflich und bemüht. Wir erhielten sogar noch die Sommer Card damit wir die Öffis kostenlos nutzen konnten. Bushaltestelle war 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt direkt nach Schladming, also super Lage. Tolle Aussicht, ruhige Zimmer und sehr sauber. Frühstück war lecker und eine standard Auswahl, jedoch fehlte es an ein paar warmen Speisen (meiner Meinung)
Die Betten waren leider so hart wie ein Brett, Komfort ist hier leider sehr schlecht. Das Hotel ist generell schon älter, dies merkt man an der Zimmerausstattung. (Teppichboden, usw.)

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Perfeito. Da atenção, educação do proprietário às instalações e limpeza. Recepção sem reparos. Beleza do entorno. Facilidade de acesso e estacionamento gratuito e amplo. Nenhum risco de ficar sem vaga. Quarto e banho amplos e confortáveis. E limpeza impecável. A varanda é deliciosa e o restaurante com vista magnífica e boa comida e em conta. Tranquilidade. Se ficar nos fundos, melhor. Com a varanda a vista consegue ser mais magnífica do que na frente. Indicamos, voltaremos e recomendamos. Vale a pena.
Um elevador faz falta, mas nada que possa ser suprido com uma bagagem menor com o essencial. Faltou o segundo travesseiro solicitado.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stierer and truly enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent, offering beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and we slept well throughout our stay. What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff, who were welcoming and made us feel at home. Overall, it was one of the highlights of our trip, and we would happily stay here again.
There were a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bathtub did not have a shower curtain or proper enclosure, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor while showering. There was also no shower gel provided initially, and we had to request it from the staff. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing for a 3-star hotel. The selection was exactly the same on both days, with very limited variety. On the second morning, when we arrived around 8:45 AM, many items were already empty and were not replenished promptly, leaving us with fewer options. While these issues did not ruin our stay, they were below our expectations considering the otherwise excellent experience.

Das Frühstück leider am unteren Ende der Qualitätsskala. Kaum Auswahl und Überwachungskamera im Frühstücksraum. Alles mit Catering geliefert, Brot leider nie frisch, Obstsalat aus der Dose und nicht gut.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Ik kwam ‘s avonds laat aan met een rescue hond uit noord Macedonië en wij zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen. De hond mocht mee met het ontbijt ( wel in een aparte zaal) maar wat fijn! Ontbijt was ruim voldoende ☺️ Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!
