Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Die Betreiberfamilie ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Unsere Suite entpuppte sich als große Wohnung, mit allem drum und dran und mehreren Balkonen zu verschiedenen Seiten. Die Lage ist ruhig. Dennoch sind Seilbahnen und Zentrum mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen.
Es fehlte an nichts.

Sehr saubere, gemütliche Zimmer; ein sehr gutes Frühstück, alles sehr frisch; super Pizzen und Flammkuchen; gutes Getränke- Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Hervorzuheben sind die liebevollen Gastgeber, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen.

De ligging is op relatief korte loopafstand richting de gondels en het centrum. Het ontbijt is perfect en s’avonds is er nog een mogelijkheid om een drankje te doen op het terras. Samengevat een dikke 9!

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Eine so sehr nette persönliche Begrüßung habe ich nirgendswo erlebt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, es gibt jeden Morgen ein sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Persönliche Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft, für mich , eine ruhige Lage war wichtig . Das Hotel ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt,und die Wanderungen können sofort beginnen.
Mir fällt nichts ein.

Leider war die Matratze ein wenig weich.

The room was slightly on a cool side. It didn't bother us much as coming from the slopes we headed to the sauna anyway and the windows were towards the sun and it also heated up the room quickly which was probably the reason why the heating was not fully on.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die gute Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Auch die Sauberkeit war absolut vorbildlich. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren jederzeit makellos gepflegt, was für eine angenehmen und entspannten Atmosphäre sorgte. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist super, die Produkte sind frisch und von hoher Qualität. Egal ob herzhaft oder süß – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas. Der perfekte Start in den Tag! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens betreut. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Das Skigebiet Penken, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt ohne jegliche Kritikpunkte – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
Negatives gibt es nicht zu berichten.

Location is not ideal, since you have to walk about 600 meters to the Penkenbahn lift. After a long day of skiing, that's not very pleasant.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026I stayed here with 5 friends for a ski trip in late January. From the beginning to the end it was a wonderful stay! The hotel is immaculately clean with very homely decor and the rooms were spotless. The owner Nina is incredibly helpful, she will assist with any of your needs to a high standard. The breakfast offering was great with enough to keep you sustained for a morning of skiing The location is great also, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the hotel is a very pretty part of the village I highly recommend a stay here!

Wandelafstand tot de liften is redelijk ver met skibotten, maar we hebben dan boven aan de lift een locker gehuurd, en is die 10 minuten stappen wel fijn.

Upon our arrival we struggle to find parking place near hotel because everything was full, even it is advartised that we have guarantee parking spot... When we entered the room first day it was a way to cold in the room around 18C and walls are paper thin, so we could hear snooring all night from someone in the room above us

Moesten extra betalen (€110 !) om de keuken in de hotelkamer daadwerkelijk te gebruiken. Op een aantal dagen een gastvrouw bij het ontbijt die zeer kortaf was. Andere dagen een gastvrouw die juist zeer vriendelijk was. Geen airco op de kamer, zelfs geen ventilator. Had ik voor deze prijs wel verwacht.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast offered a good selection of both hot and cold items. Nina and Goran were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The location was very convenient to the town and both cable cars. There was ample parking on site.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Cet établissement familial est un vrai bonheur. Il est à noter un vrai professionnalisme, doublé d'une extrême gentillesse de la part de la famille et des personnels. Ceux-ci sont chaleureux accueillants. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, copieux et réalisés avec des produits du terroir de haute qualité ! Quant au spa celui ci nous a été ouvert à notre demande en fin d'après midi. Ils nous ont même réservé une excellente table à quelques minutes de l'hôtel et ont réservé pour nous. Nous ne parlons ni l'allemand, ni l'anglais mais malgré ce chacun d'eux a fait des efforts pour nous donner des infos pour découvrir cette magnifique région. Merci à eux!

Reviewed Jul 24, 2025L’accueil est très chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner était excellent avec beaucoup de choses faites maison, vraiment très appréciable! L’emplacement est proche du centre et des activités extérieurs. Nous recommandons!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Vi havde vores eget bord til morgenmad. Hotellet lå godt i forhold til natur og faciliteter. Personalet var yderst venlige og behjælpelige. Værelset var godt med rigtige gode senge. Morgenmaden var virkelig godt.
Kun en lille ting som at der ikke var aftensmad (men det overvejer de at indføre til skisæsonen)
