Das Frühstück war in Buffetform. Es war alles wirklich super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Rührei und Spiegeleier mit Speck wurden immer wieder nachgefüllt. Kostenlose Nutzung Tiefgarage. Abendessen 5 - Gänge Menu. Meißtens 3 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl, zusätzlich 1 vegetarisch. Außerdem zusätzliche Auswahl an Gerichten für Kinder.

Das Frühstücksbuffet startet um 7.30 Uhr. Für manche, die früh starten wollen oder auch ihre Heimreise antreten müssen, wäre vielleicht eine halbe Stunde früher ganz nett.

The hotel closed its doors at 22.00 we had a very difficult time getting into the hotel. The staff doesn't stress that it closes and how to get back in

Heerlijke kamers met comfortabele bedden. Heerlijk eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Geweldige fasciliteiten zoals zwembad, sauna, gratis fiets te leen. Fantastische plek met schitterend uitzicht.

Klein minpuntje: nergens in het hotel is airco. Wij waren er op zeer warme dagen waardoor de kamers, maar ook het restaurant erg warm was.

Das Frühstück war gut, das 5-Gänge Menü am Abend war hervorragend. Das Personal war hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Indoor Pool und die textilfreie Wellness Saunalandschaft waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles und feines Essen und Wellnessbereich, Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Dazu tolle zentrale Lage gerne wieder mal.

Das Hotel ist sehr familiär und alle sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen war super lecker!! Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war herrlich! Betten waren bequem. Super gute Massage bei einer sehr freundlichen jungen Dame. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Sauna war im Keller und man konnte zwischendurch nicht an die frische Luft. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Locatie, personeel, service, welness, eten, allemaal beviel heel goed. de kamers zijn misschien niet de meest moderne, alles er rond is toch echt een top hotel. Personeel kei vriendelijk, het eten is tot in de puntjes uitgewerkt. wij vonden het TOP.

Das Frühstuck war sehr abwechslungsreich und Personal sehr nett. Die Lage war auch sehr gut nicht weit vom Skigebiet. Skibus praktisch vor dem Hotel.

Rigtig lækkert hotel i østrigsk stil. Super lækker aftensmad og morgenmad med stort udvalg. Lækre wellnes faciliteter.

Wir waren jetzt das 2 mal im Hotel und können uns nur für einen tollen Urlaub beim ganzen Team bedanken.

Schwierig, das wäre jammern auf hohem Niveau

Frühstück war sehr gut, was die Auswahl betrifft. Wurst, Käse, Früchte, Getränke und, Joghurt ect., alles top. Marmelade, Honig, Brötchen, verschiedene frische Brotsorten.....da ist noch Luft nach oben. Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Exzellente Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Abendessen war immer mit sehr guter Qualität und abwechslungsreich.

Badewannenbelag war vor unserer Anreise schon beschädigt( Rost). Rezeption wurde informiert. Teppichboden sollte teilweise in den Zimmern erneuert werden. Viele Zimmer noch mit Badewanne und Spritzschutz anstelle komplette Duschkabine. speziell für ältere Personen nicht sonderlich geeignet. (Abrutschgefahr)

Staff were amazing, and everyone was so helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Food was very fulfilling and extremely tasty. Facilities were exactly as shown. Area was quiet and peaceful. Local transport is just a 5 minute walk making the rest of the area accessible.

Freundliches Personal, super Wellness Bereich. Das Abend Menü war sehr ausreichend, vielfältig und lecker. Großes lob an die Küche.

Leider war der Wellness/ Spa Bereich täglich stark zeitlich begrenzt. Die Nutzung war somit leider nicht ausreichend möglich. Was nichts mehr zu einer erneuten Reservierung führen wird. Das Buffet zum Frühstück war sehr sparsam und nichts besonderes für ein 4 Sterne Haus. Grundsätzlich war alles vorhanden.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I've spent eight days with my wife there. There are lot of hikes to be done in the area, and you can relax and enjoy the swimming pool and the sauna. We had breakfast and dinner included, and they were both very good

Nice and cozy hotel with really delicious cousine Good location close to the Zillertal, Tux, Mayrhofen gondolas.

The great location, services, and swimming pool are remarkable. The breakfast buffet and dinner are well proportionate to the level of the structure.

Kindness of the staff is good even if it could be improved as 4-star hotel.

Very clean room. The breakfast was really good, while the dinner was OK. A lot of food, but weird combinations (eg. steak with strawberries & melon ). The SPA area had a lot of space

The rooms need renovation, for this price I believe there are nicer options out there.

The hotel is very cozy, lovely, beautiful and clean. The personal is very attentive and helpful. Great sauna and food. The village Hippach is small and beautiful. Close to ski area. Highly recommend the hotel for vacation either alone or with family/friends

Very friendly and helpful staff, switched my room to suit my length regarding the bed! Nice swimming pool with very good showers. Half board included a 6-course diner and an excellent breakfast! They also will mail your postcards for you. I was here as a stopover, and was actually sorry to leave. Would have liked to stay longer. The bed was very good.

Some sound travels through the walls since a lot of wood is used in the construction but not too bad.

The junior suite rooms are very spacious Location is perfect, walking distance to train station and 5min drive from mayrhofen Spa facilities are really great, large pool, saunas, all perfect Facials and massages on offer are great Beautiful area Food was exceptional

This is NOT a no smoking property as advertised. There are ashtrays on the balconies. There is no airconditioning, so if you open the windows all the smoke will come in. We were veryucky our first week that there were very little to no smokers, but the second week it seemed like there was smoke in our room 24/7. I have severe asthma so this was really not ok. We talked to the reception, but unfortunately they didn't do anything. I understand, smokers are a large part of their clientele. But should not advertise to be a non smoking property if only the rooms are smoke free (and not really if you open the window).

