Rundum ein schönes Familienhotel, sehr freundliches Personal, super Essen, natürlich total kinderfreundlich! Toller Spa Bereich, schöne Außenanlage. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Betten bequem.

Nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt: keine Tür zur Dusche Wenn abends das Kind geschlafen hat, war keine Dusche mehr möglich und zum Zähne putzen sind wir ins Klo gegangen 😀 Das ist in einem Familienzimmer vielleicht anders geregelt!!

Het ontbijt en diner was heel uitgebreid, lekker en gevarieerd. De kamer was erg netjes met fijne bedden. De spa en het zwembad ook heerlijk en ruim. Voor baby's van alle gemakken voorzien, kinderwagens, wipstoeltjes, verschoonkussens e.d. te leen. Kinderopvang heel schoon en netjes met zeer vriendelijk personeel!

Als de kinderopvang iets eerder dan om 9 uur open zou gaan, zou het verblijf voor wintersporters nóg fijner zijn.

Hervorragendes Frühstück und Salatbüffet am Abend, großes Zimmer (Gratis-Update) mit eigenem Infrarotsessel, guter Service (Shuttle zum Skilift), schöner Wellnessbereich, für Kinder sogar ein kleines Schwimmbad. Top!

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo wysoko, obiekt wyróżnia się wyjątkową czystością oraz dużym komfortem, wszystko jest zadbane i na wysokim poziomie. Kuchnia zasługuje na szczególne uznanie, dania są przepyszne i przygotowane z dużą starannością. Obsługa jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i zawsze gotowa do wsparcia. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja, hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio przy stoku, co znacząco podnosi wygodę pobytu. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Jedynym drobnym mankamentem apartamentu był jego układ, wejście prowadziło przez dużą, otwartą łazienkę, następnie przechodziło się do sypialni, a z niej do salonu z częścią wypoczynkową. Przy takim rozwiązaniu momentami brakowało poczucia prywatności, co mogło powodować pewien dyskomfort, zwłaszcza przy dłuższym pobycie lub większej liczbie osób.

Przepyszne jedzenie i lokalizacja

Výborná lokalita hotelu, vstřícný a velmi ochotný personál, zdarma taxi od hotelu k údolní stanici lanovky v Kaltenbachu /3min/ a zpět. Velmi pěkné a prostorné wellness. Úžasný lyžařský areál - široké dlouhé sjezdovky, moderní sedačkové lanovky.

Měli jsme zarezervovaný apartmán s ledničkou a výhledem na bazén. Ledničku jsme dostali až po upozornění, že na pokoji není, výhled jsme měli na fitness centrum za hotelem. Hotel je inzerován jako Family resort a opravdu je ubytováno hodně rodin s velmi malými dětmi, poslední dva dny jsme strávili večeři ve velmi hlučné atmosféře dětského křiku. Ale vzhledem k tomu, že restaurace je stavebně rozdělena do několika místností, jistě by se dalo i toto vyřešit ve prospěch manželských párů bez dětí.

Grija pentru familiile cu copii este una dintre cele mai importante. Sunt programe zilnice si de toate tipurile pentru copii , cu activitati afara sau inauntru . Spa-ul generos este de asemenea un atuu. Mesele foarte bune atat dimineata cat si seara ( de specificat ca hotelul ofera in pachetul de demipensiune si un pranz suficient de complet , cel mai bun din punctul meu de vedere in cate hoteluri am umblat). Nu in ultimul rand felicitam si personalul , foarte atent , placut si profesionist. Recomand cu caldura aceasta locatie, cu siguranta m-as mai intoarce in orice sezon.

Micul dejun sì Cina au fost bune , cu o varietate de produse, cu produse locale. Piscina era incalzita, saune variate, iar la kidsclub au făcut o mulțime de activități de care copiii au fost încântați.

Programul de retur de la telecabina sa fie mai extins.

It’s a perfect family resort. They plan everyday new activities for the kids and they have options for child care which gives parents some time off. The kids love the time doing all the different activities. The swimming pool is warm in winter. Its proximity to the cable car is an added advantage for the ones who love skiing. The food tastes really good. The first day we didn’t find anything in vegetarian but from second day onwards there were many vegetarian options and everything tasted really good. The service was excellent.

Perfect familie hotel, alle faciliteiten voor kids en ouders!

Sehr schöne Lage in den Bergen, modernes und sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Der Wellnessbereich war großzügig und gut gepflegt, das Essen abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Atmosphäre.

Die Wassertemperatur im Wellnessbereich hätte etwas wärmer sein können.

Theoretisch sehr schönes Haus auch mit toller Aussenanlage für die Erwachsenen und die Kinder.

Wenn man im Chalet untergebracht ist, muss man ständig alle Jacken und Schuhe dabeihaben. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese Im Hauptgebäude aufzuhängen oder in ein Schließfach zu sperren und dann wird man vom Personal unfreundlich behandelt dass die Sachen im Weg sind. Außerdem zu 8am 4Personen Tisch untergebracht. Gefühlt weil man über Booking gebucht hat als 2. Klasse Gast behandelt. Die Buchung der Kinderbetreuung ist sehr umständlich und unübersichtlich. „Aussflug“ zum eigenen Bauernhof ist ein Witz. Eher sSpaziergang an der Straße zur Schafweide und dann kurz durch den Stall.

Top geführtes Familien-Hotel; super freundlich & zuvorkommend, Top Lage direkt an der Piste& Nähe Talstation!

