Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Pobyt jsme si moc užili, hotel je na krásném místě s nádhernými výhledy na hory. Personál byl velmi milý, ochotný a vždy usměvavý. Jídlo bylo výborné, doporučuji polopenzi - vždy jsme si pochutnali. V ceně ubytování je Summer card. Moc děkujeme a rádi se vrátíme.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Velice vstřícná a milá obsluha. Skvělé snídaně, fantastické večeře jako v zážitkové restauraci. Obrovské poděkování, že při vaření vyšli vstříc i potravinové alergii mé manželky. Letní Schladming-Dachstein Sommerkard v ceně ubytování. Skvělá lokalita pro výlety - všechny nejzajímavější místa této oblasti v dojezdu cca 15-20min autem.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Přístup paní majitelky, dostali jsme o třídu lepší pokoj a přistýlku navíc, než jsme si zaplatili. Skvělá komunikace, vše s paní domluveno ještě před příjezdem, na místě už nebylo potřeba nic vyplňovat. Večeře vynikající (většinou předkrm, salát, polévka, hlavní jídlo, desert), která se vybrala den předem. K ubytování je Schladming-Dachstein Card.
V podstatě nic. Možná jsme jen úplně nevěděli, co máme objednávat dětem k večeři, vše jsme řešili jen ústně.

Haupt- und Nebengebäude, man muss ggf. aus dem Gebäude raus zum Essen Die Zimmmer sind sehr kalt, auf dem Klo gar keine Heizung, im Badezimmer nur ein Handtuchwärmer Für 1 Übernachtung recht teuer

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Unser Kurzaufenthalt war sehr schön, leider konnten wir nicht alle Angebote nutzen, das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles sehr frisch und appetitlich angerichtet. Die Inhaber sind äußerst nett und man bekommt auch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen nach Wunsch.
Man kann nicht sagen, dass uns etwas nicht gefallen hat, das Einzige was insbesondere in der kalten Jahreszeit gefehlt hat, war ein Wasserkocher für einen Tee aber wie gesagt, dass wäre ein Tipp, keine Kritik.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2018Went there for a week. Ramsau is very good for Cross-Country skiing. The hotel itself has good standards, the rooms are large, everything is clean. The breakfast is plentiful, the dinner is very good and delicious. The SPA-Area is very large clean and quiet, it`s very enjoyable after a hard day of skiing.

The host and hostess are friendly and willing to recommend sites to visit. We stay a minimum of three nights so we enjoy the half pension. I think it is a great value.