The room was a decent size for two and the food was plentiful for breakfast and the evening meal. the hotel is situated in a decent location for the resorts in the Zillertal. but we had a car. However, the ski bus stopped right outside.

The dislikes were more like smalll gripes rather than complaints; It was very warm, sleepingbeas a tad uncomfortable on the first night. radiator off and the windows open helped for the subsequent nights. pool opened from 7-10am and then closed until the afternoon. strangely they cleaned it while it was available rather than waiting.

Stayed there for a week of skiing holiday in February 2018. Enjoyed every day. Stuff mostly speak English, which makes things easy. Room is perfect and massive. Heated floors in a bathroom is something really appreciated. Saunas are very good, at some time might be a bit busy. Hippach is away from noisy Mayrhoffen. So, if you refer quiet nights - location is great. Hotel has plenty of parking space including locked two storey car park in case you have a car. Car is not a must have thing here as the train station in few hundred yards away, and the ski bus conveniently stops right in front of the ski cellar. Great place to stay if you are skiing with the family. Great facilities for youngest. The only minus I'd mention is that the ski lift Horbergban is located in such a way that to get there on your way back you either have to go through quite a serious steep slop (which is not ideal when returning tired in the end of the skiing day) or, alternatively you will enjoy long and unpleasant blue run in a crowd of kids.

We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant with a group of 12, and it was a lot more than just excellent work by the chef. It is always a nice surprise how a hospitable waitress (Lisi) can turn a fine dinner into a great experience. The salad bar even exceeds the high quality standard set by many 4 star hotels: there were 15 types of dressing oil and vinegar to try. The owner also showed up for a brief chat. Excellent quality for a fair price. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for relax and wellness holidays. Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff. Delicous cuisine, 5-course menu, mainly served at the table. Giant wellness-area with pool, different sauna, jacuzzi etc,

We have visited this hotel this summer for the second time on our way to Italy. This typical Austrian-style hotel offers all the facilities you can expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped (we were agreably surprised by the newly furbished "deluxe" room) and the restaurant proposes a fine cuisine. The hotel is easily accessible (a new parking garage has been opened this year) and has an indoor swimming pool and welness. The only negative aspect is that the personnel only speaks very little. I recommend this place.

Very nice hotel with typical Austrian interior, nice rooms with lot's of space and storage cabinets, big terrace in the sun. They have 2 sauna areas: 1 naked & 1 with bathing suits and they have a pool. The acoustics at the pool are terrible when children are playing in the pool the noise is heavy. Dinner is fantastic and superb: 5 courses and for the main 3 choices. Breakfast could be better though: not so diversified so every morning You'll have to eat the same. A snack in the late afternoon after skiing and before dinner would be nice (we had that in another hotel in Tirol once). Friendly staff, escpecially Roland. The bed to sleep in are hard, to hard for me so sleeping was not so good for me. Also the rooms are hot even if You turn of the radiator it's still hot in the room. The hotel has parking in 2 areas: 1 in front of the hotel and 1 a few hundred meters further but they start building a parking underneath the hotel in summer 2016. You can only book here from saturday to saturday and that means that You're always in a trafficjam when You arrive and when You leave: lost 4 hours on arrival and 4 hours on departure on the road by trafficjams. When they would let people arrive on weekdays the traffic would be more structured.

Six of us spent one week here in March 2015 and had a great week, mostly due to our accommodation here at Neue Post. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the exterior of the hotel and its view on the valley. Our three rooms were all clean and good sizes (although we didn't have enough shampoo/conditioner so had to buy toiletries). The staff at breakfast and dinner are wonderful, always doing whatever they can to make your experience as smooth as possible. The 5 course dinners every evening were delicious and well presented. At breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to meet our requests. We enjoyed the spa facilities although at times, the swimming pool was a bit cold. We were not far from ski lifts and drove every day - it was very easy. A welcoming, clean, typically Austrian hotel - highly recommended.

We spent a week in January 2015 and enjoyed every single day of our stay at the Neue Post. The hotel is perfectly clean and well maintained, one can really feel the personal touch by the property owners. The reception staff was very helpful, we receieved a baby cot without any problems. Advised upon arrival at the reception desk we also ordered our ski passes there what saved us hassle. Special thanks to a lovely lady who took care about our tables at the restaurant - she was always kind, reliable and professional what was not always easy as we travelled as a larger group with lots of kids. Speaking of the restaurant: breakfast was always fresh and tasty, fine selection of food for every taste, but dinners were absolutely fabulous! Delicious regional cuisine made our every day. Swimming pool area as well as spa are spotless clean, relaxing and quiet. We do recommend - and cosider coming back :-)

Very nice stay, good fesh tasty food, international and local. Nice staff, kind and availble, smiling :) Clean rooms but old furniture. Little soap and personal hygene providings. Towels exceedingly changed, even if not left on the floor. Cleaning made even if specifically requested not to be done.... a waste in some senses. The spa is very clean and new, nice atmosphre. Also the food is nice and fresh and you can choose a lot of salads, vegetarians have very limitated choice at the main course.... the same 2 choises every evening. I did not like the coffee even if not a cheap one. The position is a little far away from the points of interest, but you have a bus station ( ski bus) right in front of the hotel, a pharmacy and some shops at only 3 minutes away. Train station to Mayrhofen etc. at 3 min also. A nice river side walk. Fresh air. Nice view. Prices are high for what is offered but overall I'd recomand Neue Post Hotel and I'd go back again.

The Ferienhotel is a family-run hotel with very friendly staff and an awesome view. Ask for a room with mountain view - the picturesque Hippach town just lies in front of you. I could easily spend a couple hours on the balcony with such a great view! There is also an indoor swimming pool (opens from 7 till 7) and it was a joy to go there for an early swim!
