Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, tolle Auswahl, viel frisches Obst. Der Saunabereich mit 3 Saunen war besonders schön. Die Nähe zum Skigebiet bzw. zum Lift fussläufig, die Skibushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Personal war super nett.

I got a bit confused by the website as it seemed to suggest their was a pool and plunge pool, but there was only a sauna (and you have to go nude! LOL - which is not normal for British culture!!)

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026Die Lage für unseren kurzen Skitrip war perfekt. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und von der Größe angenehm. Die Saunalandschaft war sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Bademäntel und Handtücher wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Kostenloser Parkplatz stand an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung.
Für eine vegane Ernährung war das Frühstück leider eher ungeeignet, es gab z.B. nicht einmal Magarine. Häufiger waren Dinge nicht aufgefüllt. Bei viel Neuschnee, wie bei uns, wird es etwas spannend mit dem Parken.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und bemüht, Frühstück und Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen, der Saunabereich ist sehr ansprechend. Zu Fuß (auch mit Schischuhen) fünf Minuten zum kostenlosen Bus zur Gletscherbahn. Alles in allem eine super Adresse für Skiurlaub.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025Zum Abendessen gab es am Samstag nur schlechtes Buffet, Parkplatz war überfüllt, Balkon hat keine Außenbeleuchtung, Mineralwasser kostet 6.60€, Balkon nicht empfehlenswert, da von Dachgiebel von Anbau die Sicht komplett versperrt war, sehr enger Raum, viel zu weiche Matratzen, Doppelbett ist aus zwei Einzelbetten zusammen gestellt, WC/Dusche viel zu klein, Getränke sehr teuer

Es lag ein fremder Hausschuh in unserem Zimmer. Ein einzelner Schuh, kein Paar. Der Abfluss der Dusche hat so gestunken, dass jeden Morgen erst mal das Wasser eine Weile laufen musste, bevor wir das Bad benutzen konnten. Wir sind an einem Feiertag abends um 19 Uhr angekommen und hatten nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2023Excellent location in Tux, 5 minutes form the Hintertux free bus service stop. Very good food and excellent staff restaurant service, especially by the Croatian Head Waiter. Good Spa facilities with Sauna, Turkish bath etc. Highly recommended Hotel well priced. Will be back.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2023The sauna and spa section were great. The ice pool was really good after a day of skiing. The location of the hotel within walking distance to the Rastkogelbahn was nice although the walk was uphill. Breakfast was really good except for the drinks. We expected better juices and sparkling water, as is usually the case in such hotels in Austrian Alps.
The dinners were ok, no major complaints. However, the "worst" that we have had in this kind of hotels in the Austrian Alps in the experience of more than ten consecutive years. The previous ones have been high ala carte level.