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (7 und 10 Jahre) für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Familienhotel im wahrsten Sinne und eben kein Kinderhotel, d.h. auch als Erwachsener fühlt man sich hier wohl und findet Ruhe und Entspannung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr großzügige und schöne Spa-Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen und geräumigem Ruheraum, der Infinitpool mit Blick auf die Berge, der große hauseigene Outdoor-Spielplatz und die betreuten Freizeitangebote für die Kinder (tendenziell eher für kleinere Kinder). Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Positiv war zudem die Möglichkeit, beim Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension neben dem vorgegebenen Menü alternativ Speisen a la carte ohne Aufpreis zu bestellen. Gemütliche Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus. Freundliche Gastgeberfamilie und Personal.

4,20 Euro für eine Karaffe Leitungswasser beim Abendessen zu verrechnen, bei dem ohnehin von jedem Gast zahlreiche Getränke (Säfte, Wein, Bier, etc.) von der Karte bestellt und abgerechnet wurden, ist unwürdig.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Tiere und Spielplatz draussen sind super. Gebuchtes Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Kinderprogramm sehr vielfältig. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es war alles top! Als einziges würde ich bemängeln, dass das Bettsofa sehr hart war (ich musste 2 Nächte bei meiner Tochter schlafen).

Das es nur begrenzte Handtücher für den Pool gibt. Ist wenn man darauf liegt, sich abtrocknet und in die Sauna geht, etwas wenig

- tolle Lage des Hotels - täglich wechselndes und ansprechendes Kinderprogramm - sehr leckeres, hochwertiges und regionales Essen, ob zum Frühstück, zur Jause oder zum Abendessen - sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - das mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Hotel - schöner und gemütlicher Pool-& Saunabereich

Wir waren im unteren Bereich der Seetal-Hüttl untergebracht, die sehr urig, romantisch und rustikal eingerichtet ist, was uns grundsätzlich gefallen hat und etwas besonderes ist. Leider war diese allerdings sehr hellhörig und für uns persönlich etwas zu dunkel. Beim nächsten Besuch würden wir ein Zimmer im Haupthaus bevorzugen.

Brilliant for Kids, Adults even Dogs are welcome. Perfect Family Vacation. Surrounded by beautiful views of the Alps. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Children of all ages all catered for.

The location is undeniably beautiful, with a great view and easy access to the ski lift. Facilities are generally suitable for families and skiers. The room was dated but functional.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff proactively asked why I didn’t book half board. I explained that I had mistakenly booked a breakfast-only option and asked if they could change it. They agreed – but at no point did they disclose the enormous price difference. Throughout our stay, there was no opportunity to sign anything or be informed of the dinner pricing. The menus had no prices either. At checkout, I was surprised to see an extra charge of €300 for two dinners (2 adults + 1child). When I questioned this, the response wasn’t an explanation – it was an insult: “If you only want to pay €60, you should go to McDonald’s.” But according to the hotel’s own website, the price difference between BB and HB packages for two nights is really just €65. So the question stands: Given the hotel's listed pricing, is the so-called "five-course dinner" essentially just fast food in disguise? Or is it meant to be a reasonably priced add-on for hotel guests already paying over €400 per night? Then my experience with Alpin Famliy Resort Seetal was followed by the most shocking part: a staff member handed me €50 in cash and told me and my family to leave the hotel immediately. It was still before our checkout time.We hadn’t even had breakfast. To be fair, if I hadn’t made that booking error in the first place, perhaps none of this would have happened. But without that small mistake, I would never have seen the true face behind the polished image of this “family-run” hotel. What struck me most throughout the experience was this: At no point did I feel that anyone at this hotel was trying to assist me, clarify the misunderstanding, or make things right. There was no sense of hospitality, no professionalism – only a readiness to turn a minor guest error into a profit opportunity.

It was perfect from the start to the beginning. The food was excellent. Our daughter enjoyed all the kids activities and we were able to relax at the same time. Well be back

Beautiful decoration, perfect facilities, caring and friendly attitude of the hosts and personnel, they have thought in advance of everything i might need. Delicious food starting from breakfast and finishing dinner menu. Top class spa area, panoramic view from the sauna and rest area, everything left the best impression. If i would need still to mention one thing i would say about attitude - they are obsessed with what they do and they really are the best. I wish everyone to try this experience at least once.

First and foremost. I have not ever been such a ski resort! - Staff. Amazing. We feel the service mentality every day an everybody. (based on the dedication of Lechner family) - Every detail of the hotel is for the guest (candels in the wellness, furnitures etc.) - Wellness area. Huge and comfy and panoramic "quite room". Panoramic (and huge) finish sauna - 3/4 board. Beside a perfect breakfast (with fresh orange juice every day!) and a delishios 5 course dinner there were dishes between 14-17 hours. (warm meal and snacks and sweets, desserts)

- The slope is come down close to the hotel, but in March that slope is usually in a horrible condition. Therefore we need to use our car. (there are taxi drivers for for free in dedicated time slotes also)

Room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were nearly the only guests who weren't there with children. Note when it says family friendly, the pool is very busy with children and crying babies.

Friendly and helpful staff, car parking next to the hotel, easy access to the slopes, excellent meals and breakfast.

It is amazingly fun, has lots of cool activities and the swimming pool was great, the hotel is located in an amazing place, near slopes for skiing
