Reviewed Sep 11, 2026大満足です。 きれいにリフォームされていて、内装はきれいです。部屋はスイートで広く快適です。1階に共用の冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカ、湯沸かしポットがあります。部屋に湯沸かしはありませんが、1階のもので十分でした。紙コップやグラスなども豊富においてあります。 駅からすぐのところにあり、非常に便利です。少し丘のようになっているのと石畳でスーツケースは少し苦労しますが、森の中で泊まっているような気分が味わえ、ベランダでのティータイムは非常に爽快です。 フロントはありませんが、チェックインはセルフで気兼ねがありません。早く着いて荷物だけ預けたいときは、荷物置き部屋に入れておけばOKです。部屋番号では部屋が何階かわかりませんが、鍵のおいてあるテーブルに記載されています。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Delightful place with spacious suites, beautiful grounds, nice indoor patio area with plentiful free espresso, tea, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Sonhof is very quiet and feels remote, even though it is an easy walking distance from the shops & restaurants of lovely Bad Ischl. We rarely saw any staff, but they were very helpful and quick to respond when we needed anything. Would love to come back again!
Everything was great! There were no regrets in choosing this spot.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Bella struttura immersa nel verde a due passi dalla stazione per chi arriva in treno e con bel parco interno ove possibile parcheggiare l'auto. Davanti alle terme di Bad Ischl, centro città raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti, Kaiservilla in dieci minuti. Bella sala vetrata con vista sul giardino con possibilità di utilizzare macchina per caffè o bollitore per the. Camera molto spaziosa e silenziosa essendo la struttura su una piccola collina verde isolata dal traffico.
Ci ha stupito l'assenza di personale alla reception; comunque tutto organizzato alla perfezione.

Aber duch kostenlose Parkplätze auch für Autoreisende zu empfehlen. 5 min Gehzeit zur Fußgngerzone. Wintergarten mit Möglichkeit gratis Kaffee zu nehmen und mitgebrachtes zu kühlen, wärmen und verspeisen. Großes TV Gerät schwenkbar angebracht.
Hotel hat etwas verstaubten Charme, der uns aber gefiel. Unser Zimmer aber renoviert. Fehlendes Nachtkästchen auf einer Bettseite. Verkabelung von Fernseher nicht professionell

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Die Anlage ist top, nur ein paar Gehminuten ins Zentrum. Der Garten ist außergewöhnlich, üppige Vegetation, Grün über Grün, wunderschön 🤩 Der Wintergarten sehr gemütlich mit Kaffemaschine zur Verfügung.
Vielleicht ein bisschen hellhörig zum Gang und den Bahnhof hört man ein bisschen aber alles kein Problem!

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Super Lage, neben dem Bahnhof zwar aber Geräusche waren nicht störend, nähe der Innenstadt. Ein sehr besonderes Hotel, urig, liebevoll gepflegt, ein altes Gemäuer, sehr urig, ein fantasieanregender, verwunschener Garten, Hängematten (beim Familienzimmer).
Personal/Angestellte waren nie zu sehen, wäre zumindest in der Früh schön gewesen, bei Fragen,... andererseits - ein top Preis für 6 Personen!

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist mit alten, teils sehr schönen Möbeln eingerichtet. Unsere Unterkunft war sehr groß, bot viel Platz und war sehr sauber. Bei unserem regnerischen Aufenthalt fanden wir es sehr aufmerksam, dass am Eingang Schirme für die Gäste bereitstanden.
Die Unterkunft war extrem hellhörig. Unser Schlafzimmer lag direkt neben dem Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem sich Gäste Kaffee und Tee zubereiten und mitgebrachtes Frühstück essen konnten oder am Abend Gesellschaftsspiele spielten. Gespräche waren bei uns Wort für Wort zu hören. Die nahen Züge empfanden wir dagegen als weniger störend. Außerdem fehlten teilweise Nachtkästchen und gut erreichbare Steckdosen. Auch beim Waschbecken gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Man musste die richtigen Lichtschalter für die jeweils gewünschten Lampen "suchen". Durch die alten Möbel und Mauern haben die Räume einen speziellen Geruch, was uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat. Dass kein Personal vor Ort war, störte uns auch nicht, da für den Check-in ausreichend Informationen an der Rezeption lagen. Wie der Check-out ablaufen sollte, war jedoch nirgends erklärt. Mit 240 Euro für eine Nacht / 2 Personen ohne Frühstück war der Preis allerdings recht hoch.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und wunderschön gelegen. Das Essen ist sehr köstlich und liebevoll zubereitet. Es sind eindeutig zu wenig Mitarbeiter, dennoch haben sie alles so wunderbar gerockt. Großen Respekt dafür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das die Mitarbeiter ein derart hohes Pensum fahren müssen um alle Bereiche bedienen zu können. Für uns als Gastronomen war es nicht leicht, das mit an zu schauen. Der Saunabereich ist schön gestaltet, doch leider hatte man keine Ruhe. Es scheinen dort auch Zimmer zu sein und die Gespräche von dort konnte man lautstark mithören, was nicht zur Entspannung beigetragen hat.

