Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Beautiful location, great restaurants. felt absolutely amazing staying a night there. The castle in itself is amazing. Staff also super nice. Their garden is also very beautiful.
We went during peak summer and there were no ACs installed which was absolutely horrible. We had to sleep in the room without any cooling at 37 degrees. We could not sleep at all which basically ruined the experience a bit. It was very warm and uncomfortable to spend a night in that heat.

Une suite nuptiale au lieu d'une chambre confort, le personnel attentif et souriant, des bouteilles d'eau offertes (canicule!), le petit déjeuner buffet et la selection de plats aux oeufs préparés minute, le bar "st germain" qui a accepté de nous servir une énorme assiette de tapas à 22h30 etc etc Mention spéciale pour Patricia à l'accueil qui a été au petits soins avec Nous. Merciiii!!

We dachten dat we ee kamer in het kasteel hadden geboekt, bleken we in het bijgebouw te zitten. Was wel teleurstellend. Onze kamer lag aan de terraskant, waar de hele dag muziek te horen was. De box hing naast ons raam, beetje irritant als je even rustig op je kamer wilt zijn.

Bij aankomst was er bijna geen mogelijkheid meer tot boeken van de welness. Nochtans was hierover reeds gemaild geweest, zonder reactie helaas. Bij ontvangst had het leuk geweest dat er een flesje wijn of cava ter verwelkoming zou staan. Zeker voor deze prijsklasse.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Le charme et le confort de cet hôtel chateaux est indéniable! Le personnel est au petit soin et très réactif. Nous avions réservé une suite exécutive avec baignoire mais notre suite avait une douche. Une solution de compensation proposée et avons été ravi de ce niveau de service et attention sans faute apporté par le personnel et le management de l'hôtel.
Un détail, mais le wellness est à réserver à l'avance, ce qui n'était pas communiqué avec la confirmation de réservation. Nous avons malgré tout pu en profiter, mais pas à l'horaire que nous aurions préféré. Petit- déjeuner: bien que assez complet avec la possibilité de commander des oeufs selon une carte prédéfinie, nous avons trouvé que l'espace du buffet petit-déjeuner était assez petit et difficile d'y circuler lorsqu'il y a du monde, ce qui n'est pas très agréable et à notre avis pas du niveau attendu pour le niveau de cet hôtel.

I hope life brings us back to this part of the world so we can stay here again. Also the restaurant gastronomical experience, it deserves a Michelin star! Hands down one of the best dining experiences of my life, including the wine pairing, even the non alcoholic pairing was so carefully curated to match the flavors of the food! Pure magic!

De Bistro, zeker het ontbijt, voor 35 euro pp voldeed niet. Zeer vriendelijk personeel maar stonden met te weinig, buffet was achter in bistro weggemoffeld, ruimte was te klein en aanbod was prima maar zeker niet overweldigend. Akoestiek waardeloos, tafels dicht op elkaar. En op het piekmoment kwam er een oude dame binnenlopen, ging naar keuken en begon zich overal tegenaan te bemoeien, tot zichtbare irritatie van het toch al overbezette petsoneel. Bij het naar buiten lopen merkten wij na avondeten en na ontbijt een rioollucht bij de deur naar buiten. Jammer, dit deel zou voor diner en ontbijt veel en veel beter moeten

Stayed room 102 for 5 nights, cleaning staff woke us up twice in a row by being extremely loud for a Relais and Chateau, dragging furniture and cleaning cart in the room below, slamming doors and banging broom on staircase steps. Noise went on from 7AM to 10AM. Complained about it the first day and kept happening the second day. Quite ruined the end of the stay.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Spektakuläres Anwesen. Fast ein bisschen übertrieben perfekt ausstaffiert mit einem leichten Walt Disney Appeal. Für den Preis darf man allerdings auch etwas erwarten. Denn an der Lage liegt es nicht, dass Chateau liegt ziemlich ab vom Schuss und ohne Auto ist man da ziemlich aufgeschmissen.
Unser Zimmer war unterm Dach und obwohl es nicht ausgestattet war, hätte ein nächtlicher Toilettengang wahrscheinlich zu einem Frontalzusammenstoß mit einem Dachbalken geführt. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ an einige Stellen etwas zu wünschen übrig. Leider während der Weihnachtstage das bessere Restaurant nicht geöffnet, was man mir leider auch nicht im Vorfeld sagte, so dass wir mit dem Bistro vorlieb nehmen mussten. Das war zwar ganz okay. Aber sprach nicht ganz dem, was wir uns eigentlich vorgestellt hatten.
