I really liked the hotel’s excellent location, beautiful traditional Austrian atmosphere, and very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The spa and mountain views were also wonderful. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay

Abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera era davvero accogliente e la SPA si è rivelata completa di tutto il necessario, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Molto apprezzata la ristorazione: la colazione offre un'ottima varietà di prodotti in grado di soddisfare sia gli amanti del dolce che del salato, mentre per la cena abbiamo gradito molto l'idea di alternare serate a buffet self-service ad altre con piatti già pronti e servizio al tavolo.

Gli unici aspetti un po' sottotono riguardano la piscina, che non è molto grande ed è essenzialmente una vasca idromassaggio, e il servizio della merenda, che è risultato un po' esiguo.

I have stayed many times in this wonderful family owned hotel that is located amongst the Zillertal Alpen. Excellent food served by friendly staff. I had a very comfortable room that remained cool in the summer heat. Staff members are friendly and really do "go the extra miles" to help.

Das Wasser aus dem Hahn hat ca. 15 Minuten gebraucht bis es warm wurde. Aus dem Hahn in der Dusche kam rostig-braunes Wasser (vermutlich aus der Leitung, das Wasser im Waschbecken war sauber und klar)

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Choć zaczęło się niefortunnie od pomyłki w tłumaczeniu przez booking, które sugerowało, że w pokoju rodzinnym są dwa łóżka piętrowe, a było tylko jedno łóżko piętrowe, postawa Pani Recepcjonistki zasługuje na największą pochwałę. Od razu pokazała mi Ona alternatywny pokój w tej samej cenie, a także zgłosiła poprawkę językową na booking. Od razu jako klient poczułam, że mój komfort w tym hotelu jest ważny. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy przy pierwszym pokoju, w którym mieliśmy łóżko małżeńskie i drugi mały pokoik z łóżkiem piętrowym, ponieważ ten pokoj miał duży balkon ze wspaniałym widokiem na skwer z kwiatami przed kościołem oraz góry. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, czystość w hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania były smaczne, niczego nam nie brakowało, choć czasem, gdy przychodziliśmy później, to nie wszystkie produkty były dostępne. Ogólnie cała obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła. Serce naszego syna skradł też pies Charlie, który czasem witał gości przy recepcji. Polecam też skorzystanie z restauracji, która serwuje naprawdę pyszne dania.

Brakowało mi informacji na booking, że basen jest dostępny tylko dla młodzieży od 15 roku życia.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Beim 1. Abendessen nebenbei erwähnt das ich vegetarisch esse, am nächsten Tag hatte ich automatisch die Vorspeiße in vegetarisch ohne explizit danach gebeten zu haben. Fand ich richtig gut, vielen Dank dafür

Keine Aircondition und kein Fan im Deluxe Zimmer. Viel zu heiß. Eine Horrornacht!

Großes Zimmer mit Sitzecke. Großes Bad. Sehr gute Ausstattung des gemütlichen Zimmers.

Es fehlte ein Stuhl (wurde aber sofort bereinigt). Die Matratze war mir zu weich. Das ist aber ein persönliches Problem.

We could not fault this hotel. The service was fantastic, the facilities excellent and the food delicious. A splendid choice at breafast and then a 4 course evening meal with mostly Austrian dishes. They have their own farm so the meat is very local. The location is so central with very easy access to the bus and train station and only a ten minute walk to the local swimming pool. Very good value. One pointer is that if you do not want to be woken by the church bells at 7am ask for a room which does not face the church square.

Probably one of the most favorite hotels I've ever been. The price and quality ratio you get is just incredible. The hotel itself is very cozy, the SPA area is very lovely with a stunning view from the pool and terrace where you can sunbathe and drink tea. The room was very lovely and clean. The staff was very caring and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic - very huge variety of food, including juice, fruits. I would definitely come back here!

What a wonderful few days we spent at this beautiful hotel. It far outweighed our expectations. Ideally placed in the centre of town its old world tyrollean charm was matched with modern up to date interiors creating a restful, comfortable stay. Staff were friendly, engaging and knowledgeable , a joy to converse with. Staff in the restaurant especially. Food was of high quality and delicious. The wellness centre was amazing with the most glorious pool overlooking the square with the mountains behind. Would definitely recommend and may even return ourselves.

Schönes Zimmer, tolles Frühstück

Leider Nachts zur Straße hin etwas laut.

Le lieu, l’emplacement, la fille de la réception, la décoration, le petit déjeuner. L’espace spa.

Le rapport qualité prix , le repas sous forme de buffet le soir où nous avons dû manger très très rapidement en arrivant à 19:45 , le manque de climatisation , les sanitaires vétustes dans la chambre .

Super Frühstücksbuffet, regional, frische Zubereitung der Omeletts. Es wurde trotzdem nachgefragt, ob noch etwas fehlt, bzw. auch gute Ratschläge für den Aufenthalt, Wanderungen etc. gegeben.

