Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Beautiful traditional building on a quiet and safe location (beside police station) in town centre within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants, plenty of parking spaces, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, very good café on site serving local beer and schnaps, friendly host, abundant information about local attractions and activities and Lungau Summercard included in the price.
We did not stay long enough to experience the wellness area.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Snídaně byla chutná z kvalitních surovin. Lokalita velmi dobrá pro pěší výlety. Okolní příroda výborná. Hotel hezký a pohodlný. Čistý vzduch. Klid.
K snídani jsem postrádal teplou kuchyni ( párky, slanina...) a med či citron. Větší výběr čajů.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026Przestronny apartament dla 4 osób (nr 10) . Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Osobna sypialnia. W salonie i sypialni pojemne szafy z wieszakami i półkami. Nowe sauny z bardzo dobry zapleczem. Bardzo smaczne, obfite śniadania.
Zapach stęchlizny podczas wchodzenia do apartamentu. Jedno niewygodne łóżko w salonie.

The only thing I was surprised about was that there was no hot section for breakfast (sausages, bacon), but otherwise the breakfast was good. They always have boiled eggs.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Ontbijt prima verzorgd, lekkere broodjes. Sauna en stoombad en kleine relaxruimte gaven voor osn echt meerwaarde. Een kan met water met wat citroen of munt er in zou wat ons betreft nog leuker geweest zijn. Onze kamer was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Er is geen lobby of bar. Binnenkomst via een zijdeur. Dat vonden we ongezellig. Om naar de sauna en ontbijt te lopen moest je door een koude gang. Je kunt er 's avonds niet eten en na het skien niet even een drankje drinken. Het werd meer als B&B gebruikt. In de omgeving wel voldoende mogelijkheden om wat te eten

It is classic “old” Austrian-alpine hotel but it is really clean, comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was really good, there was something for everyone. There was parking in front of a hotel. Hotel is placed near shop with plenty foods and beverages.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2025Dobré výchozí místo pro lyžařskou oblasti Obertauern. Postarší hotel, tomu odpovídající vybavení. Milý hostitel, dobré parkování, dobrá snídaně. Sauna by mohla být více vyhřáta a pozor na skibusy - podívejte se na jízdní řád, nejezdí pravidelně.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Heel hartelijke en attente gastvrouw. Ruime kamer met balkon, goede douche, heel erg schoon en netjes. De Lungau card biedt veel.mogelijkheden om te ondernemen. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekkere koffie. Mogelijkheid om je fiets in de garage te zetten en ebike op te laden. Het is ons zo goed bevallen dat we 2x ons verblijf hebben verlengd.
Dit is persoonlijk het bed is wat stug en de kussens vrij dun.

Notre chambre était spacieuse, avec balcon donnant sur le torrent. Les lits sont confortables et la salle de bains pratique avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025La camera era molto spaziosa, con un ampio balcone con vista sul paese. Eravamo in moto e la signora, molto gentile e simpatica, ci ha messo a disposizione gratuitamente il garage di fronte all'albergo. Ottima anche la colazione.
Volendo cercare il pelo nell'uovo, si protrebbe magari ampliare la scelta di programmi alla tv, anche se non è un aspetto prioritario.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2025The hotel is lovely, nicely situated either for walks in the charming Mautendorf or for skiing (15 min drive to Obertauern). The hotel has three different saunas and everything is clean. There is enough parking spots, it offers even carports. The breakfast is good, and the room very spacious.
There could be free refreshments in the sauna (spa) area (water, tee etc.). The pillows are a bit too soft.