Es wird zwar kein Frühstück angeboten, aber Kaffeemaschine, Milch, Wasserkocher und Kühlmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Sehr netter Frühstücksplatz im Wintergarten.
Es ist eher ungewohnt, dass man gar niemanden vom Personal sieht. Man muss auch selbst einchecken und findet niemanden für etwaige Fragen. Die Gäste helfen einander aber sehr nett...

Um 07.00 Uhr beim Frühstücksraum - leider noch nichts vorbereitet. Daher verließ ich das Hotel um ca. 07.15 - ohne Frühstück. Schade!

V pokoji je tichá klimatizace, kterou jsme v tropických dnech ocenili. Pokoj byl jednoduše a účelně zařízen. Parkovat lze zdarma na několika místech v areálu. Snídani si lze připravit v kuchyňce v přízemí. K dispozici je lednice v kuchyňce i v patře

Niestety nasz pokój znajdował się na poddaszu i nie był wyposażony w klimatyzację, co przy upałach powodowało pewien dyskomfort.

Je vidět, že se o ubytování v některým ohledech moc nestará majitel. Jsou věci, které nejsou dlouhé týdny uklizené, ale naopak třeba nový výtah je fajn! Také se mi nelíbilo předání klíčů, kdy mi nebylo napsáno například do zprávy, jak bude probíhat. V místě ubytování na stole ležely 4 svazky a mohl jsem jakékoli vzít, nebylo mi ani odepsáno na zpravu, po 10 minutách čekání jsem musel zavolat a domluvit se.

Maybe a breakfast would be helpful, although there are pleces nearby.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026We had a pleasant and a very relaxing stay. Historic, but renovated building surrounded with natural garden where you forget that you are in the city center. Very clean, shared kitchen with coffee/tea, fridge, microwave available for use. Host is super friendly and welcoming.

带着大箱子走了很长的上坡，还是石头搓板路才到旅馆，箱子的轮子都坏了；淋浴间没有门，洗澡特别冷，特别小心还是搞得室内有水，本来室内就潮湿就更加潮了，洗了衣服两晚上都没干。

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Excelente lugar para alojarse en Bad Ischl!! Preciosa habitación con vistas a las montañas. Muy cerca de la estación y también del centro. Para acceder hay una subida pronunciada, pero ya en el interior cuenta con ascensor. Tiene zona común con heladera y máquinas de café. Supermercado a 350 metros. Habitación con aire acondicionado y ventanas con cortinas que oscurecen completamente. Cama y baño cómodos. Recomiendo!!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The hotel is right next to the bus station, so it is very convenient to live here and go to other towns. The hotel has a beautiful garden. Free coffee is provided here, and you can also cook by yourself here. Also, the cat is really cute, it came into our room, ate some sausages and fell asleep on the floor.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026離Bad Ischl 火車站很近，不過到飯店要爬一小段石頭路 櫃檯幾乎都沒有人，鑰匙放桌上自己 check-in 但常遇到打掃人員在打掃，每天都有收房間垃圾跟整理床鋪。 一樓提供免費咖啡跟茶，也有廁所、寄放行李的房間（自己進去）下雨時還可以借用飯店的傘，很方便
洗手台的水要很久才會流乾淨，所以常常洗一下手就快淹水了，

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Location is next to Train Station & Main Bus Stop; Good old property; They provide well equipped kitchen with cooking facilities to its guests and encourage guests to use the Kitchen; The owner was helpful and allowed early check in. The rooms are huge with good facilities. The hotel has Elevator, few games and good exterior, plants.
On second day, unfortunately the Elevator got malfunctioned and we have to bring down our bags from 2nd floor walking downstairs.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026I saw in reviews that the location is great, but I couldn't really realize how great until I arrived. It is a 3 minute walk from the train station and from the city center, all while being this hidden isolated garden. Truly amazing. Kitchen was also enough, they even provide free coffee and tea! We used the fridge to store our food, there was more than enough space.
No complaints at all.