Noch sehr kalt in den Zimmern bzw. im Bad, aber nach Info an die Rezeption wurde sofort mit einem Heizstrahler ausgeholfen. TOLL!!!

We had a great stay, the food was excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and traditional. I think the bar area could be set out better and a comfortable lounge area provided maybe with an open fire. This would encourage people to stay and drink which we didn’t so we would just return to our room. Tea and coffee facilities in the room should also be included as standard in a hotel of this quality. Also I think it would be fair to notify guests before booking that the saunas are only available in the nude area only … there are no non nude area saunas available in the clothed area just the pool. The pool was really nice. They are my personal thoughts but I would say this is a great hotel and location and would love to return. Making some changes would make it even better. Thanks Roy

We stayed in the 3* Annex to the main hotel. Its a 30sec walk between the buildings. The food was fantastic at Breakfast and Dinner. The service from the reception staff and waiting staff was brilliant. A special mention for our waitress Verena- thanks. We would 101% stay here again. The ski bus is frequent, and you can even walk to the train station in 5mins, or take the B bus. The train station gives you access to the Greenline bus to the Glacier and also the train to the Zell am Zillar ski area which is our favourite. We got a taxi to Zell just to save time. The only minor downsides of the hotel annex are - 1) noise. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The church bells will wake you up at 7am. Some rooms in the annex get early morning unloading noise from the supermarket. 2) the ski buses stop at ~5:30pm, so it's a bit of a walk from the Penkenbahn après ski bars to the hotel. Get a taxi if you're lazy. Hopefully we'll be back next ski season.

This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel. We were 3 friends sharing a room (so very pleased to have doors onto the adjoining single bed!) The service here is excellent, informative, professional & super friendly. The food was delicious & the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The boot room is so convenient & the bus stop right outside. Thank you so much for an exceptional stay (and for adding chillies to the omlette!)

Great location, friendly staff and wide selection in breakfast. Late checkin wasn't a problem at all. Would definitely stay again here.

Zbyt miękkie łóżka i poduszki Brak czajnika w pokoju Totalnie nie przemyślana łazienka w pokojach „comfort”. Drzwi przesuwne do łazienki są na środku pokoju, z łazienki wszystko przez to słychać i czuć…. Brak przestrzegania zasad saunowania - goście wchodzą w strojach kąpielowych z telefonami. Brak aufgusow i jakichkolwiek innych atrakcji np. wieczoru tyrolskiego. Narciarnia jest przestarzała i niewygodna. Znajduje się daleko od wejścia do hotelu, nie ma automatycznych drzwi. Może są to detale, ale nie są to standardy hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego w 2026 r. W hotelu również niektóre pokoje znajdują się w dodatkowym skrzydle gdzie trzeba wejść po schodach bez windy. Nie każdemu może być z racji tego wygodnie. Pobyt oceniam na udany jednak cena nie jest adekwatna do jakości.

Family ski holiday during UK half term, we booked direct and chose to drive from the UK. Wonderful hospitality, food was excellent and the family room was spacious with a modern large bathroom. Ski bus stops right outside. They even have EV charging in the garage. We will be back.

We had an amazing time at the hotel, fantastic food (Christian was a great waiter), spa, rooms were warm, very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel ski room was good, again warm and practical. The location was excellent, quiet yet close to the centre and the ski bus was something we worried about but was very quick and efficient and not crowded.

Sehr freundliches Service-Personal. Günstiger Parkplatz. Ansprechende Renovierung des gesamten Gebäudes mit schöner Wellnessanlage.

Leider kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es wird für über 300 € pro Tag zu wenig Kulturelles angeboten. Keine ansprechende Barunterhaltung oder Tanzangebote. Im Wellness-Bereich wurde nicht auf die Einhaltung der Sauna-Regeln geachtet. Es artete oft zu fröhlichen Treffpunkten der Männerwelt in den Saunen aus (mit Badebekleidung und Handys). An eine Entspannung und Ruhe-Oase war nicht mehr zu denken, sondern wir verließen diese Räumlichkeiten.

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Persönliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung, eigener Frühstückstisch mit Begrüssungskarte… viele nette Kleinigkeiten haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr besonders gemacht. Skibus ist direkt vorm Haus abgefahren, großer Ski-Keller. Sehr gepflegter, kleiner Wellness und Sauna-Bereich mit phänomenaler Aussicht vom Pool in die Berge…

Завтраки и ужины, еда была очень вкусной и разнообразной, менялся концепт подачи. Удобство, уборка комнаты и чистота. Отличная сауна, близость к автобусной остановке.

Не было чайника . Для чая надо было подниматься в сауну. Шампунь и гель для тела в одной таре, для волос это совсем не годилось,пришлось специально идти в магазин за шампунем .
